Sturdy
A great set, well made solid in construction, and are strategically placed around the house to use.. eg the ball in my car, a grip for work, my son has a grip. And the stretchy weird thing sits on my exercise bike eyeing me suspiciously
Not what I though
The 2 hand grips have a great variety of resistance but felt the quality could have been better, the counter seems an afterthought. The other accessories I wasn’t particularly fussed with until I started to use them. They’re actually quite good and durable.
Great kit, ones with a load of different things to use, well made.
The pieces this kit comes with are great, all feel well made. The hand grippers feel well put together and that they will hold up well against the pressure. The handle does bend sideways a little under a lot of pressure, but holding strong so far. It’s also a little difficult to tell the exact “weight” you’re squeezing due to the scaling, but you can count the spins of the tension knob which is what I do.
Good product at a fair price, For those who get irritated by the click counter, use a small flat bladed screwdriver down between handle and counter mechanism whilst applying a little pressure to the counter switch pushing out from the handle and you’ll find the whole mechanism will pop out in one, no more clicks and it can be reinstated if you wish
