Nothing to not like about these brilliant little bit of kit easy to use in a small space .storage bag could be a little bigger .but I think they are great .

4 unterschiedliche Bnder mit verschiedenen Hrtegrade bieten ausreichend Mglichkeiten sich sportlich zu bettigen. Gute Lnge fr alle bungen und bisher habe ich es nicht geschafft sie kaputt zu bekommen. Sind also haltbar und resistent fr deine Zugkraft. Empfehlenswert.
the blue band is probably the only one needed....
I bought these because I need to build strength and I am a 65 year old lady. However all but the strongest, the blue strip was too weak for me to work with and I am not particularly strong. Even doubling it up does not present me with a challenge. And so the other 3 are of little use to me. I would like to see a set with the blue as the weakest to enbable me to challenge myself better. Otherwise, they are a good quality product. They arrived quickly and have a useful storage pouch.
