Very easy to use. I have sensitive skin and it is good for it as well. Just adjust the temperature. It takes time to used to it but once know the procedure it’s life changing.

Pros
-Easy to use
-Comes with a lot of basics you need to get started right away
-heater works well and quickly
-comes with a lid to protect your wax
-has thin and thick applicators for you to use deoending what youre working on
-Affordable

Neutral:
– wax have scents – They smell ok but I know some people dont like scents on stuff they put on skin as they can be sensitive
-length of cable lead – it’s not super short but if you have a table further away from a plug: drfinitely need an extension

Cons:
– Doesn’t explain what the pink heart tins are for
-Box came squished

The machine is very good and the products that come with it is absolutely amazing, although the temperature buttons came different on mine…have no clue why??? But overall fantastic equipment and is easy to use and manage.

Does what it’s advertised to do, I appreciate the inclusion of lolly sticks.
I haven’t tried the wax that comes with the machine so don’t know if that’s any good.

I was apprehensive about waxing ( I had only tried wax strips which hurt) but heard that hard wax was less painful so I purchased this product and I’m so happy I did. I’m kind of a little obsessed, I can’t wait for hair to grow back so I can wax it off again. Every time you wax it gets less painful, almost like your body gets used to it. And this kit is so easy and comes with loads of beads to get you started so it’s perfect to start off with. The only downside is the temperature is guesswork, but a little before the middle notch with the lid on or just after it with the lid off is the right temperature for me to apply. But overall I love it!
