Easy to use
Very easy to use. I have sensitive skin and it is good for it as well. Just adjust the temperature. It takes time to used to it but once know the procedure it’s life changing.

This little machine does all it’s supposed to! Easy to use for a begginer like myself, good value for the money. Used it a couple times now, and no issues.

It’s great for the price it was. It warms up well, keeps the heat. It’s light weight and has a little bar that you can wipe the excess wax on to. The 4 bags stretch far, also comes with 4 little dishes (didn’t use them) and lots of sticks both large and small. Exactly what I bought it for and just buy separate beads.
Quality and usefulness
The machine is very good and the products that come with it is absolutely amazing, although the temperature buttons came different on mine…have no clue why??? But overall fantastic equipment and is easy to use and manage.

Does what it’s advertised to do, I appreciate the inclusion of lolly sticks.
I haven’t tried the wax that comes with the machine so don’t know if that’s any good.
Was hesitant at first to buy a home wax kit as didn’t think I’d manage by myself. But I was so pleasantly surprised and it’s easier to do than the other reviews make out. Just leave to melt for 15mins on high as instructed then turn to mid-high during application. It starts to dry almost instantly so you need to apply it quickly, but you get the hang of it.
Would only recommend buying this if you’ve had professional hard/lycon waxing done before, as you’ll know the general gist of how to apply it.
100% worth it – for the little money you spend, you’ll save s on professional waxing! The product alone is the cost of a 15min waxing session.
I was apprehensive about waxing ( I had only tried wax strips which hurt) but heard that hard wax was less painful so I purchased this product and I’m so happy I did. I’m kind of a little obsessed, I can’t wait for hair to grow back so I can wax it off again. Every time you wax it gets less painful, almost like your body gets used to it. And this kit is so easy and comes with loads of beads to get you started so it’s perfect to start off with. The only downside is the temperature is guesswork, but a little before the middle notch with the lid on or just after it with the lid off is the right temperature for me to apply. But overall I love it!

The product itself and the waiting time was fine. But the parcel was not handed to a resident it was left outside in the rain. The person didn’t even knock. Just left it.
Product works well. Only think to be wary of is temperature. Instructions state turn to 100 to head and the turn down mid way to keep wax at consistent temperature. When I turned mine down it quickly got too cool to use. However I do have to say that the wax works well and it seems a good alternative to shelling out 60 pound a month for a professional wax
