These are amazing tablets for the price. Just upgraded from a Samsung galaxy Tab A which I have had 6 years. The Samsung has been great but this thing is a different world. Ok it’s no iPad Pro but wow, it’s not so far behind.
Purchased this little gem, a few weeks ago. My needs were simply media consumption and occasional google docs edits.
The Honor Pad 9 handles all of the required tasks with ease. It looks good particularly paired with the keyboard case (althought my single gripe is no trackpad). The screen is bright enough for my needs – although this is a tablet I use for evening times. Plenty of memory and storage (as I don’t do any gaming). Performance is very strong, no quips or lags.

This is such a great tablet. Overall use is buttery smooth thanks to the 120hz display. Performance is flawless thanks to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 and for those who aren’t familiar, it’s a midrange chip but powerful enough for all but the heaviest gaming, which it may stutter a bit.
The build quality is stunning and the display is excellent. Speakers sound great, charging is fast and battery life is great.
Overall a great investment for anyone
I looked and looked for a tablet that was simular to an ipad, I did not want to spend alot of money nor did I want an apple pad as I’m not fond of Apple products.
I needed a tablet that I could use for work and also use for personal projects and as an ereader. I’m very pleased I went for this one after searching long and hard.
The battery life is great so far I have found that a full battery will last me a day or 2 of work and reading. The screen is lovely a vibrant and its very clear.
Fantastic, Fast, Quality Table
I bought this after reading good reviews, and it has to be said, this is a superb piece of kit. It just oozes quality. The screen is amazing and crystal clear, the size is excellent and the sound is also brilliant. The tablet is also very fast indeed. I use mine mainly for reading sheet music on the piano, as the screen is a good size. Battery life is very, very good too. Recommend getting a cover as it would be a shame to scratch the tablet’s beautiful frame.
Fabulous, do not hesitate in buying one.
First Rate
Having never really paid out on expensive electronics and having sent back two cheap tablets I spent a bit more money on the honor pad9 and it’s just a class above and I’m really pleased with the look , and most of all speed , there’s nothing I can complain about .
The performance of this tablet is 1st class, smooth and fast the screen quality is hard to beat, I have another tablet that cost 4 what this cost and this is equal and has better eye protectio
Pros
– Great size screen.
– Superb battery life.
– Specs wise it’s great 16GB Ram and more storage than most other tablets.
– You can use the App store and have most apps you want.
– It’s relatively lightweight and the case is good.
– Speakers are strong.
Cons
– MagicOS is a bit annoying at times, (Magazine Unlock comes to mind).
– Camera is fine it does the job but doesn’t feel great.

8 surround speakers, long life battery and super fast charge with a lightening cable. The standard charging cable supplied is a slow charging cable, so will take time to charge.
The sound quality is amazing and the touch screen is superb. FAR better than any Apple iPad I’ve ever used.

I had a Samsung S-Series tablet (high spec) and after 3 years the batter life started to reduce dramatically, so finding a high spec tablet at a low cost was massively important to me. I spent 2 weeks on and off looking at tablets, spec’s, prices and reviews. I thought id give the Honor Tab 9 a try at this price which is a GREAT PRICE compared to other tablets as the SPEED, SCREEN, SOUND, GUI, are all amazing, really blown away by the price for such a tablet. Really Happy with this, you wont be disappointed.
I upgraded my older tablet for the Honor Pad 9 and I’ve been really happy with it. The screen is amazing and it’s got an amazing amount of software on it including AI. It feels like it’s well made and it runs everything at super speed. I really do recommend this tablet.
Ok I have the honor X9 which I bought last year direct from honor. That is a great product. I bought the pad 9 to replace my 2021 ipad 12.9 pro which has been amazing. The main downside with the ipad was the weight. I decided to sell that recently and have the pad 9 as my main tablet. I got the offer from amazon last week for 250 including the honor keyboard/case. The tablet is better than the x9 the screen is sharper and faster plus the 8 speakers are very good. The camera is miles better for calls etc. Whether it is worth over 100 more than the x9 not sure. The pad 9 is very close to the ipad in terms of operating software and is a great replacement for my ipad. Hope this helps
I need a Tablet for watching videos and taking online courses, so I chose this HONOR Pad 9 for its good price and the keyboard. And it’s really an amazing choice. It has good display, good eye protection and a large battery last long time! The software runs smoothly, and the multi windows, the HONOR Notice function allows me to take notes when I take the online courses. With the keyboard it is quite convenient and efficient. Now it’s more a less a laptop for me. Strongly recommend it!
I change from my old iPad to this HONOR Pad 9 and I am surprised about its performance these days. The metal body make it feel good and give me the feel of my iPad. It equipped with a 12.1 inch display and also the good eye protection function, not only provides with an immersive shocking audio-visual experience, it has 8 surround speakers by the way, but also protect eyes even after hours video watching. It has a large battery also, lasts almost whole day video watching, this really catch my point as my old iPad need keep charging if I watch video for hours. Really a good choice!
