I’ve had a digital delay voiced to sound like an analogue delay for a while, but really wanted the real thing, and this popped up in a search. The sound is pretty much as you would expect from a BBD pedal – relatively low fidelity and comparatively short maximum delay time. I’ve always liked the way the fidelity of the repeats reduce with each echo, and this pedal does not disappoint in that regard. It is also possible to crank up the repeats to get louder for those classic dub effects.

Looking through the reviews there does seem to be a small question mark over the reliability of Joyo pedals, but I have had a handful of them for a while without any issues.

The Klon Centaur is of course a much wanted pedal – this has most of the sound for a fraction of the price. Sounds really good to my ear and doesn’t hiss much at all, even with the gain turned up. The metal enclosure gives me hope this will last!

I was looking for a reverb pedal, and opted for this one as I love weird and wacky. The only thing I will say is that the weird is quite weird and wacky quite wacky.

A lot of the modes on this aren’t that usable, and would be great to have a bit more accessibility between “slight reverb” and “too much reverb!”.

If you’re looking for just a reverb pedal, I’d go elsewhere. If you want to mess around with sounds whilst still having a reverb pedal that can do the job, go for this one!

This is a clone of an outrageously expensive legendary pedal. Does it match up? No idea, cannot afford klon money and have never used one. As an overdrive pedal it sounds great I have had great fun with it. Very transparent and makes a great clean boost. Stacks well with other pedals. I just can’t fault it for the money. I also have the Joyo taichi pedal which I prefer but it all comes down to personal taste. You can never have too many drive pedals and this is well worth a go.

I have a lot of guitar fx pedals also multi fx pedals. There are positives to this pedal and one or two points to be aware of. On the plus side:- Looks good. A range of fx and two capable of being used at the same time via the two footswitches. It’s capable of stereo operation.

I found that using both A and B channels simultaeneuosly did not produce a dip in volume. If you want to activate a second effect mid song this is helpful. The “Control” dial (one for each channel) makes only subtle changes to the chosen effect. The effects themselves are fine, some more practical than others arguably. I found the flanger, phase and chorus fx to be very respectable.

I read it’s a clone of the Friedman but it has nowhere near the same amount of gain. It is good though with enough on tap for most things and a boost in front will get a chug. The bias is a bit like Blackstars ISF so you can eq between mesa and marshall.

Overall solid pedal , cool lights and sounds better than any other pedal I love had at this price
