Really pleased with this product. Easy to use, and work well with my PC. The case they come in acts as the charger. Sound quality is good enough for me. I like the way they hang over your ears, and you don’t have to suffer the discomfort of having them squashed in your ear. They allow you to hear ambient sound. It would have been nice if the USB dongle had a parking place within the case. Work well with spectacles.

Very easy to use. Nice and comfortable and because they are on ear rather than in ear, I can still be aware of others if I want to be. The sound quality is as good as required, nice and clear and with good depth of sound.

I absolutely love this set of headphones. I use them daily. They fit brilliantly, the sound is better than any other headphones I’ve had in the past, and, an added bonus is that they work with my PlayStation 5, which is great when gaming.

I’d highly recommend this item to anyone looking to buy a new set of headphones. They’re definitely worth the cost!

The good thing about these is i can still hear my surroundings and chat to people whilst gaming. I also like that they don’t go in my ears so don’t cause sweaty waxy ears. They are light weight and very comfortable. The sound quality isn’t anything to shout home about but it’s not bad either. Overall i’m pleased.

First things first, very comfortable when using for long periods. It does take a little bit of adjusting to stop a hotspot on the top of your ear where hook sits but once you find the best way to wear them, you don’t notice them.
Sounds is great. Obviously the bass is a little boosted as they are off ear and you wouldnt hear any base otherwise but it doesn’t affect the sound quality. Sounds great.
Seller is fantastic. My first pair had a battery issue in the right bud (which happens with all earbuds sometimes) and the seller was very quick and helpful to solve the issue which was a replacement that I got next day. New pair works perfectly
The dongle is great for gamers. Almost zero latency as you would expect from other wireless headsets. I don’t know what the mic is like as I have not used it. Great for VR as it fits all headsets (that can use a usb dongle aka pcvr)

Good headphones, well made. The sound isn’t the best, but an equalizer can fix that. I give it a 4 stars only because the right earphone rubs a little. I tried it with Meta Quest 3 with a 2.4 hrz dongle and everything is fine – no delays and the sound is excellent!

This earbuds have changed my gaming audio experience. The open-ear design is comfortable for long sessions, and the adjustable angle ensures a secure fit. The AI noise-canceling microphone enhances communication clarity, crucial in team games. These earbuds combine comfort with high-quality sound, making them a good choice for both gaming and everyday use.

The Krysenix Open Ear Headphones are supplied in a large charging case, large to accommodate the open ear/ ear hook design so somewhat expected.

On first use you must remove the protective film over the charging points on each earphone, this are not uncommon and designed to protect the batteries from discharging fully when in storage, as this is not good for battery life.

My interest in the Krysenix Open Ear Headphones was based around the supplied USB dongle, allowing direct audio connection to suitable devices without out resorting to Bluetooth. I’ve tried this with my PC and a console and it works fine with no setup.

Audio quality is ok, not all that loud and not as good as in-ear but overall, the earphones are more comfortable and allow me to hear what’s going on in the room.

I don’t like that the earphones power on when you open the case, and will remain on and connected (and potentially playing audio) while the case is open. Not a deal breaker but it has caught me out.

All in all, for under 30 at the time of writing, for direct connection headphones, they’re ok but far from perfect.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent, not grea

These headphones feel cheap but not nasty. The case is compact (for what it is) and it was super easy to adjust for my ears. What’s great is that the speaker rotates to suit you.

Connecting up to my phone had no problems and you can use either headphone individually I’d you want. I haven’t used the dongle. Touch controls are a bit hit and miss (more hit) but can be a bit tricky.

Sound quality for music is quite poor and is very tinny and shallow. It is however, very capable with podcasts and videos with talking so if you enjoy walking with podcasts, these are ideal.

Nice neat black box, with the headphones in, was put onto charge. Took about 1hr 15mins to charge, then took the headphones out but they refused to connect to my iPad although the manual said they would connect as soon as they were removed from the case. Frustrated I inspected the headphones more closely and found that the connection ports had small strips of red plastic over them. With some intrepidaton, in case I was breaking something, I remove the red strips and popped the headphone back into the case. About half an hour later removed the headphones and was happy to see that they automatically connected to my iPad.
The sound seems reasonable, although I’m no music expert, but it seems as if the volume can only be controlled by your device. My partner couldn’t hear the music playing but I could still hear the tv, albeit faintly. I guess this is the trade off of the comfort of open ear headphones over the in ear type.
