This is a high strength product and I can tell the difference. I’ve not been ill with anything since starting to use this magnesium, my nails are growing fast and skin feels good. I do however think it makes me drowsy so I should take it at bedtimes rather than first thing in the morning.
I was doubtful as to whether these would help me get a better nights sleep. Every morning I would wake up around 2.30/3 am and never get back to sleep. I started taking one capsule for a week or so but there was no great improvement so I started taking two every morning and after roughly 3 weeks I noticed I was sleeping to 5 or 6am which is quite remarkable for me. I think they are a bit pricey but I will buy again as I don’t want to start wakening up at silly hours in the morning again.
Reports suggest that Magnesium is good for bone healing and as I’ve fractured my fibula I thought I’d give this high strength variant a try. It’s still too early to say whether they are making a difference or ever will but I remain hopeful as I’m desperate to get mobile again.
Haven’t been taking for long but so far really happy I chose this magnesium supplement as definitely has made me gently ‘regular’. I haven’t noticed any change in my sleep however I bought it for general health and not with sleep particularly in mind. Would recommend.
Since I’ve been taking it I’ve been sleeping mostly through the night. I’m a v light sleeper and any sounds wake me so I think this product is helping me.
