Classic Melissa and Doug quality...
Great set of stamps. I purchased the set for my 2 year old so removed the coloured pencils (they’re a bit too sharp). Great Melissa and Doug quality – I just wish their sets came with a lid so the boxes could be used for storage.

Bought as a gift for 3 yr old nephew. He loved it and has made lots of stamped pictures. He’s usually a boy who doesn’t sit down much, so definitely managed to catch his attention!
Simple and grea
As always, you can’t go wrong with Melissa & Doug toy. Those stamps are very simple but great fun for our son.
The stamps are made of wood, with no sharp edges and have an easy grip for little hands.
There is two set of inks, we have been using them for several months now and they have not dried yet.
The set comes with a box for storage (no lid).
Quite expensive but nice quality
Bought as part of my 3yr old granddaughter’s art and craft box at Christmas. Nice quality with chunky feel ideal for small hands. Not sure how long the ink pads will last but she has others in any case. Seems quite expensive for what you get and not impressed by the amount of plastic packaging on a wood product.
My 4 and 3 year olds love the pictures on these stamps. There is a great selection and variety. The only complaint is that the ink pad provided is pretty much unusable. Only two of the colours worked at all, and even then we had to press very hard to get any ink at all – so hard that the kids were damaging the corners of the stamps. I had to ditch it straight away and find alternative. Still very pleased with the stamp set overall. But if it was a gift for instance it would be more of a problem. Keep this in mind – maybe purchase a separate ink pad.
Good value and god selection of stamps.
Love this set they are easy to use for little hands,only comment is paint pad dries out very quickly so constantly have to refresh with paint I bought separate,my granddaughter loves it and keeps her happy for ages.would recommend.

Haven’t found a poor Melissa and Doug product yet. It’s a brand you can trust for quality etc. These stamps are no different. They’re a Christmas present but come in a lovely box and I’m sure they will be well received on Christmas Day.
Good quality and easy for little hands to use
Good quality set. Easy for toddlers to use with chunky stamps. Nice pictures on the stamps to help with learning. Just don’t expect the ink pads to last too long as the colours all get mixed together.
Nice stamps but box is not grea
Would be much more useful if the box had a proper lid rather than a piece of plastic that just sits on top on it but the stamps aren’t bad. They seem well made. The pencils are nothing special – would have been better to leave them out and make the box smaller.
Chunky stamps for little hands
I bought these stamps for my three year old. They are much deeper than I thought they would be, which is great and makes them easier to hold for little hands. Plenty of different pictures to choose from and a great wooden tray to store them in.
This stamp set is very nice and entertaining, good for mom/dad playtime with the kids. Good for teaching new words and colours for the younger ones if playing with supervision. Stamps are small but turn out perfect on the paper.
Great product but let down by the packaging
Lovely and good quality stamps but wish packaging also acted as a storage solution. Seems such a waste to pop it in the lovely wooden tray and then fill that tray with a plastic disposable tray without a lid.
Other reviews have mentioned the ink being a little dry but ours seems very good quality. My son loves them.
Love Melissa and Doug products and they are very good quality however the inkpad does try out fairly soon and I also find it very odd and very annoying that there is no lid for the box, as I was hoping it could be used to store the stamp is it that once you have removed the cellophane cover it’s just open and when you move it around all the things fall ou
