Helped encourage my son to talk
I decided to get this puzzle as I had been recommended it as a way to encourage my son to start talking – and it worked! He started to recognise the animals and the sounds that went along with them. And he would start copying the sounds as they were put into place. Very helpful start to learning animal noises.
Educational toy
Its an amazing toy my kid loves it. Would have given 5 star but sometimes the sensor doesnt work so no sound and sometime even without putting pegs back it makes the sound.. weird issue may b i got the defaulty one
Loved the wooden design and how easy it was for child to place the animal into the correct hole. The sounds are good with battery lasting a good amount of time.
Ok produc
It’s a good puzzle. My toddler enjoys it.. It fell once and there is some issue with the switch.. It simpy makes the all the sound when switched on or simply kept somewhere.
It's nice toy
What I did like about the toy was that it is easy to us for my 3 years old son and lots of fun.
It felt a bit thin and light easily to break material.
Farm Animal Shapes Puzzle With Puzzling Sounds .
Having this type of puzzle with sounds adds interest to what the child is doing. Unfortunately when they are learning how to use it they get rewarded with an animal sound even if they are putting the wrong animal into the cutout space .
Because it works by the animal shape blocking out the light to activate the sound, if you cover the sensor an animal sound is made.. regardless of what animal is placed there . Bit confusing for younger children.
However , the older children who know that’s incorrect do find it funny .
I wasn’t sure if this would say what the instruments are or would play a clip, it plays a clip of the instrument being played. That’s fine but I thought and hoped it might just say what each are, 1. Less annoying, 2. More age appropriate, 3. I can’t name all those instruments correctly…
Good for little hands and really interesting animam sounds
My daughter loves this puzzle and wss able to complete it after 1 day of practice. The pegs are realky good help for children maneuvering pieces. My only comment would be, some of the sounds are horrendous hahaha like the pig, which sounds maybe like a hiena, but what matters is that she loves playing with it. Maybe in the future the producers could review some of these animal sounds.
Old MacDonald musical instrument peg puzzle
Interesting peg puzzle. Plays Old MacDonald in the different instruments when a piece is placed down. The sounds are not recordings of actual instruments – they sound more like electronic versions of the sounds. It has an off button. Which is just what you need sometimes.
