Better than expected
The little element inside gets covered in ice and soon everything inside is lovely and cool. This isn’t a proper fridge, it just cools things 10-15 degrees below the temperature of the room it’s in, so on a warm day your drinks will be cold but not icy – I’d prefer them to be colder, but that’s not possible with a portable fridge, and certainly not at this price point, so it still deserves five stars because they’re clear about what to expect in the listing.
So buy this and understand what you’re paying for, it’s quiet and reliable and makes things cooler than room temperature, and it’s very good at it.
Bought for kitchen counter top
Grandmother is struggling opening the fridge door, so she finds it difficult to make a brew when the carers aren’t there. So bought this fridge to go on the kitchen counter and hold milk. She’s really happy with it. (Anything that helps her stay independent and in her own home is a win for her!)
Compact, small but a great chille
Package arrived in great time. Easy to prepare item for chilling or whatever. Item is smaller than I thought it be, it lightweight and easy to move around. So was not expecting much from it but even though small it surprised me how well it chills.
Big capacity
The volume of this mini fridge is much larger than other one, which is very nice. The cooling ability is not that strong, but drinks can keep warm quite some time. I think it is good idea to carry cold drink for a day of outing to park. The price is quite high.
