I ordered this speed ball boxing kit to set up on my outdoor basketball hoop pole. The kit came with all the hardware needed to set it up in various locations. The directions let you know how big of holes to drill and how to assemble the foldable arm of it. I chose to use the bolts provided and after drilling holes where the bracket installs to and inserting and tightening the bolts, I was ready to attach the bag. This kit came with a little pump and needle to inflate the bag, so no need to go find one if you have the box it came in nearby. The bag attached very sturdy to the frame, and I was able to position the angle of the arms how I wanted. The locking teeth of the arm closest to the bracket did have some loosening after hitting the bag for a while I noticed. I positioned the metal arm higher up and had a better lock after that. Overall, I think this is a good, low cost home setup for if you can't get to the gym or want to practice in private. I liked the installation options and the position flexibility of this setup as well.

This is a nice speed bag, but the spring back action takes a little getting used to. The adjustability is great, and everyone in the house hit it, regardless of their height.

We have one of those bags that you fill the base with water or Sand and it pops back as you punch it's quite hard so it's not something you use without gloves very much it's kind of more a kids punching bag. This seems more along the lines of an adult piece of sporting equipment. The assembly is very straightforward almost no way to put it together wrong. The material of the mounting bracket is very rigid and solid. The finish is a nice matte Black and the bearing screws seem really well made and not an issue moving and locking in any position. It comes with 3 different mounting solutions which should cover just about any situation. The Spring seems well made and I doubt it would lose it's rigidity any time soon. The Pump works well enough to get the bag inflated to a proper firmness. My only issue is the bag itself seems a little small. I know it's not for the professional but Adding a little more girth to the bag would really make this a 5 star Product.

I have never had one of these before so I don't have experience to compare it to other products, but I am satisfied with the experience so far. Just like about anything else you just need to find solid mounting points on your wall to install it correctly. The challenge is learning how to properly train with this speedbag. We've been at it a while and slowly starting to get the hang of it. I think this thing seems like it will last a good while for us, but time will tell. It hasn't fallen apart so far and we have had it installed a couple months now. For the price of it you can get one and get started training. Then if you want to upgrade later to something of a better quality you can, but you also get to figure out if its something you will actually use without a huge investment as well.

Got this to improve my eye & hand coordination after a series of health issues. Works great. Highly recommend. Hardest part eas finding a great space for it. The bag itself is well made & quite useful for me. Thank You.
