Such a great boxing machine I bought it for my 6 year old and he loves it the sticker on the back hold really well on the wall and there is a option to screw it to the wall as well I was able to connect my sons tablet to the boxing machine quick and easy so he can play music over all a great produc
Product came next day, well packaged. I have put it in my spare room on the wall. Me and my partner use it everyday. Links to my phones bluetooth very easily so can chose any song we want to box to. Would highly recommed and is a good work out.

We love using this it’s a great way to keep fit and works the arms and torso and can be used by anyone.
I first hung it by the velcro but to me it just didn’t look stable so I’ve now fixed it to the wall with the fixing kit
The gloves are good if you want to hit it with some force but are not necessarily needed.
The only bad thing is the speaker is not that good when playing music from your Bluetooth device.
