The head rotates whilst cleaning so not ideal
The product is great but you have to hold the head in place as otherwise it will twist round and doesn’t stay still which means water is going around the mouth and not in the area I intend. The water finishes before the 2 minute cut off. Overall things a good product if you prepared to hold the nozzle in place but be prepared to get wet as the water leaks out the mouth down your arm
Brilliant for bad flossers
Been using this for 6 months and really pleased with it. Tank can get a bit scuzzy quickly but tried cleaning in the dishwasher and it’s back to sparkling (just remember to remove/pop off the rubber sealed panel on the back) Lower strengths can bring up the flow blocked message but on the strong setting never had that problem.
I’ve never been good with the string floss but this is so easy to use and really seems to do a better job – I look forward to at least a daily floss.
Excellent for cleaning in between tight places
My teeth are quite tight together so this is very useful in cleaning those hard to reach areas . It can be messy to do so I always use it in the shower . Excellent produc
The best water flosser out there
I had a white one of these for a couple of years, it was super powerful. When it eventually broke, I thought I’d “upgrade” to a WaterPik one. The WaterPik is so so so weak in comparison to this one and only held about half as much water. I ended up taking it back and ordering a nice shiny new one of these! Just so you know, WaterPik heads fit this one perfectly so you can order packs of them instead of buying the mixed heads set from MySmile.

very good does the job. tho though it might be a little smaller… when I pick it up my hand gets 2/3 around it. you can get smaller ones but you would have to fill water up halfway through one wash.
Easy to use, but not something I’d bother with every day.
So far so good. Once charged seems to go for quite a few days. Easy to setup and get going, although you have to switch off regularly whilst using in order to be able to dispose of the water that quickly accumulates in your mouth.
Teeth flosser.
Given 4 stars as my husband thought it was a bit over priced, but other wise good for getting all the bits in between your teeth out ,it does the job, it’s a good flosser.
I’ve only just started using this and it’s a bit messy, but I am getting better at it. There is a large selection of tips to use and I’m working my way through them to find the ones that suit me best. I tend to use it after I’ve eaten and my mouth feels nice and clean after I’ve used it.
Fantastic waterflosse
I have had this waterflosser for a while now and love it.
Good pressure, easy to use, holds a great charge and has a handy travel pouch.
Flosser definitely gets all the bits and bobs dislodged in your mouth. However, it is not a replacement for an interdental brush, as I’m sure all dentists would advise.
Certainly would recommend.
I previously owned and used a ‘Water-Pik’ for some years and I was looking for another when I came across The MySmile ‘Oral Irrigator’. I’ve been using it for about a fortnight now and boy am I glad I choose it. I love this device it’s simply better at what it does, easier to use and more flexible. I am very pleased it is perfect for me.

I’ve had this product and used twice daily for over 13 months now, absolutely fantastic product. No degrading battery life, good power. You do need to clean it regularly though. Seller is also extremely helpful and helped me with a part that I lost.
I’ve had others from other sellers prior to this but, they all failed within 6 months.. whether that be battery or something else. Hence why it’s taken me so long to write this review after purchasing.

Excellent for removing food stuck between the teeth. It’s surprising what comes out after eating something like Muesli. It takes getting used to as quite bulky to handle and you have to be careful not to spray your entire face and your immediate surroundings until you get used to it.
Oral Flosse
Delivery was very good & received it the day after it was ordered.
The oral irrigator seems extremely well made with many features & a good selection of attachments.
It’s easy to use & much much better than leading brands I’ve had in the past which gave up working after a few months – hopefully this one will last a good deal longer.
Only problem is I can’t validate the warranty as the QR code that came with the unit won’t scan successfully – not sure how to get over this problem.?

Really good but broke after 7 months
Really good product but the bass of where water goes just fell off. Not to sure why. Maybe the water wearing at it over time? But i allowed it to dry so not sure. But while it was working it was so good. Contemplating whether or not i should purchase anothe
I have this waterflosser for four months now. It has done wonders for my gum health and I will continue to use it. This is my first waterflosser and given that it is much cheaper than the leading brands, I’m very happy with its performance.
** BATTERY: The battery lasts about 2 weeks, which is amazing.
** CHARGING: It charges with a USB-C cable, which was a red-line issue for me (I’m trying to only buy electronic items that use USB-C and phase out the use of proprietary chargers).
** ATTACHMENTS: I use the standard head and it does a great job.
** TANK CAPACITY: I fill the tank with some warm water because some of my teeth are too sensitive for cold water.I put some antibacterial mouthwash in the ‘tank’ as advised by a dentist. I usually use one full tank and top it up to finish off but I do my teeth twice so it’s possible that you could do your teeth with one tank.
** TRAVELLING: It’s easy to fire into my bag if travelling and I don’t have to worry about bringing a special charger (see USB-C discussion above).
** CLEANING: Every week or two, I steep it with water and vinegar solution and pump it through the device.
** RECOMMENDATION: I have recommended this to my friends and now to you also.
** DISCLAIMER: As mentioned, this is my first waterflosser and don’t have experience with others so I may be giving you a compromised review.
When you purchase something you usually review almost straight away, while the product is good and working. However this review is 6 months after purchasing.
Initially the device was excellent, great cleaning ability, though takes a bit of getting used too. When you fill it up for use and put the top back on it will release a jet of water out the nozzle even before turning it on. This happens from new. 6 months on and it’s lost its pressure, I estimate about by half, taking longer to clean between your teeth. The biggest let down by far is the battery, I expect this is also the cause of poor pressure. The display gives you a battery power reading, when it gets to just below 70% the device will stop working and then report 0% battery when plugged into charge.

Getting used to handling i
I can’t use flossing wire which is probably the same story most people say, so when the dentist recommended a water flosser I thought ok let’s try it.
I will admit that when I first started water went everywhere, I am not going to claim I got right first time because I didn’t.
I tried the settings and realised that trying the lower one was the best option for now till I was used to it. I do like the option screen and it tells you hello it is very easy to hold but on first usage it is hard to navigate.
The instructions are straightforward and simple and I am impressed with the design and the fact it is a USB charge.
Anyone who claims they got this right first time is fibbing so shame on you(kidding) but this is the most fun I have ever had cleaning my teeth.
Gave 4 stars because still have not travelled with it yet.
This product replaced my failed Philips airfloss. The Philips product uses much less water so is cleaner to use. However, the Philips product (now superseded I believe) was effective but unreliable. I had 2 warranty replacements all of which failed. The new version is too expensive hence the purchase of the MySmile product. So far it has been good, the battery life seems good, however it is messy to use and is best used over a wash basin. My gums are sensitive so I only use the soft or normal setting which so far has done a good job. The jury is out on the durability and that won’t be apparent for a few years.
