Battery life is good.
You can use this for tiles work or carpentry work, I already have dewalt one 360 degrees but that one is really cheap, straightness, visibility is good
I brought this to help panel my living room and it was much easier to determine how straight to put the slats as the skirting bored wasn’t straight, would definitely recommend if you’re panelling
I always use the rob to see if it is level. This is a game-changer. I never knew it was so simple and easy to do DIY. Thank you again. Great quality product. super shine laser too
Its perfect for me .. as an artist what i want . Its usefull for straight tattoo, hanging my painting straight. Whatever any way i put any surface it shows straight it self manage tha
I bought a laser for work so that it would be compact and would not take up much space in a bag with tools.
the laser turned out to be good and the green lines are clearly visible.
The laser is bright, and broad. Product doesn’t need to be completely level as it’s on a floating ball that levels with gravity. This does however make it move/wobble if walked next to and the floor is solid like concrete. However this does do what you want.
The “instructions” are contained within a catalogue and are minimal at best. If an instruction manual is not provided it would be good to have a link to a website. Example “Unlock the pendulum, enable the self-leveling mode, when the tool exceeds the self-leveling range by 41, the laser beam will flash to remind you.” No explanation of the pendulum?
Like most lasers this suffers the same issue, you need a taller tripod stand.
The On/Off button only works to turn it off, to turn it on you have to move the switch on the side which makes no sense. The laser is not strong enough so has to be reasonably close, but for work such as hanging pictures, one would need a tripod that its at the same height as the pictures you intend to hang.
other wise its ok.
A good basic laser level for the price. Nice bright green laser. My first experience with a laser level so a bit of experimenting trying to line up led spots on a ceiling. I ended up turning off the auto align and using the manual setting to project on the ceiling. Maybe down to me being a novice with lasers. Horizontal and vertical using auto alignment is really easy. I found using a camera tripod useful. If you just need basic functions occasionally then this fits the bill, why pay silly money for a model with all the bells and whistles if you are never going to use them.
