Puzzle Handy – Puzzle Board
Puzzle Handy is a foldaway puzzle board, suitable for assembling most 1000 and 500 piece jigsaws. Manufactured from top quality FSC board, Puzzle Handy unfolds to measure 80 x 57cm. Assembly is simple: just unfold the board, add one of the plastic securing brackets on each side to make the board rigid, and start your puzzle!
Suitable for
Puzzle Handy is printed with a neutral non-glare background colour, and includes dotted guidelines showing the approximate finished sizes of Ravensburger 500 and 1000 piece puzzles (49 x 36cm and 70 x 50cm respectively).
Store Away
Use the guidelines to help you ensure your puzzle is centrally located on the board, which can be a great help with the jigsaw building process. When you’ve finished your puzzle and want to put the Puzzle Handy away, just remove the securing brackets, refold the board and pop it back into the box provided!

so easy to take away and very sturdy
I can easily slide this under my sofa when I don’t feel like doing my puzzle and even though it is foldable it holds a good weight and isn’t flimsy at all. I would recumbent this if you don’t have any surface for your puzzles or even any arts and crafts that you fancy.
Freedom to do jigsaws!
I don’t have the space to start a jigsaw and leave it out so having this board enabled me to start then move it to spare bedroom without ruining what I’d already built.
A godsend for a 1000 piece jigsaw!
The board fits together easily and the clips provided keep everything together well. The outline to signify a 1000 piece jigsaw helps a great deal when assembling the jigsaw. If you do what I do and start with the edges first then it is indeed a godsend.

I don’t often do jigsaws so I needed something to hold up to 1000 pice it worked well depending on how often you use it and fold it up the plastic clips work well though I would say they might become looser as time goes by is it worth it yes it is the box is an added bonus to put jigsaw pieces in as well a 500 extra large piece jigsaw nearly the size of a 1000 hope this helps
Compact puzzling!
Used during a recent stay at a YHA. It didn’t take up too much space in luggage and slipped nicely under the bed when not in use, keeping the puzzle out of the way in a small room!
Love this puzzle board, as it is non intrusive. I have tried the roll up ones and didn’t find them useful, but this board folds up nice and flat and the blue hinges go into a bag that seals. The seals keep the board flat but unless you have the seals half and half across the openings the board will bend sending the puzzle to the middle, so always put them half an half where the two panels meet. But an ingenious piece of equipment that works and will keep for a long time. I have even done a puzzle on my bed to see if the board holds up, and it does.
This board is sturdy and folds away neatly when not in use. It has space around the edges to put ‘yet to be placed’ pieces which is useful. It is a big old piece of kit though, so not that easy to hide away while you’re still doing the puzzle, unless you have a spare room or other large space to put it in.
Nice sturdy board and no issues with the seams – they all sit perfectly flat. Clips are provided to ensure the seams don’t open whilst the board is in use. Perfect size for puzzles of 1000 pieces and, of course, can be sed for smaller puzzles too. Would recommend
I spend much of my day on my adjustable bed so I wanted a lightweight board as well as something that folded away when it wasn’t in use. Unfortunately it’s not really suitable for this as it’s not very rigid. The clips keep it together on the outside but not on the folds when using on a soft or uneven surface.
This board would be fine if you are going to use it on a table or other hard surface. I’d also recommend it for a caravan or holiday home as it’s easy to store and bring out on a rainy day. I’m going to give it to my brother who can keep it in his motor-home and I will have to buy one of the rigid foldaway boards.
