Good purchase
I love them but they are very hard. I put under my insole and have helped my fallen arch. Some might not like how hard they are, but this is what makes them supportive. I wouldn’t recommend in sports shoes more for day shoes.
Quietly optimistic
While I was hopeful that these arch supports might make a difference, having received them and placed them straight into my walking boots, my. Initial feelings are one of quiet optamism. I accept that I will need time to gradually get used to increasing my mobility after a recent operation on my left ankle, but I feel certain that these arch supports will help in the remedial process
Thank you .
This is my 2nd pair in 6yrs, after a few days getting your feet acquainted to them. I have dropped arches and pronate inward. I have put these in my crocks. I’m 120kg & they are sturdy and no collapse. Saved me loads of money on podiatrist fees.
I’ve suffered with my feet for ever been through various NHS specialist to no help. I brought these on a maybe it will help. An omg do they. I’ve a pair in all my shoes an I can now walk for more than a hou

Firm at firs
At first they’re a little stiff but they can be broken in a couple of hours they mould to your feet has a good high arch I’m recovering from Achilles tendinitis and now have planitar facititis gives you good support easy to put in and take out.
It was about average of what I expected
I saw some great reviews and decided to try. I did see a slight improvement but not much. I recommend leaving your shoe inserts and using this as additional support.
I haven’t run for twenty years and when I came to do a running challenge for charity I found myself in difficulty with my now deformed feet. My toes turn in and I’ve got bunions which are causing my arches to fall which throws out my ankle, knees, hips and back. I thought I was doomed but these sturdy 3/4 insoles have saved me. I first tried some of the cheaper foam orthotic insoles but they started collapsing after a couple of short runs and they took up too much space in my shoes. Thank the Lord I came across these. Don’t be afraid that they’re hard, they are so comfortable and they leave your toes free which I need the space to wear toe spacers! The only way you know they’re there is that you can move pain free like a teenager again. I need more of these, they’re little miracles!
Having had major surgery for a collapsed arch on my left foot, I have obviously tried hard to avoid the same on my right foot. For years I have been wearing an orthotic insole, but over the last 7 months have been getting increasing pain in my right foot, knee and hip. The arch on this insole is 35mm high, about 3mm higher than my old insole. This extra 3 mm gave my foot the support it needs. Almost overnight the foot, knee and hip pain has gone. Thoroughly recommended. I wear one in a pair of indoor trainers (can’t wear slippers as no support) and one in a pair of outdoor footwear. As they are 3/4 length, they are easy to transfer from shoe to boot if needed.
These are terrific. Dont move around, fit all my shoes and give support where needed… only issue I’ve had is that, as I walk about 8 miles/5 days a week, i had blisters on my heels where the sole connected to the heel of my shoe after the first day in them. And they are still blistered even after a rest from the insert.
Might have had better results if I’d taken it easy on them the first few wears but I didnt have much choice as I needed arch support badly.
