Why is it low battery on APP?
Please check whether the smoke alarm beeps every 60 seconds.
If not, That’s because the APP doesn’t receive the notification. please press the test button once. It will be back to normal after APP receives the notification.
Why doesn’t my smartphone show the notification if quit APP?
You need to set the authority of the APP on smartphone. Give enough authority of the APP. Each notification can be checked in APP’s message center.
I didn’t receive a notification on my phone when I performed a self-test test on the smoke alarm?
The same smoke alarm self-test time should be more than 1 minute apart, do not conduct multiple self-tests in a short period of time.
Why does the smoke alarm not beep when I perform a smoke test？
When conducting a product test, the smoke enters through a gap in the side of the product, so you need to pay attention to the direction of the smoke when testing to make sure it gets inside the product.

Insgesamt habe ich 9 Stck (6+3er) gekauft. Mehrfach getestet und die Gerte waren auch bei einem Rauchrckstau im Keller schon aktiv im Einsatz.
Dachboden, Garage, Werkstatt, 3 x im Wohnbereich und 3 x im Wohnkeller sind die Gerte montiert.
Ich wollte einfach nicht, dass es beim Wechselrichter der PV Anlage in der Garage zu rauchen anfngt und ich im Schlafzimmer eine halbe Stunde (oder lnger) davon nichts mitbekomme. Geht einer los, dann gehen alle los. Alarm ist auch einfach zu beenden.

I have installed it in my outbuilding as I have hob there. Its really easy to install and quite small in size. Its wifi connected so I have peace of mind that even if I am not in the outbuilding I would be notified if the alarm goes off. It has batter life of 10 years and price is very reasonable compared to other ones I checked

Purchased this as our old smoke alarms had died and this one WS on sale and linked via WiFi with the carbon monoxide alarm included etc.
Set up was super easy, app on phone is great and whilst hosting a function at ours the smoke alarm went off which was great to see everything was working as expected. I got an alert on my phone and the smoke alarm does daily tests through the app to ensure everything is all functioning perfectly.

I tested the designated smart smoke alarm and 2 other smoke alarms individually as the ‘source triggers’ using real smoke from a lit A4 piece of paper. The test of each smoke alarm detected the presence of smoke causing all the remaining interlinked alarms to sound off nice and loud. I performed the tests with my mobile set to use data only and then to use wifi only; each time I received an audible notification app alert showing warning ‘Smoke Alarm Release’ on my phone. I then used the remote control to silence the alarm. (I did not have the means to test the Heat Alarm and Carbon Monoxide Alarm as ‘source triggers’). I also performed a test using the remote control and all of the alarms successfully sounded off one after another.
I installed the alarms using the screws included. For the ‘designated’ smart smoke alarm, I installed this in an open location where it would receive a good 2.4GHz wifi signal.
The alarm performs a self-checking test each day and alerts you via the app whether it is successful or not.
Overall, good product and functionality. Will be interesting to see how long the 10 year non-removeable batteries lasts.
As noted, quality is excellent. My only niggle is the absence of physical buttons to switch on / off / test / pair, instead relying on a vague pushing in of the detector body — not brilliant. However, it does utilise the best of all (in my view) the smart apps: ‘Smart-Life’ Pairing etc therefore being simple and straightforward. Being Smart-Life also means it will connect to a mesh system (which I have), unlike some. The app will alert in the event of activation (smoke / heat / Carbon Monoxide), but annoyingly you cannot test from the app, although there is an included remote control which is good, otherwise it’s back to vague pressing.
All of the devices (remote control aside, which has an included battery you insert) have sealed 10 year life Lithium batteries. The app shows battery condition of devices. Therefore you cannot replace batteries, but smoke, heat, and CO2 detectors have a maximum life of 10 years anyway, so should be replaced then.
All in all, a great product just let down slightly by the lack of physical buttons. The instruction booklet is excellent, clearly and logically laid out, and quite intuitive also (albeit in microscopic print!). Recommended, good value, no hub required. 10 year warranty
