Great gloves, good quality.
Bought this for my 4 yo as he is learning to ride a bike. He was very happy with the gloves, they look great and fit well. They have a good air circulation so my sons hands don’t sweat even in bit hotter days, providing protection to his hands at the same time. Main thing is he loves them and there is no hassle to put them on.
Really good product, very happy with this purchase.
Very good quality gloves

Very good quality
Great for kids, offers basic protectio
Bought these with my son in mind and he loved them. When I saw them I was worried that they might be a bit small, and they do seem to run a bit on the small size but he got his hands in there and has enjoyed wearing them out and about in his activities.
They offer some protection against the cold and maybe a small spill, but they’re definitely not for anything other than messing on a pedal bike. The palm is nice and grippy and my son likes the rubber protection on the back as I think he feels like he could punch through a wall – I know the feeling, I get it when I put my motorbike gloves on lol.
Would I recommend? Yes, buy a size slightly bigger and they provide a good value for money glove for your kids to use outdoors for a number of activities.
Nice gloves for my little nephew
I ordered the small size after following the chart and the distance from his wrist to the end of his finger was ~13 cm and the glove is ~15.5 cm so the velcro wrist strap fits nicely and there is the right amount of space for his fingers.
The gloves do smell a little strange to start with, but after he’d been around the garden a couple of times on his bike that had blown away.
He really likes them and likes to look like daddy who has bike gloves with knuckle protection on them and he feels like he now has that too.
The grippy palms are good too.
Keeps kids hands dry and warm
Bought these for my boys as they wanted some gloves like daddy’s.
So i got these and they are very happy with them.
Fit perfect and seem pretty hardwearing as well.
Brill for the money
Bang on for a budding bmx-er waiting to see if they will take up the sport or try another one . Like skydiving ( can’t find a pair of gloves on here for that though)
Nice gloves but sizing is an issue
I ordered the XL in orange (other colour options and sizes available in the listing at the time of this review) and was astonished at how small the gloves are. I have very small adult women’s hands and they barely fit so I can imagine on some 12 year olds these gloves would be way too small — this is supposed to be the upper age for these gloves.
I look at them and think they would be most suitable for 8-10 years (with small hands for their age) at the most, especially as there is no stretch in them. I am a little disappointed the sizing is so off as they are nice gloves, quick thick without being too thick to impede mobility, with a dotted grippy surface on the inside palms and protection on the top of the fingers and top of the palm. Their is also an adjustable wrist with a Velcro fastening.
Priced 6.97 at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this is not a bad price but considering ordering is a bit of a lottery in size terms, I am awarding 4/5 stars.
Great Choice for Active Kids!
As a parent of an incredibly active daughter, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect gear to keep her safe and comfortable while she learns to ride her pedal bike during the summer months. After much research, we came across the “SAGA SPORTS Kids Motocross Gloves,” and they have proven to be a fantastic solution.
What I appreciate most about these gloves are their lightweight and breathable design. They’re perfect for those hot summer days when your child is out having fun. The ventilation keeps her hands cool and comfortable, even during extended periods of riding. The build quality is excellent. The stitching is neatly done, and the material used is of good quality, which assures me that they’ll withstand the rough and tumble of an active child.
One standout feature of these gloves is the coated palm, enhancing grip. This feature is incredibly valuable, ensuring a secure hold on handlebars and controls, especially for a beginner. The added confidence in handling her bike is something every parent can appreciate.
However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks that I would like to point out. Firstly, the sizing seems to run a little small. My daughter doesn’t have large hands, and the small size, while it does fit, could be a bit more generous for comfort. Secondly, it would be great to see more protection on the fingers. While these gloves offer a decent level of protection, for larger motocross bikes at higher speeds, I might consider more heavy-duty gloves for added safety.
In conclusion, the SAGA SPORTS Kids Motocross Gloves are an excellent choice for active children learning to ride. They offer a lightweight and breathable design with good build quality and grip enhancement. While the sizing could be more generous, and a bit more finger protection would be appreciated for higher-speed riding, these gloves are more than sufficient for young riders. I wholeheartedly recommend this product for parents seeking a solid and affordable solution for their child’s active adventures.
Fit a nine year old.
This trial pair of gloves….
– fit our nine year old
– he likes the padded protective parts, they look cool
– they have rough textures on the palms and fingers to grip securely
– are a tough design and material
– feel well made, no rips or tears at seams or where protective pieces are attached yet
Great!
Good looking gloves that seem to be durable
I ordered the smallest one for my 3.5 yo daughter, which is advertised as 4y plus which seems to be right. It’s a bit big on her fingers, however it’s already a snug fit on her palm, so I hope it will fit her better as she gets older, but the palm width could be an issue. Apart from that the gloves look amazing and feel like they can take some beating. It’s perfect for autumn and spring when the fingerless gloves don’t give enough protection against wind and cold. The material seems to be very durable, and reinforced on the palms, so should protect the little ones from the inevitable falls. For 5-6 I think it’s definitely worth a shot. Try it on and see how it is.
Comfortable kids gloves
This glove is an excellent option for a gift, it has quality, well made, comfortable, fits the hand well, is great value for money, well designed, my niece loved the colour and I highly recommend it.
Well made but come up a little small
Ordered for an 11 yo that cycles regularly. The gloves are well made, with solid stitching, decent velcro, and good grip. They should do a good job of protecting his hands. The downsides are that they do seem to come up slightly small considering he doesn’t have large hands for his age, and they also have quite a pronounced chemical smell to them, which was a little off-putting to the recipient. However, at just under 7 a pair at the time of writing, they are still good value for money.
Good fit for little hands - measurements in cm!
I’ve ordered half a dozen gloves for my 6 year old in the last few weeks and this is the first pair I’ve found that fits right. I didn’t think my daughter had particularly small hands but we’ve found even age 4-6 gloves would swamp her.
First off the measurements on this product description say they are in inches. Please note this is incorrect, it’s definitely centimetres as inches would make these pretty big adult gloves.
What loses a star for me is the smell. The smell of these are so potent I really don’t know how to describe it, but it’s incredibly overpowering. I’d recommend airing them for a few days but at least they are meant for outdoor use so hopefully less noticeable out in the elements.
I like the colour choices, some good variety there for all tastes and the quality appears to be good and offers good value. My daughter will be using these gloves for her cycling to and from school.
