I am NOT a senior. I bought this phone as a spare for our house as we had to get rid of our landline. It is EXCELLENT!! The only thing it doesn’t have is the internet and not everyone wants that! It is easy to use, clear and the ring tone is very clear.
I would HIGHLY recommend this phone as it is brilliant!!
The tone of the incoming calls are excellent.
What I found was that the switch for the torch could be accidentally pressed when the phone was in the pocket but with a little ingenuity problem solved. Otherwise a great flip phone.
We got this for our 89 year old partial sighted mother and it seems relatively easy to set up by us and has some simple additions which should help her to use it:
1. Three speed dial buttons so don’t have to find name in contacts etc.. we added some simple colours to the buttons to make it easier
2. You can set it to answer when phone is opened rather than again trying to find right button
So we will see how it goes but at 30 or so not too expensive as well.
Found 3 problems
When entering new contacts I found that I could not use the “+” for international calls. The torch button is a nuisance as I find it switched on after putting the phone in/out of my pocket. One day I opened the flip cover and found the screen half full of “9” numbers!!!!!
