Sharpening and Honing Instruction

1.Align the cutting edge being sharpened and the sharpening tool at an angle of approximately 20 degrees.

2.Maintain the angle and repeatedly slide the tungsten carbide along the cutting edge from the heel of the blade toward the tip. Continue this motion until the desired sharpness is achieved.

3.Switch to the ceramic blade for honing the cutting edge, , following the same process as sharpening.
