You dont have to be a wrestling fine to like this movie, true story and what a journey the family went through – no spoilers here but a big thumbs up to watch this film.
Another sad but true story. Good film and interesting. Had never heard of the Von Erichs – a little before my time. But it shows how one persons passion can be imprinted on their children and they start to live through them. Some very touching and sad moments- definitely worth a watch.

I’ve been a fan of wrestling for years so this was, for me , an insight into a story that I had followed over the years and wrestlers that I was very well aware of and had seen i epic matches in the past.
It’s told from the perspective of Kevin, the only surviving brother and it is a sad, tough and in ways uplifting watch.
I thought Zac Efron was very impressive in this. In fact all the cast nailed their parts and contributed to a superb story.
Very good film, if you like biopics then it’s a great watch even if you’re not into wrestling.
