    Fast transfe
Fast transfer as advertised. The transfer rater may vary with the speed of the transfer cable you use as per my experience. The faster the cable the faster the speed.
Made of aluminium and not plastic which adds to the aesthetic and durability.
Angled nicely instead of flat so connecting your cable is much easier.

    Just the job
I bought this for the small form desktop I keep under the TV as our main source of entertainment. The case has just two USB 3 ports at the front and some more at the back where I can’t reach, so had fed some extension cables round in a bunch.

The Jeliyea USB hub is a tidy, easy to use solution that looks more neat and provides all the spare ports I need; whether that’s for plug and play, charging or powering an aromatherapy diffuser or similar. It works and I no longer have to fish around for an extension cable that has retracted itself behind the PC case.

    3 charging ports
Quite good device for my needs. Also if talking about price I am more than happy. It looks like really good quality and also sturdy. We need it for our desk as it too many cables and all are really important, all have to be plug in. So it has 10 ports, 3 are for charging what is really great, exactly what I need – 2 phones and smartwatch. Other ports we are using for our laptop, webcam etc. Excsllent when everything can be in one place. Recommend i

Great USB hub with fast charging
This is a really nice USB hub – it looks really nice and it’s angled which makes it really nice to use and make the ports easy to use.

It comes with some fast charging parts which seem to work well and charge my phone quickly.

The only thing this hub is missing is the row of buttons that some hubs have so that you can enable / disable each port. I actually think this is a worth while trade for a clean and attractive appearance and uncluttered user interface.

Really nice quality and powerful USB hub
As far as USB hubs go, this is probably the most premium feeling one I’ve ever owned, which does reflect in the price. Normally I’d expect some plastic rectangular affair, but this is a premium metal, curved, quality dock.

I’ve command stripped mine to the wall behind my laptop because my cable management is dire and I have 15 USB devices that I need to have plugged in. If I didn’t already have a USB dock on the desk I’d much rather have it right here in front of me because it looks great.

There’s 10 ports, three of them are for charging devices. Perfect for me as I’ve got Bose headphones, my phone via wireless dock, and a hygrometer thing powered from it.

The dock is instantly recognised by Windows 11 and devices plugged into it work flawlessly every time.

This is a premium dock and well worth the price tag.

    Looks cool!
This hub is really solidly made, the brushed aluminum body looks great on a desk and offers lots of functionality to your setup.
Can be used as a charger or for adding extra USB ports, which seem to be disappearing off laptops, my current one only has two usbs, which is not enough.

The QC fast charging port is brilliant for charging my phone. With 10 USB slots there is definitely enough room to add whatever you fancy, and its fast and reliable.
    Great all round.

A simple, technophobe's review of the Powered USB Hub.
I have a number of various gadgets and gizmos that either need to be powered by USB ports or are USB rechargeable.

I’m a technophobe. For the specific technical spec, please read the product description as I really have no idea why one port is different from another. There are also some other very helpful reviewers that have gone into the spec details on their reviews, so please check those out too.

What I can say is, for anyone looking for something that will power and/or recharge multiple gadgets and gizmos at once, then this hub fits the bill. It comes with a power supply that plugs into the mains, or it can be run off a PC or laptop. There are ten ports on the top and one on the end. There are also two cables supplied, a USA A-A cable and a USB C-A cable.

I use this as a power/recharger unit, but it can also be used to add extra USB ports to a PC/laptop if they are needed.

Suffice to say, it’s perfect for my requirements of having a power hub for my gadgets and gizmos. I’m delighted with it.

A solid, well made, versatile, 10 port USB hub
Wrongly or rightly, like most things in life, a judgement of a products worth is made with the eyes, long before it is used.

So, in appearance alone, this product gets it right. It is supplied in a good, sturdy printed box containing the hub, two USB leads (one USB A to USB A and the other USB A to USB C) a power adaptor and a comprehensive user manual.

The product itself is lovely. It is made from aluminium and feels substantial in hand. Due to the profile of aluminium used it doesn’t sit high, and the USB ports are presented to you at a shallow angle. The ten USB ports are divided into one QC port, two fast charging ports and seven USB 3.1 data ports.

What do these figures mean in real world applications?

Well, on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with a battery level of 59% (and battery saver limiting full charge to 80% turned on) , a USB 3.1 data port is not recommended for charging. A ‘fast charging’ port will charge to 80% in 35minutes. A QC port will charge to 80% in 20 minutes.

So, QC is nearly twice as fast (but you only get one of them).

I have plugged a keyboard and mouse into the USB 3.1 ports with no issues such as lag or windows failing to see them.

My only negative is in the length of USB connecting cables provided. These connect the Hub and its data ports to your computer. As such, any cable used needs to support the data throughput requirements (my way of saying not any old USB cable will do). The supplied cables are too short and it took me a while to find myself a USB data cable of sufficient length (amongst the millions of cables I have stored).

I am very happy with this product and it now has a permanent place on my desk. Its low profile and reasonably small size make it very easy to ‘live with’ plus it offers a convenient way to quick charge my phone and plug in various accessories.

Ideal for the desktop of a busy workstatio
I really like these types of products, they help tidy your workspace by enabling you to remove a few other devices in favour of this single one.
The charging feature of this hub is great, you can fast charge multiple devices at once with no loss of charging speeds.
The USB hub speeds are fantastic but people should be aware that max speeds are not actual speeds you get, as these are dependent on other factors and conditions.
That said I was getting very fast data transfers from my usb memory sticks and as such I will continue to use this on my workspace from now on for sure.
Value wise, sure the price might seem a little high, but when you consider that you replace the use of other devices and with one of good quality, then it makes sense to spend a little more.
I would obviously shop around and see if similar could be bought cheaper though.
The construction of this is very nice, it’s mostly metal with some plastics used, but they seem tough inserts that wouldn’t come under any stresses.
This also comes with some non slip pads/feet on the underside which seem to do a good job of keeping the hub in place on your desk.

I am giving this 5 stars due to it doing what it is designed to do and doing it well and being well designed and constructed.

Excellent quality and performance but with some limitations
The hub both looks and feels good quality, sturdy and well made. Connecting to a Windows 10 PC, the hub was instantly recognised and available to use. I plugged in various USB data devices, memory sticks and SD card readers. All worked perfectly and quickly transferred data, video, image and music files between each other and the PC. The charging sockets successfully charged both Windows and Android devices. Plugging the hub into an Android tablet was equally simple. I ran a mouse, keyboard and scanner successfully.

The hub comes with two data cables (type A & C) which are perfectly acceptable quality. I also tested the hub with a USB extension lead and the hub continued to work fine for data. I have previously had equipment which refused to work unless directly connected to the PC. The ability to use a USB extension lead gets round the problem of a relatively short length power cable.

The mains power unit is a sealed unit. If the fuse goes, you will need a new power unit. The power unit is let down by using “door bell” quality cabling making it vulnerable to twisting and possible damage. For the price of the unit, I would have expected a better quality charger.

The hub only has USB type A sockets. With more devices now coming with type C to type C connectivity, I would have liked some of the 10 slots to have been type C. For this reason and the charger cable, I have awarded 4 stars to what otherwise would have been a 5 star product.

I hope you found this review useful.

Lack of separate power supply is a short-coming
This is a 4-port Hub that takes all it’s power from the host computer which restricts the type of items you want to plug into it.
Personally I would shy away from connecting phones or tablets or anything that will use the USB connection to charge, as I dislike running higher levels of power through my computer Motherboard – it’s quite expensive to replace after all!

So that limits this to things like keyboards, mice, hard disc drives and webcams etc.

This works quite nicely for me as I usually run with 2 or more external drives connected plus a wireless mouse, while I can connect the drives to the back of the Pc it’s a pain to reach around, so this is much more convenient as it can sit on the desktop.

Data transfer rates were excellent across USB3, however with two drives connected, the limiting factor is always the single cable, so it does drop then.

The hub is well-made and looks attractive. It has a nice solid feel to it from the aluminium casing. It’s a shame they didn’t think to include the ability to provide additional power.

    Expensive but worth i
Solid, quality USB hub with included USB to USB cable. I really like its slanted, it makes it so much easier to plug and unplug devices. It has a bit of weight to it and rubberised base strips to steady it and not mark the desk. USB 3 means some of my gadgets transfer a bit quicker. However for me its the convenience and the look thats the best part.

    Excellent performance.
The hub I’ve been using for a few months recently developed an annoying problem, my laptop is set up to start shortly before I get up each morning so everything is usually open and loaded when I get up, all I have to do is log in to whatever I’m doing.
Usually that would include the USB hub along with a couple of external drive I use but recently it hasn’t started and I’ve had to power it down and back up again before I can use it, it’s only a small thing but irritating nevertheless.
I ordered this one not only to replace that but also because it has more ports which I’d often found I needed.

I set it up a few days ago and so far I have to say I’m impressed with it.
There was no problem with it being recognised by my Windows 11 laptop and it picked up every device I plugged in with a couple of seconds, this morning just to see how much I could get it to run I had a watch and phone charging from it and plugged in a desktop fan, several memory sticks a 3.5″ external drive (with its own power supply) and two 2.5″ external HDD enclosures, it didn’t have any problem at all running every one of them and apart from a very small lag opening a video which I think was more about my laptop than the hub I didn’t notice any loss of speed accessing files.

The hub is a nice solid bit of kit with a reassuring weight and feel of quality to it, the anti slip panels in the base dose a fair job of stopping it sliding around your desk although one or two slightly tighter fit devices still needed me to hold it in place while I plugged in.
It comes complete with a power supply and two cables a USB A to A and a USB A to C so you don’t need to go hunting for anything to get started with it.

It’s something of a step up from the usual pretty basic hub in price but it also offers a great deal more than most in terms of charging speed and flexibility.

Five stars across the board, one of the few times I wish I could give more.

Visually stunning, and one of the best designed and versatile hubs that I have come across to date
The first things that stuck me about this USB Hub is its’ very sleek and clever design, and you can see they have really put some thought into this. I think I can safely say that this is one of the best hubs that I have ever owned. Not just looks wise but also from a functionality point of view as well. There are some good imitations of this hub out there so be careful when you are purchasing and make sure you get this 10 port powered hub from JELIYEA, and I will explain why.

It’s the power and combination of the different types of ports and speeds that make this so versatile. All the ports on this are USB 3.1 Gen 2, and I found that some of the other devices only had Gen 1 ports. The biggest difference between the two is speed. The Gen 2 ports can run up to a massive 10Gbps, whereas the Gen 1 ports can only run up to 5Gbps.

The 10 ports on here should give you more than enough capacity, but if like me, you can never get enough ports, then you have the option of adding (daisy chaining) additional hubs from one of the ports on here. Not all the ports are the same either, you have 3 quick charge ports on the left which are colour coded. The first port is red and is compatible with the Qualcomm Quick Charge (QC) power protocol and can support up to 18W of charging power. Not all devices support the QC power protocol, so the next two ports, colour coded Green, still provide fast charging for devices that do not support the QC protocol. Then you have 7 x USB 3.1 Gen 2 Data Ports for transferring data, There is also a built-in surge protector which protects all the ports from overload, surge protection, short circuit, etc, etc.

This JELIYEA hub comes with a 36 watt power adapter and also two USB cables so that you can connect it to a PC or laptop using the USB Type A cable or the Type C cable. You only really need to connect these USB cables if you are transferring data across. If you have a look at the attached pictures I have tried to show how stunning this looks and you will also see the first two devices that I tried to test this with. The test results were very impressive indeed. The two massive power banks shown in the pictures used to take me so long to charge that I used to leave them charging overnight, only to find them still charging in the morning, which is a good 6 to 8 hours. Using the quick charge ports on this hub it only took me 2 hours to recharge the power banks from being totally flat – and these power banks really do have a massive capacity.

In summary, this is a stunning hub in every way and you need to try it to really appreciate how good it is. Normally I would have said that a hub costing this much is overpriced, but when you see how quick this is, and the amount of time it saves you charging devices, then hopefully you will also appreciate that it is worth every single penny.

    Works well but pricy
This is a decent quality powered hub which is ideal for my laptop for quick and reliable data transfer as well as charging my devices. As it is powered, there are no issues with power fluctuations and cut-outs. It has worked reliably with a few USB’s, a hard drive and a smartphone plugged in and this hub handled all of them well. I would have preferred a Micro SD or SD card slot and even an HDMI, but for this purpose there are other hub options. For a pure USB-A hub it works absolutely fine – the only kicker is that it is very expensive at 50 for this type of hub.

    good quality unpowered USB Hub
USB 3.0 Hub, 4 Ports USB Hub Multiport Adapter with 45Gbps Data Ports, Aluminum Multi USB Port Expander Dongle for Laptop, PC, Desktop, Printer, Camera, Keyboard and More USB A Device

This product comes inside a cardboard box; inside the box, you’ll see the product and a wire to power the device; it is a regular USB on both sides. This product is not powered, meaning the output of the four individual slots is divided into four from the original port – for example, if the port you’re plugging this product into is 20 watts, this has a maximum output of 5 each; if the output is 100, then it’s 25 each. as off reviewing, this product cost 18.99 – I think this is a reasonable price.

The product is built quite well; it feels like it is made of metal and plastic. The product works exceptionally well; the ports identify my USB sticks, mice and keyboards instantly, they can charge my phone too (although this is relatively slow), while the USB sticks I use are not that fast in the first place, due to how a product like this works, it is slower (in my case, it went from 10 to about 7 megabytes per second)

I recommend this product if you need a USB port splitter, but don’t mind it being unpowered.

Great upgrade for devices with limited USB 3.0 ports
Great upgrade for an older PC with limited USB 3.0 ports, or for a modern slim line laptop where they give you limited ports, now have a large number of accessible ports connected to one USB 3.0 port on the back of the desktop.

A solidly built device, with a bit of weight to it, it sits neatly on the desktop with the cables routed from each side, shame in some ways they are not routed from the back. The shape allows for the ports to be seen easily for plugging devices in.

The supplied USB A to USB C and USB A to A data cables are thick but flexible, good that they give both options. When connected to the PC and devices plugged in, all recognised without issue.

The USB ports give a solid fit to the connected devices; data is read really quickly from memory sticks and camera cards via a card reader. Part of the text refers to USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, whilst the image, the box, the instructions and the actual device show USB 3.1, so the reference to 3.2 must be an error.

The power block sufficient cable length to allow the hub to be located where I need it, being powered it allows for power hungry devices to be plugged in without causing issues, as well as the QC 3.0 charging port, which shows up as ‘fast charging’ on my phone, the other charging ports show up as ‘standard charging’ useful for smart watch charging and other similar devices, so that provides a useful extra function to the hub.

Given the number of ports provided, maybe some could have been USB C, as some devices are now coming with USB C on the end of the cable as standard, however I do have adapters to overcome this issue.
In time, as attached devices increase, may move more of the desktop devices to this hub, to free up ports on the actual PC itself (webcams / desktop back up hard drive / Bluetooth adapters etc) this hub will certainly give me a lot more options.

A good addition to my desktop, giving plenty of scope for an expanded number of devices to be connected, whilst getting the benefits of an on desk quick charging point.

An Attractive Unpowered 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub
This unpowered 4-port USB 3.0 hub by Jeliyea comes to us in a small shrink-wrapped cardboard box.

Inside we have the hub itself, a white 1m Type-A to Type-A USB cable, an instruction sheet and a warranty card.

The hub is a desktop variety, sitting on the desk securely thanks to two silicone strips on the base. The top surface with the four USB Type-A ports is angled towards you, with the input Type-A port into which the cable plugs on the right-hand side.

There is an LED indicator which lights up green when the hub is connected to a host computer.

The four ports are all of the USB 3.0 5Gbps variety. They all draw their power from the host computer, so have a limited current output of 900mA between them. There is no auxillery power input to the hub, so that 0.9A is your limit, meaning you don’t want to be connecting power-hungry devices to this hub, or be expecting it to charge phones or tablets.

When connected to a host computer, the hub adds a Generic SuperSpeed (3.0) USB Hub and a Generic (2.0) USB Hub to the list of devices.

As a hub, this one does what it says on the box. It would be nice to have an external power input so you have the option to power more devices, but as an unpowered 4-port USB 3.0 hub it performs perfectly well and at the stated speed. It also looks pretty nice.

    Material quality
The materials used are that of both lightweight aluminium and plastics, which again are manufactured at a premium level

I’ve got a few of these kicking around my YT Tech studio, and this has got to be one of the best that I’ve used yet.

More ports than what you can wave a stick at and all are made from high-quality parts.

You have 3 power ports (which you can attach another hub to if you require more powered ports) and 7 data transfer ports.

You also have a USB Type-A out on the side that will link the provided USB Type-A to Type-A (or USB Type-A to Type-C) to your PC/tablet and on the opposite side you have a female jack port that you can plug the power adapter that is provided to power it.

You can achieve 10Gbps with the 7 transfer ports and you have one red USB Type-A that will give you a fast charging port @ 20 Gbps and 2 green fast charging ports that’ll give you 10 Gbps.

As a YT Tech and advisor, I’m more than happy enough to recommend this 10-port USB hub to anyone, and it’s at a good price as well
