Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have a really large head (7 3/4+ hat size) and this headset is supremely comfortable, the headband has a huge range of adjustment and the spring steel doesn't put too much pressure on my head. The leather ear pads and headband padding are comfortable and provide excellent retention quality so I don't worry about the headset sliding off my head. The range is substantial, I can move around from one end of my house to the other without disconnecting - very important as my coffee pot is on the other end of the house from my office. Battery life is better than I expected, I can rely on this headset to function perfectly for 8hrs+ of meetings without charging, The noise cancelling must be working as well, none of my coworkers have complained when my dog is behind me snoring away... he's a mastiff so his snoring is something else. I really like the full Teams integration and feature set, answering calls and controlling my mic is super simple with the flip of the mic boom and controlling all sounds with buttons on the headset means I don't need to stop what I'm doing with the mouse to change settings on the fly. Very well made and engineered headset.

I like these headphones from yealink. They are very lightweight and comfortable. They are suitable for those who work with headphones on for calls and gamers. I paired it with my android phone immediately. It plays music very well with crisp sound. The sound is not full or rounded but is not tinny up to max volume with no distortion as well. I would personally give the sound a solid B grade or slightly above average. Calls are easy to answer with a touch sensitive button, and can be muted with the touch of another button. Those on the other end can hear you clearly, thanks to the mic that can be rotated up to get out of the way when not in use. All the buttons are well placed and intuitive, and it did not take long to get used to the placement of each one and it's function(s). The ears rotate and the individual ear pieces telescope for custom comfort. Both the arch and ear pads are very well padded, while being very lightweight. The battery lasts a very long time as well. It comes with a dongle and long USBc cable. If the sound was a bit fuller 5 stars, but as is 4 stars for lightweight comfort, great button layout, functionality, good battery life and call quality.

I’ve used a lot of headsets over the years, mostly for gaming, and am fairly happy with this Yealink headset. I ordered it because my Yaelink office phone is a workhorse that has reliable done its job for years and years without a stumble. Sooo, why not try their headset? I am not at all disappointed. It’s easy to adjust for a good fit and you can wear it for hours without getting a hotspot. And the sound quality is good on both sides (I asked people in the teams meetings if I sounded OK, many said the quality was excellent).

This headset was ordered for my 17 year old son. Best thing about this headset is you can just raise the microphone and it mutes you. The worst thing is the feedback when you talk. It’s pretty annoying, but that’s the only downfall. He stated these headphones are the most comfortable he has owned.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersGood for a phone
Got this to try out for conference calls, music, and a gaming headset. Works great for calls and chatting which is what this is advertised for. Music had audio popping/skipping. But when gaming it had many audio issues. Thought it was my antique Bluetooth dongle, so I upgraded to a new 5.4 adapter to see if that fixed that gaming issues. It did not fix the gaming audio issues but it did make the audio for calls better.

This headset feels like there are bearings in all of its moving parts including the ear pads. Feels nice but it results in the headset not holding position on my head and the mic sometimes slowly going down if I move around too much. But it is verry cushy and not too tight on ears. Actually, it is a little loose on my big head. Helmet size XL-XXL manufacture and style varying.

Overall, it’s a nice headset. If you have a lot of office type work and make a lot of calls, then this is awesome. But not too good for music and bad for gaming.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI've been searching for a set of headphones that can satisfy my needs, and finally this might be the one. Immediately, I was struck at how soft the earpads feel - soft & smooth like a baby's bottom! When you put these on, you can barely feel them, they are so comfortable and very light. Comfort is aided by the ability of the earphones to rotate/swivel on two axis. Controls/buttons are on the mic side. Straightforward to understand, the positioning took me a little getting used to, but that's also because I have "fat" fingers. The mic boom is not adjustable/bendable which was a little surprising to me. At first I was a little concerned the positioning of the mic away from my mouse might affect sound quality. After calling several people, I realized this was not an issue as none of the people I called could tell I had a headset on. The sound is also good on the receiving end whether on a call or just listening to music. Finally, one of the best features/capabilities is the fact that the headset will pair to more than one device at a time. This has been quite helpful as I'm paired to my old Windows PC via USB, and to my iPhone via Bluetooth. When turning on the headphones connecting (to previously paired devices) is noticeably faster with these than with other headsets I've tried. All-in-all, these perform excellently and are very comfortable - these are now my go to headphones.

    Another quality product from Yealink
There’s plenty of companies making quality audio gear but Yealink remains one of the most underrated. I guess that might not be accurate–tech savvy people who know about quality audio are well aware of what Yealink does. Their brand might not be as familiar with the mainstream as some others but that doesn’t negate the fact that they just keep making exceptional quality products and selling it at reasonable prices.

I’ve used dozens of Yealink products but if I had to generalize I’d say that office headsets are their true specialty. They are moving into new areas (eg: webcams, video conferencing) and I do have an excellent Bluetooth headset I use while traveling but the office is really where they dominate. And the BH70 will only enhance that. It is very likely the best headset of this type on the market.

One area in which Yealink excels is noise cancellation. I travel extensively and work remotely which means that I might find myself on a conference call just about anywhere. Nothing is more miserable than a call where you can’t hear the people on the other end and they can’t hear you–and if you’re on the road there’s frequently nothing you can do about it. The noise cancellation on the BH70 is amazing. I don’t know what Yealink did with their algorithms but this headset sounds great even in noisy environments. The noise cancellation and audio quality are so good that I frequently find myself listening to music on the BH70 even though I’ve got (far more expensive) headphones supposedly dedicated to that purpose.

The headset is light and comfortable. There have been times when I’m sitting at my desk that I forget I have them on which usually isn’t the case with many headsets. Bluetooth range is a servicable 164 feet that should be more than enough for most office/remote work use cases. Battery life is exceptional–the product description says it’s up to 35 hours and I have no reason to doubt that. I’ve never had an issue with battery life. It’s also Microsoft Teams certified if that is important to you. I generally use it with Zoom, Google and Skype and have had no issues whatsoever.

This is not only one of the best bluetooth office headsets on the market it’s also among the best values. Last year I paid more than twice what the BH70 for a ‘big brand name’ headset that isn’t anywhere near as good as this one. This level of quality, innovation, comfort and performance at this price point is an almost unheard of value. Very highly recommended!

    An Amazing Yealink Headse
I recently purchased the Yealink BH70 Wireless Bluetooth Headset for my work-from-home setup, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for my productivity and comfort during long hours of calls and meetings.

First and foremost, the battery life of this headset is incredible. With up to 35 hours of talking time on a single charge, I never have to worry about running out of battery power in the middle of an important call. Plus, the quick charge feature means that I can get hours of use from just a short charging session, which is incredibly convenient when I’m on the go.

The 3-mic noise cancellation technology is another standout feature of this headset. It does an excellent job of blocking out background noise and ensuring that my voice comes through loud and clear, even in noisy environments. Whether I’m working in a busy office or from the comfort of my home, I can trust that my calls will be crystal clear and free from distractions.

I also appreciate the lightweight design of the Yealink BH70 headset. At just 147g, it’s comfortable to wear for extended periods without causing any discomfort or fatigue. The adjustable headband and cushioned ear cups provide a secure and comfortable fit, ensuring that I can focus on my work without any distractions.

The fact that this headset is Microsoft Teams certified is just the icing on the cake. It seamlessly integrates with the Teams platform, allowing me to easily join meetings, answer calls, and control my communication settings directly from the headset. It’s a convenient and efficient way to stay connected and productive throughout the workday.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Yealink BH70 Wireless Bluetooth Headset. It’s a reliable, high-quality headset that delivers exceptional performance and comfort, making it the perfect choice for anyone in need of a premium audio solution for work or personal use.

Finally, a Bluetooth headset that plays nice with both a computer and a desk phone!
I have tried a number of different Bluetooth headsets, and have been plagued with problems getting a dual-connection headset to work with my computer for computer audio meetings, while also working with my Yealink desk phone.

This is the first headset I have found that will handle the audio by playing computer sounds any time there is no active phone call, but then switch over to the phone audio when a call comes in, and immediately back to the computer as soon as the call hangs up. The only caveat to this is that it switches over to the phone audio as soon as the phone starts ringing (does not wait for actually ANSWERING the call), so if I’m on a computer audio meeting, I have to quickly hit the “reject call” button on my desk phone if the phone starts ringing to get back to my computer audio.

Battery life is excellent and can easily last through an entire work day and still have power to spare. Comfort level is about the best I’ve ever seen from an “on ear” style headset (I think the only way to get more comfortable would require switching to an “over the ear” form factor).

This may sounds like a bit of a nitpick, and is a personal preference, but all my other headsets have always had the boom mic on the left, where this headset puts it on the right. This may seem like it shouldn’t be a big deal, but these microphones work where flipping them vertically mutes the mic, and I use this feature constantly. Being right-handed, my right hand is generally always on my mouse during meetings, so having the mic on the left side is more convenient since I can do that with my free hand. While it is true that I could have the computer reverse the L and R speakers, and wear the headset backwards to put the mic on the left, doing this would then put the power switch and other controls in awkward places.

Occasionally I do have to turn off the headset and reboot it if it doesn’t negotiate connections with both devices right away, but once both devices connect, the headset works very reliably on the audio handoff between the computer and the phone, and that is the single most important thing that has me getting rid of my other headsets and sticking with this one.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersWhen keyed up, picks up my loud office partner, but rejects other noises well, great battery life
I like that this uses Bluetooth so the dongle is optional and I do not need to tie up a USB port on my computer. USB C charging, is great and get’s full enough in about an hour. It lasts the work week for me with frequent usage between 20-30hours. Zero issues pairing on various windows based machines.

It keys up the mic well, I have a deep, but quiet voice and it has no issues detecting it. When the mic is hot it is able to pick up the person next to me, but they are pretty loud and cheerful. It’s able to reject other typical office noises well, but so did my built in laptop microphone. So the “3 mic noise cancellation” is a bit suspect, but I am not using the Yelink app as recommend by the manufacture as I am not allowed to install it on my office machine.

I weighted the headset and it came in at 150grams and is comfortable for all day wear, my ears get warm but not hot. I also play music with it and it’s not bad for a headset designed for voice. I would say most people would very happy with the sound quality. At a comfortable listening level people next to me are not able to hear anything, so the headset dose well keeping the noise at the ears like a closed back headphone would.

The build is, fine. They are demanding a pretty high price point. There is metal in the headband, that’s good. The up/down microphone adjust needs more friction, it’s a little too easy to adjust and I have concerns it will wear out early. The foam they used is very soft and comfortable.

Overall, solid headset that works well and one less wire tethering to my desk.
