Charges fine through case and holds the phone secure. As some say a bit bulky but is acts as a stand mount as well, not just a portable charger. I leave it by the side of my bed on landscape orientation (iPhone 15 ios17) to get the stand by clock and calendar up and use the alarm for morning wake.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis review is based on my experience using my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (iphone will have a different result) i am using a UAG Monarch Pro Magnetic Kevlar case

So i just finished testing the Anker MagGo 6,600mah Battery Bank (Qi2)

First thing first, this will not charge your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra at 15W…. i just got the regular wireless charging. How fast im not sure. But it would had been a 4 hour waiting period to fully charge the phone if it had enough juice.

The phone and battery bank remained cool the whole time. It never heated up and that is a huge plus in my book.

It is on the heavier side of town. But the power bank is mainly a stand. Thats why its designed that way. So its cool. The hinge is very well made. Kept the phone at different angles.

Charged the phone 60% (28% – 88%) so i think its on the good side. Yall can decide on that.

This is mainly for the iphone users. Us Samsung people dont benefit from the Qi2 and will just revert to Qi speed. I dont know why since the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra can charge up to 15W fast wireless charging. But its pretty cool. Office workers who video call a lot would love this. Or the active tiktokers too.

This is my honest review based on my experience.

Not for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this to travel and use iPhone 15 as a clock in nightstand mode. Very happy with this and charging ability. It works as a day charger/dock as well when connected to power.

Works perfectly, heavier than expected but not a problem. Snap of magnetics mean correct placement instantly. Charing Cable that is provided is very short- could be longer to reach the plug socket or an extension lead place on the floor from an average bedside table as currently it only reaches about half way.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersI’m excited about Qi2 support for iPhones. Finally, fast charging! So I ordered both the 6600 mah and 10000 mah versions of the Anker Maggo battery packs.

First observation? This is huge. When compared to my older Anker magnetic charger, this feels a lot larger. It’s a big one. Wireless charging was on-par with a MagSafe adapter, so it felt like it was charging just as fast. Also charged my iPhone SE at a slower rate.

What I did like is that I can use this as a foldable stand, with and without charging. If I just need to prop up my phone and watch something, I can do that. I can also fast charge while propped up via cable to, which is nice (it *felt* like I was getting fast charge on my iPhone 14 Pro Max but not sure if it was 20w or 27w. I can’t find the specs either.)

And the cost. It’s $70 which is a “oof” to the wallet. However I paid $100 for the Apple one that had a quarter of the capacity. But it also was a lot smaller.

Anker’s first to market so they can get a premium price for their battery packs until the market catches up. It’s the best out there this far.

    Amazing fast wireless charger, but…
