Sleek and practical
Great looking product as well as versatile, it has a pull out tap that can get to all round the sink as well as the choice of 2 jets, spray or full
Excellent tap, very stylish & very powerful when on spray mode!
Not only does this tap look and feel good, it’s also excellent at blasting away dirt on the plates.
When washing up dog bowls at the end of the day, the spray function blasts all of the bowl clean with hardly any brushing required.
It’s also got a nice flow on the ‘normal’ mode, which creates a good amount of bubbles and still has a high flow rate.

This replaced a cheap Chinese tap we had and was a dream to install. Plenty of length on the pipework too. On the spray function it is a strong flow. The pull out facility is excellent and feeds back as you would desire.
I have gas boiler so pressure has never been an issue; after all it works as a pressurised system. So my only disappointment is the flow normally without the spray function. It is slow. Other than that, perfect in every sense.

Stylish, modern, useful, easy to use & fit. But read the instructions as to where to fit it. I did afterwards. I fitted through the actual sink unit, when in reality it should go through your work surface, but not enough space between sink edge & wall. But it still works. No issues. Ah sorry one upon testing of water drainage from sink, a small residue if water was left in the sink. I emailed customer services but within 5 mins I’d sorted out why. Just check which seal goes where. I’d got the foam one in the wrong place. Yes I’d buy again and have recommended to family members.
Broken just after a month, but they replaced the broken part.
Overall thought it looked good. But after a month and spray gun lever keeps falling off! No option to contact the seller, and looks like it’s not got any warranty. Seller contacted me and has sent a replacement part!
Brilliant tap
Easy to install, easy to use, easy to clean, great value for money, haven’t had any leakage and looks amazing. Just started to decorate my kitchen and wanted a new sink and a new modern looking tap. Was a bit worried it wasn’t going to be that great due to the price but I was so wrong, absolute bargain. I highly recommend it 🙂
Amazing product does exactly as expected. It looks amazing and was so simple to fit, i have no plumbing experience and limited space under sink.
Gorgeous finish with no damage from every day use, and no calcium build up despite hard water.
Quality and Desig
Was going to repair a leaking tap but when compared cost of spare parts vs new one decided to buy this tap. Its well built, very easy to install as dont need box spanners as some types need, just a simple C plate with two screws already installed in it. For the price I think its very good value.
Does the job and looks good
Easy to fit and does the job. Works pretty smooth.. no problems so far after being in a week.. but it is quite light weight and feels a bit cheap. You get what you pay for.. but if you’re after a cheap pull out tap that looks good, this is the one for you!
Overall a great tap
I found this tap to be excellent and simple to install. The extendable hose feature and the ability to switch to a spray mode are fantastic. However, my only issue is that the lever handle tends to loosen frequently and requires tightening to prevent it from falling off. The price is reasonable, packaging good and the delivery was prompt.
This was pretty easy to install (getting the old tap out took up all the time) and looks great. It’s easy to switch between the different streams of water. It works properly and I can now pull out my tap to rinse the whole of the sink. It comes with the tap not locked into the main “stem”. This is not a fault and it works on a weight under the counter to retract it. So make sure you have space under the counter for it to work properly. My under sink cupboard is a tangle of pipes and so had to do a bit of jigging about to get it to work properly with the space. It also has a warning not to use cleaning products other than soapy water to clean it as these will be corrosive. Hope I remember!
Make sure you've got enough dunking room
What can I say? Lovely tap and a super upgrade from our previous one which only lasted a year. Trouble is, we live in a Victorian property which suffers from very hard water and a shared supply, a combined nightmare that sees us with low pressure and crusty scum all over the sinks and taps.
Fitting was easier than I thought as all I had to do was remove the old one and connect the new one. The way it attaches to the sink itself it very simple, even with restricted access. Took me about 20 minutes to fit.
The only thing to bear in mind is having enough room under the sink for the weight to rise and fall when using the nozzle pull out feature. I’ve had to cut a hole in the back of the shelf in the cabinet so that it allows the weight to move up and down freely.
Feels solid. Hopefully it won’t succumb to Victorian scum.
