Great value & performant drive
The device functions as expected and presents exceptional value at the price acquired. Quality / robustness have yet to be determined given the short period of ownership. Extremely thin unit and and genuine ‘plug & play’.
Perfect for what I needed
My old laptop had an internal hardrive, but purchasing a new one they do not seem to come with it, so purchased this external one after good reviews, have used it now a few times and happy with it.
Fault in first item but refund and free replacement provided, so ultimately very good service!
OK for the couple of times it worked but developed a fault soon after we started using it.
(Update – Amazon refunded the cost of the faulty item and the seller has contacted me to apologise and offer a free replacement, which seems like a generous offer under the circumstances. I have received the replacement promptly and it is currently working fine so customer service has actually been really good.)
I needed to play DVDs at work for some old fitness workouts, and it’s perfect for what I need. All I did was plug it in and it worked straight away for what I needed. I use VLC media player alongside it which was already installed. No drivers needed.
AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
I was skeptical purchasing this, but I went with the other customers reviews. This has been absolutely incredible to use for my mac. It’s so easy to set up, plug in and import immediately.
I highly recommend this to anyone!
