A good range of fitness bands with durable fittings
These are very sturdy resistance bands with a good range of accessories that’ll work for most situations. And they come with a good storage bag as well.

There are six different bands with their resistance rating labelled on them, though I don’t know how they’ve calculated the rating as they don’t feel particularly similar to lifting a physical weight at the same rating; I guess it’s a case of using what feels right for you. The bands can be clipped to the handles or leg loops etc. in any combination (though I’m pretty sure if you used all six like in the promo images, it’d get a bit unweidly, not to mention very tough to stretch!)

The price is decent for a kit of this quality and it should hopefully last quite a while!

Not as good as using actual weights you can pull in the gym, but I suppose this is the next best thing. Maybe it’s just me but I feel a bit anxious they’re gonna snap though. It’s not that they feel weakly made, it’s just the principle of pulling a lot of force into elastic

    So far, so good
This is a review for the Kuzaro Heavy Resistance Bands Set.

    PROS:
    * Don’t feel like they will break easily
    * Scope to build up from low to high resistance
    * Work well for strength/resistance training
    * Individual bands are lightweight – you could easily pack what you needed to continue your exercises for a week or two away
    * The bands themselves are said to be 100% latex – so not plastic based

    CONS:
    * More instructions would be helpful for those who haven’t used a set like this before – exactly how we safely attach them to the door, etc. I have slightly loose fitting doors, so I need to be careful about which side of the door I am on or they may fly open!
    * The bands are quite long which means you can’t hold the handles for all exercises unless you have very long arms – I appreciate they are targeted at men (and I’m not a man) but men come in a variety of sizes too!
    * Quite expensive (but will be worth it if the bands survive repeated use)
    * Not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy

    Great sturdy bands so fa
Really happy with these bands so far. I bought a set on here some months ago and they snapped very easily. While these aren’t adjustable like the ones which broke they feel incredibly sturdy and are heavier in weight than most sets available. Both the handles and the door anchor seems a lot better made too.

    Help me strengthen my core
I was a little sceptical about these bands initially but after hurting my back, a physiotherapist gave me some basic exercises to strengthen my core using similar bands. Having a range of different resistances in the bands means I am able to adjust as my core strengthens.

When I first took them out of their bag, they seemed rather skinny as opposed to the images on Amazon, but they are much sturdier than they appear. The resistance goes from a light 10Lbs up to 30Lbs, giving a real range of options. They are really helping me and will hopefully mean my lower back is stronger going forwards.

    Nicely made, comfy handles!
The main thing I love about these resistance bands is that the handles don’t hurt your hands – with a lot of cheaper sets you end up with hard plastic handles that dig in to your hands, but these are nice and soft and easy to grip.

There’s a nice variety of resistances, and even a little guide included for some exercises you can do with them.

Build quality is pretty nice, they don’t feel like they’ll snap as they’re all quite thick rubber, so seem like they’ll be long lasting!

    Good quality
Comes with loads of different weight options suitable for all classes of people.

It comes with a nice bag to store them in which help a lot with keeping things tidy. The material seems really strong. I wouldn’t normally get something like this but thought I’d give it a go and I’m not disappointed.

The resistance feels good all I would suggest is be safe as they will hurt if you slip

    Versatile training method
These arrive packed tightly into a bulging, branded box.
You get a lot of kit for your money.

Also with the kit is a drawstring bag for storing the kit in and a wall chart that details some of the many exercises you can do.
There are no assembly instructions as such, but it’s all pretty intuitive and clip together stuff. Most uses are detailed in the Amazon item description pages.

The bands are very well made. Strong, robust and secure.
All stitching in the straps etc is flawless, with tight stitching, no missed stitches or stray threads.
The velcro fastenings uses some of the strongest velcro I have come across – you might need a workout first to get the strength to part the fabric.

In use, my initial thoughts (like all resistance band training) is that these are not as “heavy” as the similar rated weights.
I think this is all in my head, because after using for a while I am just as knackered as I would be using similar weights!

So I use a number of resistance bands in my archery training routine.
This set compliments and extends my training perfectly and I can focus on my upper body core strengths easily.
I particularly like the door anchor exercises, where I can really exert myself.
I have not damaged my doors yet. The foam anchors really work well.

The wife has also started using these. Like me she thought it quite easy to begin using and was surprised how exhausting it can get, even with the lower poundage bands.

This is a GREAT set of bands. Extremely versatile and a great price.

    Robust band se
The first thing I noticed about this set is how much the box weighs. That is reflective of the fact that everything inside seems to be built to handle the strain.

The set includes a bag to store everything in, and an exercise guide (poster on thick glossy card). These too look well made.

I don’t know how this set compares to other sets in the same price-range, but it does look pretty robust to me, with a good range of resistances.

    Great resistance selectio
Been using these for over a week now, even allowed my sister to borrow them for her to exercise her lower back to tackle back injury. Overall, really happy for this set. I would say this is for those who have the some experience with similar exercises. For beginners, I would suggest speaking to a professional mainly on posture and techniques. The set comes with a list of possible exercises which you can do with this set. But it doesn’t really explain and detail the posture and technique. Which is important and potentially damaging.

The resistance bands are all colour coded and vary in resistance strength. From 11.5kg to 34kg. It should serve most people’s needs. They come with a very sturdy bag to store them in. Some of the suggested exercise can’t be achieve with most. Like the ones you need to strap the bands onto a pole. One thought for those who don’t have a gym membership, to use these in the public park gym, if your home doesn’t have a pole to strap them to. The straps and bands are very well made. I never felt they will ever snap in the middle of an exercise. I think this is the most important aspect.

Fantastic for resistance training, and not just for men!
I have been having fun with this resistance training set since it arrived. At first, I was a little daunted by the “for men” in the description, but when I looked at the range of weights I felt that I could handle it, especially as there were images of ladies doing exercises in the lineup.

And oh my. The bands are really good quality and do give you a very decent workout. There is something for everyone. Best of all, if you have been out of practice for a while, you could begin with a lower tension and work your way up. I was able to pull all of them at least a few times with no ill effects, but obviously the higher weights take more effort. The non-slip handles are very comfortable to hold and really do give a good grip, even if you’ve got hands as small as mine. If your ankles are slim, you may struggle to get a good fit with the included straps, but I suppose that extra linings could be added. The sponge lining is very comfortable and does not chafe the skin (I put it over my socks the first couple of times though).

Inside the box were three bundles in clear, sealed plastic bags, plus a black draw-string bag and a folded poster showing different types of exercises which can be performed with the resistance band.

I am very happy with this set as it proved that I was not as out of condition as I had feared. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

Who would I recommend it for? Active adults and any home with teenagers in it. They will have a ball!

Good kit but more instructions would be helpful
The first thing to mention is that the item title states ‘Heavy Resistance Bands Set for Working Out Men’ yet the picture on the chart shows a woman alongside a man doing the exercises. There is no instruction manual just the chart to work from and whilst it is fairly comprehensive it is also lacking some vital information. The one major problem is that when using the door wedge, coupled with the ankle strap, it is not immediately apparent how the bands loop around the door strap; however, on checking the Amazon description it became a little clearer.

The product feels sturdy and offers a huge range of resistance. As a woman with small hands, I thought the hand grips were quite thick and even my husband commented that they were thicker than hand grips he uses at the gym. It was also a little confusing to discover how the leg strap connected — yes, there is a Velcro ankle strap but do you have to loop the bands through doubled up? My husband who is knowledgeable with fitness products and has been a regular at a gym for many years was a little confused as to how the product connected. The carabiners are very sturdy and feels safe when using all the bands for maximum effect.

Unless my husband is doing something wrong, he feels that on some of the exercises, such as the ‘row’, the band seems too long to obtain the full range of motion.

I would give this product five stars but will have to drop a star due to the confusion on how to attach the ankle straps: even the picture on the website shows the woman exercising with the ankle straps but the photograph is cut off at the middle of the bands so we cannot see how they are actually attached. Maybe a QR code to link to an instructional video would be a great addition.

    Looks good but overpriced
There are plenty of these kind of exercise resistance band sets for much less money if you’re willing to shop around. At 50 (after 20 discount), this set is priced at the premium end of the market, and I’m not sure why. Yes it looks good, feels solid and good quality but imo, that doesn’t equate to the hefty price tag.

If you have the money then go for it, if you want the sensible option- look elsewhere.

    Hope this review was helpful.
