Only had it a few weeks when 1 of the lines snapped ,dont know it was the weight of the washing or a faulty line, either way the other line is fine .
The product does it’s job but do yourself a favour and buy your own heavy duty wall plugs as the provided ones are simply not robust enough to take even the lightest loads of clothing.
This is my third such purchase in 4.5 years. It’s exactly what I need in my garden for washing so I persevere but I find the locking cleats at the bottom are notorious for breaking eventually, which makes it difficult to secure the line.
I have tried a couple of makes – they’re all the same!
