Only had it a few weeks when 1 of the lines snapped ,dont know it was the weight of the washing or a faulty line, either way the other line is fine .
Good line…fixings are useless!!!
The product does it’s job but do yourself a favour and buy your own heavy duty wall plugs as the provided ones are simply not robust enough to take even the lightest loads of clothing.

Good product.
Both lines are stretched to capacity across our garden. They are also loaded probably beyond their capacity. One of the wall plugs came out slightly (although the product didnt fall off the wall)…we bought 2 props to take some of the weight. Really good produc
Good but…..
This is my third such purchase in 4.5 years. It’s exactly what I need in my garden for washing so I persevere but I find the locking cleats at the bottom are notorious for breaking eventually, which makes it difficult to secure the line.
I have tried a couple of makes – they’re all the same!
I love this washing line because it’s so easy to use. It’s nice an sturdy and the lock feature makes it nice an taught so ur washing line doesn’t droop. It has 2 lines so I use 1 line for my sheets etc an the 2nd line for my clothes etc. After the washing is dry I just roll it back up an thats it done. Brilliant.
