These are perfect for my feet.
Perfect for my feet. I have tried others which ‘do the job’ but are not quite so comfortable. Great that you don’t need to cut to size as the shaping in the foot bed fits better. Bought on a flash sale but even then I feel they are a little expensive though.
Painfull Foo
After fitting insole it feel like a stone in your shoe, but persevere with it and is actually supporting your foot arch. Foot still sore but easing off will keep wearing it.
Great inner sole
These are extremely comfortable inner soles. They have made my walking and sport so much more comfortable. I have had bunions removed but still have pain as limited big toes movement . The arch and the mound in the middle of the innersoles have relieved all pain especially when playing tennis. So pleased and bought another pair .
I have pain behind my toes on the ball of my foot and often suffer with plantar fascitis too. I walk over in most shoes, wearing them down quickly. I got these support insoles to try and relieve the pain and support my arches. So far, so good. The pain seems to be going a bit since wearing them. It’s early days ( a week) but pleased so far.There is a small bump where the toes end , on the ball of the foot, supposedly to help with the metatarsal pain I have been experiencing. I thought it would be uncomfortable, but it’s okay.
Full Length Metatarsal Arch Support Insole
Suffering from Hallux Rigidus, I’m struggling to find things to alleviate discomfort. This insole does seem to take pressure off the ball & great toe joint. Walking is much improved & less painful.
I have a pair in my slippers, trainers & walking boots. The metatarsal bump can feel alien as you put your foot in the shoe but once your foot is in place, it’s less noticeable. You do get used to it & it does help to minimise pressure.
Great fit and support.
I got these as I have flat feet and wanted more support on my air jordans. These will last ages, great buy, expect one thing they do add a noticeable amount of weight to the shoes. But if that’s the price to pay for great support then I’ll live with it.
They are a bit expensive though for just one pair. Id expect at least 2 pairs for the price.
I’m not very knowledgeable about these inners but these are good, they support my flat feet and are just a bit heavy as mentioned.
Comfy and supportive
I bought it for my mum who says it has eased the pain when she is walking, it offers fantastic support to the soles of her feet and is very soft to walk on. Only thing she didn’t like is the thickness. She doesn’t think it will last long
Around a year ago I discovered I had flat feet and that my arches were close to the point of collapse, so every pair of shoes I own now has insoles with arch support.
I got these slippers for Christmas and whilst they are very comfortable they didn’t have much support, so I bought these arch supports and inserted them in to my new size 11 slippers.
They didn’t need any cutting (like many other brands) and just slipped straight in and now it feels like I am walking around on air… plus the slippers are a little more snug, so are less likely to slip off unintentionally.
PS please excuse the grubbiness, but I thought it would be better to show them as they are two weeks into their life, rather than straight out of the pack 🙂
Great insole for my flat fee
I have flat feet and used to wear insoles to help my posture 10 years ago. Since stopping I have found my posture getting worse over time so I decided to order these insoles to put in my trainers. They were the perfect size and fit well into my trainers. I instantly had better posture when I use them and I’m sure it will correct my posture even more from regular use. It’s a semi-soft insole but firm enough to create a solid arch which my feet really need. I’ll be ordering some more for my work shoes and other trainers!!
It really works!
To start with i suffer from Plantar fasciitis
After years of standing, i get really bad back pain, knee pain, and foot pain.
I have tried Orthosole previously and they were fantastic but very expensive.
These are really good for the price and although not as customizable as the Othosole ones are also much cheaper.
When you first try these the bubble in the arch of the foot can be uncomfortable but after a few days of wear, this helps a massive amount.
The heel bit moves independently and allows more comfort due to its material.
If you suffer from back or lower joint pain then try these.
