Great quality, over ear, gaming headset.
The IMYB A36 gaming headset is a solid choice for gamers. It delivers excellent sound quality with deep bass, making game audio immersive. The noise-canceling feature is impressive, effectively blocking out background noise for better focus during gameplay. The microphone is clear, perfect for in-game communication. It’s compatible with various platforms, including PC, Xbox, PS4/PS5, and Switch. The over-ear design is comfortable for extended use, and the blue colour looks sleek. My only gripe is that the ear cushions could be slightly softer. Overall, it’s a great headset for the price, offering quality sound and a comfortable fit for long gaming sessions.

Not bad at all for the price...
Decent enough budget (wired) headset with inline cable controls.

They’re a bit weighty, but surprisingly comfortable despite that. They do a very good job of blocking out external noise, and you really do feel isolated from the real world when you’ve got them on. Sound quality is perfectly acceptable for ‘phones at this price point… I’ve certainly heard worse from ‘phones costing more than these.

With a little bit of ‘bling’ coloured LED-wise, they do sit well with a desk setup with similar lighting features.

I don’t think there’s anything to moan about considering the price frankly, and they’re well worth considering if on a budget.

    On a quality/value-for-money basis…. 5-Stars.

    Gaming Headse
Are these the best headphones you’ll come across? No, not at all, but for the price, they are fantastic!

The sound quality is rich and deep in base. They’re quite comfortable but they do cup your ears quite tightly however you can adjust the size of the headband which helps.

As far as noise cancelling, I don’t think so. Because of how they are snug on your ear you won’t hear much going on around you but it doesn’t feel like there’s any actual noise cancelling technology (A lot of things state it without it having it for some reason and whilst I’m no expect, after using something with real noise cancelling you can absolutely tell the difference)

The mic is okay, I recorded myself and it was clear enough without a lot of background noise.

The headphones have a decent amount of connectivity. There’s the main cable which has a 3.5mm jack and USB. It also comes with an adapter for 2 jacks.

I really like having the volume wheel on the cable which is very handy.

They’re quite robust as well, they should take a few knocks.

I think for 19.99 (currently 15.99 with 20% discount) you couldn’t ask for better. For this price range they’re fantastic.

Great Value for Money Gaming Headse
This gaming headset is a pretty good performer, is nice and comfortable to wear and is affordable.

The sound quality, the most important thing, is good: very clear and crisp, with a decent bass response that enhances the games you’re playing. The microphone is also nice too, capturing voice pretty clearly without excessive background noise.

They’re also comfortable to wear. The ear cups are well-padded, providing a snug fit without causing discomfort even during extended gaming sessions. The adjustable headband is appreciated and ensures a secure fit whatever your age (I ordered this for my son but it can be adjusted to fit mine and his dad’s head too).

The build quality if solid though the plasticky nature of it might put some people off, especially if they’re looking for something more premium. However, considering the price point, the overall durability is decent enough and you won’t get better than these for what they cost.

It’s a good budget friendly choice. They’re reliable. They work and they’re good value for money. Recommended.

Decent sound quality and comfortable to wea
This gaming headset is definitely punching above its weight and for the price provides excellent quality. First off it is very comfortable to wear. My ears get a bit warm but apart from that I can happily wear these for an evening.
Sound quality is also good as is the microphone. You can get better quality by paying a lot more but this is a very acceptable price/quality compromise.
The headset has a 3.5mm jack and a USB A connector and both need to be plugged in for full functionality. However, you can just plug the 3.5mm jack plug in to your sound source and hear audio. If you want the RGB lighting you do need to plug the USB plug in though.
The build quality is good and these don’t feel flimsy. The cable has a built in volume control together with a mute button and these work perfectly with no crackling.
I am using these with a desktop computer running Windows 10 but they are also compatible with most modern consoles. Considering the price and quality I would say that they are a bit of a bargain.

Audio quality is acceptable. Microphone could use a bit of work.
It’s a good entry level headset for new gamers that just want to be able to hear what’s going on and talk with their friends.

The sound quality is more than acceptable in my opinion, it could definitely use a little more volume and base, but again you do get what you pay for.

It’s comfortable to wear and volume control is easy to use.

In terms of value for money, I would say it’s worth it when comparing it to all the similar priced items

    budget headse
The sound quality is fine but the microphone is the letdown. For gaming on your own, this is a nice headset with some RGB. This works fine on my PC and PS5. I would say this is more like a 15 quid headset.

    I like i
This is a very comfy headset, and considering the price it is a great overall one too ^ It doesnt sit too tightly on the head and the padding on the headband of it and the ear pieces is quite comfy to wear too.

The sound quality does work great for gaming too.

    Great quality and price
Great headphones at a really competitive price. I really don’t think you need anything better than this in terms of sound quality for gaming. They hug your ears well and providing nice bass. They don’t feel cheap at all and are comfortable to wear. The colourful lighting goes well with PC’s and keyboards these days and children will like them. They do require a power source though as there is no battery to power them.

Convenient switch to control volume and mute and the microphone arm is easy to move out of the way if not required.

    Overall – excellent.

    Immersive sound, crystal-clear mic
This gaming headset has exceeded my expectations. I was initially drawn to its sleek design and RGB lighting, but it’s the performance that truly impressed me. The sound quality is immersive, with crisp highs, deep lows, and clear mids. I can hear every footstep and gunshot in my games, giving me a competitive edge.

Brilliant! Does exactly what I need it to do!!
I received this item via the vine programme, and here is my honest and unbiased review.

These are a pair of excellent headphones with microphone attached which are brilliant for listening to music, but also fabulous for playing on the PS5 etc with your pals.
They are comfortable, the sound is excellent, the mic picks up the voice well, and I a totally delighted with them.
    19.99 is an absolute bargain!
    5 stars!!!

    Really good.
Good quality audio and stereo separation. The noise cancelling microphone works very well ad the headphones are comfortable to wear for extended periods. Good fro gaming or if you use a headset for work. I like the green colour too.

    This is a reasonable headse
This is a reasonable headset to get you started with gaming (or meetings). Not good enough quality for music. If you rely on detail sound in games, they might not be ideal for that. Everything is ok and nothing wrong with them. For beginners or kids that might throw them in rage after being sniped by one of those annoying people that spin round in the air whilst shooting you.

    IMYB gaming headse
This is a fantastic headset with a quality sound, I’m really impressed, I ordered these for my son to use while gaming on his pc and he’s more than happy.
You can’t ask for a better value gaming headset than these, lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, great connectivity and clear microphone, I’d highly recommend.

    A fantastic gaming headset!
If you’re in the market for a gaming headset that looks as cool as it sounds, this little beauty is a fantastic choice. Right off the bat, the striking green design and RGB lighting are real eye-catchers. But it’s not just about the looks—the sound quality is top-notch too. I’ve used these on my PS4 and the stereo sound is immersive across all platforms. The noise-cancelling feature does a great job of blocking out background noise, in fact, I generally don’t hear anything outside the sound of my game. The microphone is clear and picks up my voice without any distortion, making team communication seamless.

Comfort-wise, these over-ear headphones are a winner. The padding is soft and doesn’t cause any discomfort even during long hours of gaming. The headset is also lightweight, which adds to the comfort factor.

Bottom line is, if you want a headset that delivers on both performance and aesthetics, this headsets the one. Very impressed. Highly recommended!

    Okay for gaming?
Looks wise they are okay, I like the green of the headband, beyond that they look quite generic.

As for comfort, the ear caps are fixed to the headband and there is no swivel, the ear cups are straight, despite that people’s ears point forward, so straight away, they won’t be amazingly comfortable. The pads feel like a cheap pleather, probably because that is what they are. They also do make a good seal around your ears so even though these are closed back, there is no sound isolation.

The cable suffers massively from microphonics, if you touch the cable, you will hear it loudly.

When you play music you will probably notice, first, just how bassy these are. The bass itself, aside from being strong, is a little on the muddy side, lacking the fine control of better phone. The bass does reach right down into the sub bass. All of this bass comes at a cost, highs are non-existent, resulting in music that sounds dead.

Soundstage and imaging are pretty good for the price, the soundstage can be quite wide with the right track, and the imaging allows you to identify the source of the sound quite well. This would be well suited for gamers.

Really cute and good quality headset. It’s actually quite a well built set so perfect for younger gamers as the control is nice and solid. Sound quality is actually fantastic especially for the price, nice and comfy to wear for long periods of gaming. Overall a great cost effective gaming headset.

My daughter's favourite pair of headphones
I had bought this headset a while ago to keep as a spare in case my daughter happened to break her primary pair, and that time came last week when she sheared the connector off her Turtle Beach 50X headset at her mum’s house.

My daughter is amazed by them. She says they are better than the Turtle Beach ones, and better than both the other wired and wireless headsets I’ve bought her. She says they are more comfortable, the sound quality is better, and the mic performance is better.

From my perspective, I too am happy with the headset because it has a really nice thick braided cord, much better than the flimsy ones on the Turtle Beacj 50x, and has a solid inline volume/mic control, and also came with a 3.5mm splitter, also braided. I used them for a little while to make sure they worked via Xbox controller and was impressed by the sound quality and volume. If they weren’t bright pink, I would have considered using them myself!

    Great sounding headse
They feel pretty sturdy and have a little weight to them, the overall game sound is excellent, a nice deep bass & the highs have clarity. I love the volume control placement, the volume dial is set back so no chance of accidental turns, every set I’ve had previously started to crackle almost immediately after first use but these do not, these are very nice. A Comfortable fit not too tight. Well worth the money.

    Comfortable Gaming Headset with Mic
This gaming headset stands out for its comfort and decent sound quality tailored for gaming. The microphone performs adequately for in-game communication, though it could be clearer in louder environments. Its sturdy design and RGB lighting feature add a touch of flair. It’s a reliable option for gamers seeking a durable headset without a hefty price tag. The headset’s comfort makes it suitable for long gaming sessions, although the sound quality could benefit from some improvement. Overall, it strikes a balance between affordability and functionality, making it a solid choice for gamers looking to enhance their gaming experience without breaking the bank.

    Great headset for price poi
Even though this headset is cheap, it doesn’t fall flat. The sound quality is actually surprising, and whilst it isn’t the best sounding headphones I’ve ever heard, you have to take into account the price, and at this price point, these go above and beyond my expectations of sound quality. The mic is also great quality, no muffled sound, and people can hear you very clearly.

The headset itself is extremely comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time. Although that was no surprise to me, considering the thick padding on the ear cups.

This headset was actually a nice surprise, as it was way better than I expected, and not only that, but… It comes with RGB lights!

    Decent headset for the price
This is a very decent gaming headset at a reasonable price – very suitable for a youngster using a games console. The sound is good and clear, and there is an inline volume controller that makes the headset volume easy to control. There is also the option for RGB lighting, managed via a USB connection, which makes the headset attractive. It is a great shame the audio doesn’t operate via USB as well, as if using on a laptop or desktop, the set has to be wired via the audio jack – a bit ‘old school’. I am not fond of having to use multiple wires for simple functions like light/audio, so having the option would make the headset more usable for me. Overall, though, for the low price, the set does the job well, and young gamers are likely to find the addition of lights and general look of the headset very attractive.

Nice chunky headset, RGB optional via USB powe
Tested this on an XBOX One X controller, it’s a comfortable fit and the audio quality (headphones wise) is nice and clear.

On a laptop with a combined 3.5mm input, the microphone worked fine, and I was heard OK on the XBOX too.

As others have pointed out, the RGB needs a separate USB connection. You can certainly use it without, my recommendation: it’d probably be easier to plug into a portable power bank if you were using with a games controller, rather than sitting at a desk.

It’s not recognised as a USB-device on a computer for what it’s worth, you must use the 3.5mm cable for audio.

    Nice sound, a little tinny
Nicely made headphones, a little plastic, but for 22 you can’t really expect much more.

The cans are comfortable on your ears, and fit nicely round them giving a snug fit, so no sound loss due to gaps. The sound is a little tinny, there isn’t much bass, the volume control works well as does the mic, the LEDs are incredibly bright and look really good.

This comes with a audio splitter cable which many others don’t, this is great for PC as you can plug the Mic, Headphones into both ports on the PC just with the single jack from the headphones.

Nice design, nice colour, good enough sound, wish the bass had been better though.

    Good value, would recommend
