Left-handers take note!
When the knee braces arrived a few days ago, I was pleased that the sleeve fitted well (I had followed the measurement illustration and ordered the L size). As a left-hander, I took the left strap first, and crossed it over and around, attaching the Velcro end to the front. I then did the reverse to the right strap. With both straps in place, I was disappointed to realise that the area that needed the most support (the inside area of my left knee joint) was receiving the least support. Only today, it occurred to me that if I crossed the right strap over first, and the left strap over the top, that the strap provided better coverage to the painful area. It feels considerably different now, for the better.
Definitely Helps My Dodgy Knee
This was recommended by my physio and although it won’t fix your worn joint it really helped with the pain I get when walking. I also like the two velcro straps which give loads of adjustment for the tightness you may need around the knee.

These sweet gems and yes I mean the support stockings have made a huge difference to my knees which I was having so much pain now nothing no pain whatsoever these are a must if you run,walk are on your feet for long periods at work I will be getting a second pair I love them.Therealso comfortable and easy to strap into.

This is a really good support and the price is excellent but even though I bought a bigger size it was tighter than my damaged knee would comfortably allow. However, once it recovers the support should be welcomed.

Happy with these. I have a prolapsed disk and sciatica is pretty bad.
When I go for a walk these are a must when it’s bad.
I use the straps only below the knee as that helped most for me.
Other supports I looked at are only under knee “for sciatica” anyway.
I liked the options with this one.
I have used one a lot and it is wearing, started pilling a bit.
There are specific points to attach the straps, and seem to not mark if you use these.
But they will attach anywhere you want, it causes a slight bit more damage to the support.
I personally am not bothered by this. and it is still going strong 4 months later.
The “hook & Loop” attachments do get clogged after a while, but are easy to clean.
I also have a brand new “2nd one” still to use.
My back has started to improve and I’m sure this has helped.
Definitely worth it for me.
