Good charging times
Very happy with this product, ordered it for a HP Pavilion 15 after needed a permanent charger in my office.
I was sick of needing to get behind the unit to the socket when moving around the house. Now this lives there permanently and my other can be used as and when needed around the house.
It works flawlessly and without any issue. It charges slightly faster than my other one too when I’ve checked, knocks about 20 mins off a full charge and can be stored away if you’re needing to.
With mentioned as well there’s a decent amount of cabling length which allows me to sit either at the desk or farther away.
Perfect for my needs
I got this to replace a dog chewed laptop charger for HP! Always a little bit wary with non official electronics, but this fits perfectly, charges just as well as the official charger and most importantly, does not get hot in use! The laptop is well used in the house and I’ve used it a lot with no detrimental effects.
A quality power supply
This power supply is high quality. It even has rounded edges like the original and not the boring simple rectangle shape that power supplies usually are. It has a long cable to the laptop and a long mains cable. So, the laptop can be plugged in further away from the mains socket. This power supply is high quality and a great price where it looks the same as the original.
Great HP replacement charge
Lost my old laptop charger when working away and saw this replacement on Amazon.
If your oldlaptop has the blue connector on the end then this one will fit.
Been using it for a few months now and all seems good. Great quality and fitment of the cables.

Great replacement or second power source
This charger works just as well as the original charger that was supplied with my laptop.
This works as well as the original charger, although i have not tried to charge the laptop from zero or no charge, as I never let it get that low, so I can’t really say if it charges as quickly as the original. I usually have my laptop plugged in while I am using it.
It seems to be well-built, so I am hopeful it will last.

Generally good, with some flaws to be careful of.
This is generally a good charger, which will do the job and get you out of trouble, however I’d have concerns about long term durability, specifically relating to the charging head itself. The pin in the middle is extremely fragile and if you so much as put the charger in at the slightly wrong angle (not perfectly straight), you’ll find that the pin bends and stops you from inserting the charger any further. This has happened 2 or 3 times on 2 different laptops. Maybe I got unlucky with this one as i’ve since purchased a genuine HP one which works fine and doesn’t suffer from the pin issue. I still rate it 4 start however as I may well have just got a duff one. Everything else about the charger works great and charges and runs the laptops just fine.
Exactly the same spec as our old HP Laptop power supply
As others have commented, old laptop batteries suddenly die, which leaves you totally dependent on the power supply which came with the laptop so is the same age, and is now left permanently connected. Saw this, so thought it worth getting it as a spare so if the original power supply dies at an inconvenient time we can keep the laptop powered up. Tested the voltage and the laptop was running as normal, so unable to assess durability but it seems well made so happy to keep this as a standby. Won’t be replacing the laptop until Windows 10 support disappears and probably for a while after.
Perfect replacement charge
I have an old Hp pavillion laptop that only works when its on charge and this charger is a very good replacement. I have gone through a few chargers over the years with this laptop as I manage to trip over them and pull the wires at the point where they join the box making them unsafe. This new one feels a lot sturdier than my old one as the wires have a stronger thicker coating so hopefully it will last longer , it certainly does the job well. My ancient laptop gets to live on a while longer because of it so am more than pleased and give a fully deserving five stars

It works on my HP laptop
My HP Laptop was having a hard time as the power pack was losing the will to live, and I was going to buy a new one until this appeared for review. It works perfectly.
cables are good and the main base is solid. for the price its a bargain.. they list all the lap[tops it works with too, so not fear of it not being compatible.

Wonderful charger, works really well. Despite not being OEM, it doesn’t seem to matter how it works. Would recommend to anyone who needs a replacement charger – or even a spare charger to take with them to work with the laptop.
45W Power Supply for HP Stream
This is really good quality and is very well made. It charged my laptop really fast and so far it runs nice and cool and connected every time. A good value option with peace of mind it will charge reliably.
