It’s not going to wash jeans or bedding in the motorhome but for light summer clothing and pyjamas it’s perfect. It will easily wash a pair of leggins and a top in one wash, lightweight dry fit type mens long sleeves would be no problem and I would say at a push may even wash a small lightweight woman’s hoody. It’s a must for dirty socks and smalls and daily light towels and dish towels. The spinner function does actually work better than hand wringing when the basket is clicked in place properly but you are limited to what will fit comfortably in the basket, so hand wringing often needed for larger items but still miles better than handwashing absolutely everything. Easily fits in a cupboard, it is so worth buying if you’re like me and cannot be bothered with hand washing in campsite laundries, it gets the job done so easily I use it in the house as well when I’m not putting the washing machine on for a few small items.
This is a handy and compact washer. Ideal for small spaces or for travel purposes especially as it is foldable when not in use. The washer holds 6.5L so a good amount but typically only small items like underwear and small hand towels, T-shirts etc. It won’t wash bulky items like jeans or large towels. I do find it washes underwear and other small items well and I have had no issues so far.
It is easy to fill the washer with the pipe attachment, you just put the pipe to a tap and that’s it. There is also a drainage pipe for draining the water out after washing. You can put the washer on a spin (dehydration) and it will get rid of a lot of excess water left in clothes. Obviously it won’t dry completely but it does help to reduce the amount of water left on your clothes. You will need the draining pipe going into a sink for it to work at getting rid of the water. Otherwise any water that comes out of the clothes just sits at the bottom going back on the clothes. I will say that on this function the washer does move around a lot. So you do have to hold it and keep an eye on it. For that reason I did take a star away.
Overall it is a very handy compact washer and at the time of review I do think the price is fairly reasonable. I like that it can be folded away. It is great for travel, camping, caravan holidays etc. Also just for home use if you have only a small load of washing. It is pretty quiet when washing which I thought was good too.
