For the price I payed for the microphone, it preforms better then I thought. Bought it because my inzone h9 microphone was slowly not working, and it sounds so much clearer, and alot more depth. Definitely would reccomend for someone on a budget.
great mic
great mic. cheap and good audio, looks amazing on desk. swapped usb wire for one to match my personal set up, easy to use and has worked fine in both discord and OBS recording software. sometimes picks up background sounds but easily fixed with a suppressor in app so not an issue at all! LED light is pretty, good brightness, and the eays mute and volume dial are so so convenient.

This microphone is surprisingly great quality and decent size. Not to big and it looks nice and neat and colourful when lights are on. My son is very pleased with it does the job it needs to do.

Great quality for price range
I’m using mine for gaming/discord and it’s exactly what i needed without having to pay a ton for other brand names. the boom is fairly high quality which is surprising and setup was super easy. I’ve been using it for a little over a month and it’s been fantastic
Good quality but the product was damaged.
The mic sounded very good and it worked well. It arrived on time and it looked high quality although the part you connect to you table was bent and it didn’t stand very straight. I got a refund and it was a very easy process. Overall, it is worth the price.

best quality for the money
I had 2 previous mics before I got this one and it really showed a huge difference between this NJSJ and the previous ones I had, clear voice for Discord, gaming, and my stream (u can follow me on kick if you want hehe) but to be honest the headphone jack on the mic has a very bad noise and effect the audio quality but this doesn’t matters to me.
Bought as a temporary alternative to my old broken microphones but ended up staying permanent.
My old microphone broke and I wanted something that wasn’t attached to any headset or self-standing stand, buying the stand made it much easier to save desk space, the quality is good and the microphone is high quality and friends can hear me well in voice-calls.

he quality of this microphone is better than any I’ve had before, the audio is extremely good and the microphone stands well on my desk. For the price this is the best microphone I have purchased so far. Even when I used expensive microphones, it doesn’t compare to the sound quality that comes from this microphone, I would recommend this to anybody that is looking for a cheap microphone. 10/10
For the price I expected much worse, however - it's good
It is amazing what technological progress can do to be honest. If you were in the market not even 5 or 6 years ago and you dared to buy a microphone at this price you were going to get utter trash.
This mic probably sounds on par or better even than say a Blue Snowball, which is double if not triple the price. Why pay all that money for something that has worse sound isolation?
My partner uses it for gaming (valorant voice chat, discords) and she is over the moon with it. And I am too, because it required minimal setup and it just worked.
Brilliant quality for the price
Bought this for interviewing guests on a podcast and I’ve been really surprised at how good the quality is. Lovely looking microphone and incredibly easy to set up.
One touch mute button is super handy as well.
Hadn’t told other hosts that I’d purchased a new mic and they all commented on how crisp my audio sounded.
Does the job
After reading so many reviews I was apprehensive about buying it but did it anyway. I don’t have any issues with it. Works fine, records sound perfectly. Easy to set up, the quality is fantastic. No issues here
Absolutely worth it for the price, great quality
The microphone is compact in design, has great sensitivity and it’s easy to adjust the gain with the wheel at the bottom of the microphone. The sound quality is great and picks up sound over large range of distances. The microphone suspension is a good feature for stability.

Works as described (updated - amazing customer service)
I have only recently connected the mic and have tested this throughout my meetings and self test. Overall, I am pleased with the microphone.
I have asked everyone to see which sounds better, this new mic or my headphones. All but one said the microphone sounded better.
I did some self recording to see how it performed; it sounded great when I am next to it. But testing at 1 and 2 meters away unfortunately doesn’t prevent the sound to be picked up, but is significantly softer.
I am going to be testing this for longer sessions, but I have been happy.
The two parts I would have liked better: the arm boon is loose on the bottom, making it more difficult to move the mic when not in use. The second, I think the lights look nice, but wish there is a way to turn them off or dim them. (UPDATE: heard from NJSJ, holding down the mute button does dim to a light blue. For me, it is now 4.5, but as we can’t do half star, I am hoping to 5 stars. Especially as NJSJ have an amazing customer service which is the most important).
Overall, if you are looking for voice to be clearer in meetings or podcasts, and do not want to break the bank, this is an amazing introduction microphone. I would buy again in my scenario.
Surprisingly good for Gamers
I have a newly built PC which was having an audio driver issue with input 3.5mm, I decided to switch to a USB mic for my voice input and got this after seeing it was cheaper than other budget mics and also had consistently good reviews. The good: It’s incredible quality, solid stand, not too big and it’s pleasing with its RGB panels. My voice comes through great on Discord and the touch mute button is smooth and great.
The bad: I recommend spending a little extra and buying the mic arm version, the base/mic combo is good for what it is, but unless your desk is padded well, slight knocks from cups or mouse movement does get picked up, the headphone input causes a major loopback feed, luckily I use my headphones in my pc, but this was something I wanted to test and failed. Lastly, the further the mic I.e. +0.5m from your mouth causes background echoing, audio software such as Discord with Krisp and Realtek can soften this, but my advice would be to buy the mounted arm version as the closer it is, the nicer it sounds.
Overall it is for people on a budget, I recommend this 100% despite the objective review, podcast starters, gamers and audio creators would benefit from a cheap but very well presented piece of AV equipment. It’s a shame they don’t tell the arm separately, as I would love to test that.

What can I say I was worried it wouldn’t be that good but boy was I wrong I can sit about 3 feet away and I’m still heard clearly on discord the colours are amazing to and I love the tap top to mute and unsure would highly recommend this for a streamer or for a kids birthday or Xmas…Trust me you won’t regret it.

First and foremost, this thing looks good on the desk. Size is always a problem when it comes to microphones, and NJSJ have a good balance here. It’s small enough to tuck away and, with the stand attached, it can sit comfortably in front of you when recording. The design of the sibilance/popping shield is perfect as it does not get in the way. It’s also very easy to remove if not needed.
The shockmount was a concern of mine when going in as, for the price, I expected it to be ineffective. This isn’t, it performs rather well and on par with most shock mounts. Even moving from one side of the desk to the other was not terribly audible. I was a little concerned when screwing the shockmount directly onto the stand to get it centred as the screw ring on the mount is plastic against the ring on the stand being metal and was worried it might crack if tightened too much. It was fine when I centred it but over tightening might result in the plastic cracking.
On the front is a 3.5mm headphone connection. This can be a little fiddly to access, and noisy when the microphone is in use. This would be one of a couple of minor niggles I have with the microphone. Had it been off to the left or right then I would be happier.
On the bottom is the gain knob. The entire area is one big, dedicated, easy to use, twistable knob and that’s great. No fumbling around, hoping you have the right control.
On the top is a touch sensitive mute button. This is an awkward one, obviously a clicky one would be heard in a recording. However, the colour effects on the microphone turn off so you know it is mute.
A short 3 inch stand had been included in this bundle. Might be a little short for some. There are some good design choices with the stand, on the bottom is a sponge pad to dampen any desktop noise and the stand is balanced well. It’s not heavy, but not too light either.
This also applied to the microphone, there is a good weight to it, it is light, but not concerningly light. You wouldn’t knock it over too easily and the shockmount helps a clumsy bash.
The microphone has a 2 metre cable with a USB-A at the end. As it’s a desktop microphone a braided cable would have been nicer, however, the cable is acceptable. Attached is a cable-tidy tie to keep any excess cable bunched up.
Included in the box is an excellent, all metal USB-A to USB-C converter for those who need it.
The audio quality is terrific! I was not expecting this to sound anywhere near as good as it does. Easily perfect quality for Zoom, Skype or anything like that. The description brags a “14mm premium sound chipset and 192kHz/24Bit high sample rate.” Recording in Audacity the playback was full bodied. I was honestly expecting there to be noise or interference during my test, or perhaps a lack of amplification. However, I found no issues with the audio quality on the untrained ear. Everything sounded excellent.
At the time of purchase I paid 26.39 for this and I’m really chuffed with it. The look and quality of this has impressed me and I have been looking for flaws. Those I have mentioned are trivial and are not worth considering if you have your eye on this. This is an excellent microphone and brilliant value for money.
