I recently purchased the Replacement Dell Laptop Charger 45W by Vanchly, and it’s been a lifesaver! Not only is it compatible with my Dell Inspiron Series and XPS models, but it also delivers reliable power without any issues. Works as advertised.
Works as advertised to replace a dead dell charger. Packing is standard plain brown box as clearly a generic power that can be used for multiple diff things. Not sure on longevity of life but for 13
Reasonable price, chunkier than the original
Plug and play replacement, although slightly larger than the original Dell brick, it’s a reasonable replacement at a decent price, not much else to say about it – it just works.
DC cable is shorter (mains cable longer, for same overall)
First to note, the DC cable is 1.17m V’s Dell 1.8m (the mains cable is 1.5m V’s Dell’s 0.9m so same total overall length, mains wall socket to laptop).
Further, it’s a bit bigger overall = see Photo (around 1cm wider and 1cm longer, same depth).
So if you use this as a second charger for travel it’s going to occupy a bit more space in your luggage (or you could leave this at home and take the original instead).
As a replacement it works just fine i.e. exactly same time to charge up my Inspiron 13-5378 as the original.
I’ve knocked off 1 star because a shorther DC cable makes it a bit awkward to use a plugged in laptop on a table (or even on your lap). On the typical table this charger will end up hanging off the side of the computer, straining the socket, rather than sitting on the floor (which the original Dell will, if only just).
Of course since the charger uses a standard mains cable, you can always replace this with an even longer one (it’s a ‘C5’ type), allowing the charger itself to be placed on the table …
For the price (penny less than 13) it’s a pretty good deal.
Good replaceme
My laptop’s original charger was broken and i needed a new replacement but in economical price. My friend suggested me this one and I am really happy with my purchase.
Packing is not very impressive but who cares if you are getting such a good replacement in really cheap price.
I am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to all the students or laptop users who need a replacement charger.
Can't fault it!
I got this as a second so that i have a charger for my laptop at home as well as at the office, saves unplugging it and carting about. Perfect fit in terms of compatibility, fast charging, nice long lead so not restrictive. Doesn’t seem to get too hot either. Perfect and good price.

Good charger; tight connectio
I ordered this to use as a spare charger for my work computer and, although it works well, I must say that the connection between the charging box and the plug cable is extremely tight and requires some jamming in, which I found slightly disconcerting.
Although this connection is by no means supposed to be loose in any way, I’m not sure it should be quite as tight as it is.
Despite this, the charger does plug into the computer normally and charges like a regular DELL charger.
