Great for the space I was looking for a replacement parasol after previous one had faded and broken.
This one is a better fit for the space and goes up and down and tilts very easily. It was very easy to assemble and is a confortable weight to handle.
Very Nice Bigger than what I thought it would be. this review is delayed because I gave it a full test over the summer and autumn. Best sun shade I have ever had. Easy to wind / unwind. Note : I would STRONGLY suggest getting a stron sturdy base to put this in, not one of those cheap water filled plastic efforts (my base is solid cast iron and even the wind has trouble moving this shade). Would I get another one of these? Yes absoloutly!
Strong for the money. Massive. Nice product. Push up with a strong mechanism. Really pleased with this. Blocks the sun well and comes with a tie attached to wrap it up when not in use. Does NOT come with a base weight.
If you want a cheap permanent one, use a large plant pot with cement mix or sand as a weight under table.
It’s also massive and makes my last umbrella seem like a hat.

The description, photos and reviews for this item are good, it’s especially good to have a video showing the umbrella being ‘put-up’, so you can really see it being used….. the guy doing so is easy on the eye too ha! 😉
It’s been in use now for around 5 days and it’s great. The quality is good, the size is as stated and unlike some others, it is actually Cream in colour! Many sell umbrella’s as Cream, when in fact they’re not… they’re Beige…nearing Taupe.
It’s sturdy thus far, i live on the corner of a hill, so my home is pretty battered by any winds, of course it matters that you have the appropriate base, but the quality of the umbrella also matters and i’m very happy with it.
Highly recommend the item, and seller.
No safety pin? This is a well-made parasol and the two-piece pole is easy to assemble. However, the instructions talk about a safety pin for use when the parasol is fully open.
There was no pin in the packaging and there is no hole for one in the pole.
So I’m guessing that there has been a design change and that one isn’t needed.
Can anyone from the company comment?

First impressions are good, with slight issue This is great quality for the price and super easy to put up. Very sturdy. Only issue is that although it tilts, it doesn’t height adjust. BUT, if you looking for a really good quality parasol for 50/60 you can’t go wrong!
Upside down? This parasol is very sturdy and well made which is what I would expect for the price. I wanted a parasol that had height adjustment, not really fussed about being able to tilt it. I bought this for an outdoor garden table. So far, so good. When I unpacked it it was clear that you could adjust the height by sliding one part into the other and tightening a large knob. The odd thing about this particular parasol design is that the tightening knob is on the top pole so it slides over the bottom pole making it impossible to adjust if you’re going to place it in the centre of a table as the table gets in the way! Ive kept it as it is very sturdy so i’ll use it ‘beside’ the table and it’s almost impossible to buy height adjusting parasols – everything has a crank these days. If you don’t need it for a table I would recommend. It lost a star for the upside down design.
