Great lightweight toothbrush with good battery
Only had it a week and have yet to charge the brush.
Time will be the true test of this brush but I am very pleased with its performance so far.

    Best toothbrush eve
So much better than all the oral b toothbrushes. Teeth feel super clean with its super sonic vibes and the battery lasts for ages. Went away for a week with it and it didn’t need charging once. Worth investing in and happy its genuinely sustainable.

    Game change
This toothbrush is amazing. Very quiet and doesn’t need charging every day like my old one, in fact I’ve only charged it once since I got it a couple of months ago so great to take on holiday. I bought mine with the travel case which is also a charger when connected to power and the UV cleaner.
Definitely the way to go with tooth brushing!

    Great Customer Service
Got mine off on Amazon Prime Day and love the feel, the clean and the sustainability aspect. Unfortunately it stopped working after a couple of days due to corrosion of the bush charging points, which meant it couldn’t be recharged.

But Suri came through when I decided to return it via Amazon but order a new one directly from them. I pointed out that I had bought the first one via a Prime Day and had to return it and they promptly refunded the difference to match the Prime Day Deal.

They also clearly have a passion for their product and really listen to their clients. You don’t find many companies today, who are willing to do that.

My teeth have never felt so clean!
I thought I was doing alright with cleaning my teeth until I got a proper electric one! I’ve always used the 4 battery powered ones until now and WOW, what a difference! I love the 2 modes for cleaning, normal and polish so you can really clean your teeth. it tells you when to move onto another section as well. My teeth feel properly clean now! I got the case as well which has been super handy for travelling. I highly recommend this toothbrush! It comes in lovely colours as well. Goes on offer quite a lot so you should be able to get it for less!

    Great toothbrush
I love the way this is so eco friendly, the look of it and the small head makes a good clean on the 2 modes, I’m impressed. I love how it comes with a magnetic holder so it doesn’t have to sit on the sink top. The first charge didn’t take look and it’s so slimline and compact which is nice. I would definitely recommend, already have.

    Cleans beautifully
Love this toothbrush, bought on Prime day. It was strange to use at first, the sonic clean was so different to my old electric toothbrush. It cleans really well and I am on day 10 of a single charge, so far so good.

Absolutely superb toothbrush best on the marke
I bought this as a present for my wife birthday and she is absolutely delighted. Battery is unreal. I bought this 14th June and she still hasn’t charged this toothbrush

    Highly recommended

    Good toothbrush
Does the job well although my dentist complains because it doesn’t have a pressure sensor. Battery lasts for a good amount of brushes. However the low power warning is very annoying

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat sustainable, effective and easy to clean toothbrush
First off, let’s talk about the clean. My teeth feel absolutely brilliant after using it. No gunk left behind, just that proper fresh feeling. Battery life’s cracking as well – I haven’t had to charge it in weeks, which is a world away from my old Oral B.

Now, the thing I really like is that it’s kind to the environment. They’ve made the brush heads out of plant-based stuff, and everything feels recyclable which is bang on. Price-wise, it’s definitely not cheap, but it’s not silly money either. You’re paying for a quality bit of kit here.

Looks-wise, it’s a right stunner. Nice and sleek, feels good in the hand despite being a fair bit slimmer than my old brush. Makes a surprisingly hefty weight too, feels proper well-made. Cracking little feature is the magnetic holder that sticks to the mirror. Keeps the brush up off the side, so it dries out nicely – no more gunk build-up from sitting in its own mess.

Honestly, I can’t recommend this enough. If you’re after a top-notch electric brush that’s good for your teeth and the planet, the Suri’s a belter.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLove it!
I adore this brush and just hope it lasts for a long time, so far it recharges efficiently and each charge lasts more than a month, it makes my mouth feel lovely and clean and the sound isn’t at all loud like some can be. Aesthetically it looks good in the bathroom and feels nice to use and hold. Really handy for travel too as it’s light and stays clean and tidy in its case.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersFrom 1 star to 5 - Stopped working after 4 months, SURI Customer Service great, replacement received
Original Review (for which I originally gave 1 star):

I bought the Suri in very early January and by the end of April it had stopped working altogether. The most I ever achieved between charges was 10 days so nowhere near the 40 days I’ve seen people claim.

When I place the brush on the charger the little light pulses with a blue colour – as per expected. 30 seconds later (as the brush is already charged) it goes a solid white – as expected. But when I press the “go” button all I get is an orange/red light and nothing happens.

As a side bar, the handle appears to be painted aluminium and I noticed there were paint streaks at the base of the handle when I first opened the product. Corrosion seems to have started under the paint. And just above the “go” button is another bubble where I suspect corrosion may have started.

Really sorry I bought into the hype with this purchase, and I’ve gone back to my trusty 15 year old Braun electric toothbrush.

*** Update #1 – relating to Suri Customer Service ***

Just after posting this review I contacted Suri to report the issues I was experiencing – directly and via Amazon (which I think is also handled directly by Suri). Both routes resulted in a very quick response. The Amazon route quickly resulted in the offer of a replacement, and the direct Suri route asked for my purchase details prior to a replacement being sent (though I’ve now advised them my issue is already being dealt with).

*** Update #2 – relating to Suri Customer Service ***

Very quick turnaround and my replacement SURI toothbrush (plus new charging stand) has now arrived. SURI provided a freepost returns label for the old toothbrush to send it back for recycling, and also included a small freepost bag to return 4 brush heads for recycling sometime in the future.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAbsolutely love almost everything about this toothbrush!
I absolutely love this electric toothbrush! It’s compact, comfortable to hold and portable for travelling, the automatic shutoff/timer and intervals is spot on, compared to a lot of other toothbrushes it’s reasonably good value for money, and because I am trying to make positive changes in my habits and things I buy, I love the idea/principles behind this product (expecially the recyclable materials).

The only thing I wish was different was if the case had a small internal battery so that it could be used for a few days without needing a cable, which would be great for travelling with.

Who would have thought that the electric toothbrush was something that could have been improved upon so much! This is such a step forward from the expensive (but cheaply made) alternatives from the big brands that are just an AA cell, switch and a very cheap electric motor inside.

The Suri brush feels like a very expensive item in both materials and performance. Simple things like the magnetic holder so you can stick it to the mirror are such well thought-out and helpful ideas.

Even using this 3 times a day, it lasts more than 2 months on a single charge. I don’t even bother taking a charger with me when I travel – but even if I did need to charge it, all I would need is a USB C cable. No more horrible base units with shaver plugs that don’t reach to the socket.

The cleaning performance is excellent, with the brush being super light, slim and easy to use. Lastly, I love the sustainably aspect of the product. Designed to be low impact with a circular life, to help avoid any waste going to to bin.

Just great example of what can be done when a product is designed with purpose before profit and marketing nonsense.

I have never enjoyed using electronic toothbrushes much despite having several oral b devices. The charging was slow, loads of nooks and crannies for scum buildup, had to carry the strange 2 pin plug and an adapter for it to work. All in all not a great experience, so much so I would use a regular toothbrush when travelling.

Drop the mic, this Suri device is made for portability, it feels like a standard TB in hand, light and agile, no rotating parts so the brush is easy to clean, teeth/mouth feel great after use, doesn’t agitate the gums as much as regular or electrical rotary brushes, the travel box (highly recommended for not a lot extra) comes with UV cleaning. I find myself using it multiple times a day, just because I can. The battery appears good for hours of use without charge although this is not a long term review.

Negatives are the brushes are proprietary and don’t yet have different hardnesses although I don’t have an issue with this, they are also not easily accessible from stores yet. Also, the USB charger recommends charging only when the red light appears to prolong the long term battery life but in order to use the UV cleanse in the case it must be plugged in to USB C power which starts a charge cycle on the brush. I Got around this with some electrical tape covering the contact on the case, this could be improved with a timer or magnetic switch so the UV cleaner can be used with excess charge cycles to the brush.

USB C charging is what got me to buy this but it is just so elegant in it design concept that it a joy to own. Well done the designers of this product, you smashed the design brief.

    Highly recomended

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBig fat thumbs up 👍
I’ve been a Sonicare user for as long as I can remember and I was a bit worried about trying something different. I wanted a brush that held charge better and ideally was a bit easier for travel but still gave a good deep clean. I’ve had my Suri for a few weeks now and I’ve got to say, it’s fantastic. I wish I’d changed sooner! The brush is nice and light to hold and the cleaning is superb. My teeth feel even cleaner than with the sonicare and it is holding charge really well. The travel case is slimline so easily fits in the smallest of packing spaces and I love the quirk of the UV cleaner for the bristles. The mirror magnet is a good extra and really handy. I also love that it’s eco friendly. Big fat thumbs up from me!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersA remarkable toothbrush!
When my old electric toothbrush was beginning to show its age, primarily in the increased frequency of requiring a recharge, I looked about for a replacement and was immediately attracted by the Suri. Whilst it was far from cheap, it was obviously a quality product and reviewed very favourably. I went for it, and “in for a penny”, I went for the case also.

On arrival I was very impressed by the packaging, but also a tad surprised given the items eco roots i.e. there is a lot of it! Some of it is justified though, given the hygiene aspects.

The toothbrush itself is no less impressive, it certainly looks good, and the performance is excellent. One press of the button and the toothbrush goes into its standard teeth cleaning mode, indicated by a white light. A second press and the light changes to blue and the brush head vibrates much more intensely, this is the teeth polishing mode. A third press switches it off.

And yes, while it doesn’t oscillate as such, it certainly vibrates (33,000 sonic vibrations a minute) when switched on. The vibration isn’t uncomfortable, there is no sense of discomfort at all, but it certainly vibrates, and seemingly twice as much when in “polishing” mode. I use both modes every day, but the latter of much less duration. I got a sense that the vibration was about right to do the job satisfactory, and after the first cleaning session my mouth felt significantly cleaner and “fresher” than it did after previous cleanings with the old brush.

Charging is done via a small USB powered stand, but I also purchased the case which doubles as a charger (and UV cleaner), and I use this exclusively. Charging is required every 40 days or so, and takes about 4 hours. A glowing blue indicator changes to white when it’s complete. One also receives a magnetic mirror mount to hold the toothbrush whilst not in use. Again I prefer to use the case itself.

So to recap; this toothbrush is of a truly delightful design, professionally made and thoroughly good at its job. What’s not to like? So, whilst this toothbrush does represent a considerable investment, I think it’s worth it, and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersReally good sonic toothbrush
I’m very happy with the toothbrush itself. I like the metal construction, battery life, the efficacy of the clean itself and its eco credentials.

Only four stars though, because the magnetic holder only stayed stuck to the bathroom mirror for a couple of weeks and then fell off in the middle of the night. Fortunately it doesn’t seem to have damaged the toothbrush, but clearly the adhesive strip is not up to the job. Shame because that was a feature I really appreciated.

Golden Review Award: 48 From Our UsersPremium price, premium product.
It is a well thought out take on the electric toothbrush which eliminates most of the problems of cheaper models. I have always been put off by the noise of the motors and short charge/discharge cycle. Let’s be honest, a high-pitched whirring isn’t the most wonderful sound ever produced. night.

Feels very premium, packed beautifully, nice and quiet. A nice weight to it and not overly large. I like how the body is not cheap plastic. Cleans really well and overall glad I made the purchase. Quite powerful, the ‘polish’ function might be for daredevils only! There was no regret at spending 70-80 on a toothbrush when unpacking it, which could easily have been the case if it felt cheap. It is a brilliant product!

There’s a couple of little niggles that may or may not bother you. I don’t care for the 30-second pause. The brush auto-pauses for a split second over the two-minute cleaning cycle to tell you to move to another area of the mouth. Maybe it can be overridden, but it is not a feature I really want or need by default. Another is the otherwise lovely travel/storage case. It has a built-in UV-LED sterilising function. Excellent idea. But it needs to be plugged into power to operate. Couldn’t a small battery or capacitor have been placed in the case somewhere to eliminate this need, or power itself taken from the brush? A design choice, but travelling would be made much easier, self contained and wire free if this had been considered, because the greatest feature of the brush is it lasts for SO long without a recharge you forget it is ‘electric’. Maybe something for a v2?

Still, it has a superb slim design, has a premium feel, is quiet, and offers a dentist-clean feeling after use. I can’t imagine being disappointed with its performance or its neat and modern looks. Easily a five star product.
