The material is thin but that’s exactly what I was looking for, for hot weather. Even though they’re thin, they’re not see-through at all, the only minor thing is they do cling to you so the outline of your bra straps is visible, however with a sports bra it looks great. They’re also very flattering as they hug the waist, and so soft and comfortable.

I wanted something to go under some rather low cut tops so that I felt comfortable wearing them again.
These were very cheap and do the trick. They are thin and stretchy and not too shiny. Great for under clothes. They seem to wash up ok. Four stars instead of five as the fit around the arms is a bit odd on me.
Bought these for myself, but ended up giving them to Hubby to use because they were too big on me.
Decent quality and wash well. Arrived quickly and were well packaged.
I received my pack of 4 vest tops in 2 white 1 beige &1 black in size XL, I am usually size 16/18 & as I was aware these where made in China, decided to go for XL as often items made in China come up small. On opening the zip top plastic packet I was amazed at just how soft these vest tops were, on trying one on, it just slid over my bust & easily tucked into my underwear.
Today I have worn the beige one under a polyester top & no clinging of the top to the vest top, I often don’t wear a bra & did not today & I was very comfortable, the vest tops are not a support garment like a bra, but just allow comfort. The tops are the right size for me, I am not struggling to get them over my head or feel like a sausage in a skin, the top just breathes with me.
I looked at these for sometime & had them in my ‘wish list’ & after buying a gorgeous white cotton lawn top, which you could see through slightly, i was looking for a vest top in white, that would enable me to wear the cotton lawn top with/without a bra & know it would not be see through & this will fit the bill beautifully.
To those fellow reviewers, thank you, as your input was the deciding factor in buying this pack of vest tops, that will be worn during the Summer for tops a little see through & in Wintter as a most comfortable extra layer.
I am a 36H bust & weight 180/185lbs, the vest tops I feel could be worn not tucked in as I do not think they will ride up, but have not tried them that way yet & I feel will wash beautifully on a 30 wash which is stated in the packaging. I would purchase these again, as the fit & material was just what I was looking for.
I ordered these as I’ve just started a job where I have to wear plastic-like coveralls, and you work up quite a sweat just putting them on! So, I had a vest to begin with but needed to increase my total amount to cover my shift quota.
Upon opening the package, the first thing I noticed was that the material was so soft! My son and I had a good few minutes conversation, marvelling about the softness of these vests, whilst stroking them. Reading the comments off other buyers I decided to order the XL being a16/18 “on top”. They’re a snug fit, which was ideal for what I wanted, as I need close fitting, and not-too-thick clothing, to cover what matters and make wearing these annoying coveralls a tollerable possibility.
My only gripe is that they’re a bit too sheer for me, more so the white one. The other colours aren’t as bad, naturally. Even going a size up wouldn’t change that fact – I’ve recently washed the white vest and it is laying on top of a sriped jumper, on the freshly dried pile of washing, and you can see the stripes of the top underneath it showing through.
But all in all, these vests serve their purpose intended. They’re soft, of decent length and do their vest thing, which is to be a close fitting undergarment. Apart from that one point of negativity, I love them, and if I were to wear them for any other purpose, besides work, I’d wear them under a partially unbuttoned shirt.
