The one problem with this phone is that there is no case available. The person that I bought it for would have liked a case to protect the phone especially the screen.

a very good device, which met my expectations well, it was an easy device to use for my elderly mother, the screens are a very good size and the operations are also very simple, the battery lasts a long time too. I am very satisfied.

Bought this phone for my 86 years old friend, she find calling very easy, as it is as simple as it can be. she cn see numbers on keyboard and buttons are nice large. great choice for not even 30 pounds
I came across this phone while researching a phone with a loud ring, and with a loud “speaker” for people who are hard of hearing.
I liked that, while it is a mobile phone, it sits in a cradle, which makes it look like a landline phone and gives it a place to live so it won’t get lost.
Setting it up was very easy, the instructions were clear, and it was quite intuitive. The operating system is a little bit like an old school Nokia phone, so “channelling” my brain from the late 90s, I managed to set up some numbers on speed dial, change the ringtone and the time without reading the instructions! This made the process really easy. For those not at all tech-savvy I think you’d manage the set up ok following the instructions.
I would really recommend this phone for people who need a phone that is loud, either because they have hearing issues or because they are placing this phone in a noisy environment.
I would also recommend this phone for people who need a mobile phone but don’t need a smart phone.
I am using a Giffgaff Sim in it, and that comes in a variety of sizes so allowed me to choose a size that would fit in their phone properly. Interestingly, this is also a dual Sim phone so you could set it up with more than one Sim to make sure that you had coverage wherever you were.
I’m really pleased with this, and I would recommend it.

Bought this phone for my mother. Easy to use. Louder ring tone. Generous number buttons. Doesn’t need charged very often. However, the life of the phone is not very long. My mother is on to her third phone.

Ideal Phone for Elderly
Ideal phone for 87 year old mother in law. Easy to set up. Large, clear buttons makes it very easy to use. Charging dock is very good as there is no need to plug fiddly cables into tiny socket on phone which is usually very difficult for older fingers.
Brilliant for the older generation so easy to use it gives you the price of mind that they can stay connected to the people they need. The sos is a brilliant function that allows nan to contact 5 people if she is any trouble at all at the push of a button. And the neck strap is brilliant while she is walking around the house to make sure she doesn’t leave it anywhere we know the phone will always be with her.
Value for Money
We purchased this phone to keep in contact with my 90 year old nan while she was in hospital.
Unfortunately, my nan passed away before she could get a real use of is, but having set it up myself I can a comment on the set up and the simple functions.
Both are easy to perform and making a call a receiving a call are both very simple with this device .
Great quality and features for a small price
I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised about this phone which I had ordered for a friend in his eighties who had been struggling with his mobile phone for years. Big buttons, an SOS feature, a simple menu and a decent display were the most important criteria for my choice. The artfone CS182 Big Button Mobile Phone is delivering on all of them for a very competitive price.

This is a great phone for elderly people who aren’t tech savvy. It has large buttons and very easy to use. Its also very loud so my grandad can actually hear it dispitr his hearing impairments.
Excellent for money
BEWARE of scam letter. A few days after purchase 2 letters arrived saying that I had been a lucky prize winner entitle to receive 15 back for my purchase. It gave me instructions to follow but not to contact Amazon as only a few people would receive this cash back. All looked pretty official from the company who manufactured the phone.
