Best type of hosepipe eve
This type of hose pipe is great. It looks short but once you turn of the tap it fills out and expands to its correct length. Easy to move around the garden. No need to worry about it damaging plants as you use it. Would recommend this type of hose pipe to everyone.
Appears good
It takes a while for the hose to expand (understandably) but other than that, works as it should. I struggled a bit to fit the end to the tap and it does leak quite a lot from the attachment piece.

Honestly I’ve bought too many hoses to count and always had problems with kinks or reduced water pressure, this hose however seems to be the solution to all my problems, I’m not one to normally leave reviews, however I couldn’t be more happy with this product, I’ve already recommended to family and friends. Also love how small it shrinks and how quickly too makes storage so much easier than the bulky traditional alternatives.
Very good product for your garden.
Ordered 30 metre hose, so easy to use , just be careful when using no sharp stones, or sharp edges damage outer covering.So far very happy with product and also price wise.
Poor quality
I was originally very pleased with this product! Unfortunately, having received it on 25th June it sprang a leak in at least 2 places on 1st August, just outside the return window! It’s now in the bin and I won’t be buying this product again!
Loved it but didn't last long
I really do like this hose – felt very sturdy and the reach was amazing BUT after only 3 months (and obviously not using it much as had so much rain!) the hose was laid on the path ready to use when I heard a loud ‘pop’ and the water flooded out. It was the inner hose that had snapped. So, not at all happy that it only lasted a few uses. (Had I stretched it beyond it’s limit? maybe – I don’t think so)
Spray adapter worked loose
Delivered promptly as expected. Worked great for the first few times I used it. However, the screw collar that attaches the the spray nozzle to the hose itself worked loose and came off and won’t go back on. Am currently awaiting reply from Amazon to see about returns policy after such a short period of use. Will update as and when. As an aside, it also appears that, where the nozzle has come, that any other attachments from standard hosepipes won’t fit.
****** UPDATE****** as promised: Amazon have stepped up and agreed to a full unconditional refund incl postage, so thank you Amazon. As a result, I’ve increased my initial review from 2-4 stars. The hose pipe worked fine until the fault and I dare say / hope it’s not the norm. I shall be re-ordering a replacement very shortly
Impressed
Slightly dubious when I ordered but needed something quickly. Expands super long when filled with water. All the attachments included so connected to my tap easily. The tidy hook thing hung easily from the tap so it’s easily and neatly put away. Appears to be decent quality. So far, really happy with it and super price too!
Great hose pipe
I was a bit dubious about buying this for the price but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It’s really lightweight when drained, doesn’t get kinked or knotted in anyway and is able to reach the front and back garden well. It has lots of ‘streaming’ options from the head too. It fitted my outside tap (standard English tap) perfectly and I’ve had no leaks from it either. All in all a great product for the price.
This hose arrived well packaged, in a tiny box, but it soon fluffed up and on first use, stretched to it’s full length. I was very impressed with the fittings, that were totally compatible with my existing tap end fixing and very easy to use. Even more importantly …so far there have been no leaks, from any part of the hose and I a very pleased with it. A really good, very efficient and easy to use, competitively priced hose
Not sure that it will stretch to 100ft.
My gdn is approx 75 to 80 ft long and this was at least 10ft short. However this may be due to water pressure and my tap. I thought the spray head good, the tap end was a good fit, the problem was with my tap which leaked when full on, I will get that sorted. Not being sure about the length I have given 4 stars. But I do think its pretty good value and a friend is going to have it. I will buy a 150 foot one to ensure I ca get to the end of my patch.
I purchased this item as I needed a new hose urgently. I was immediately attracted by the price of this product and, despite some negative reviews, decided to give it a go. Some of the instructions were not clear however we could easily find the answers to any of our questions easily through a quick google search. Used 3 times and happy so far- favourite things include: easy storage, easy to use, length, different spray settings. Rated 4 stars as it does feel cheap but this does not surprise me and would not discourage me from recommending the product.
