Colourful wooden tea se
Nice little set for the role play.
Lovely colours and quite a bit of biscuits.
Strong and flexible wooden tea for 2.
Comes with a tray to serve.
Nicely presented afternoon tea.
Good value fun for only under 15.
Good quality wooden tea set.
There are a total of 16 pieces in this set and each piece is finished nicely with smooth rounded edges. The pastel colours and painted design is very attractive and each piece feels good quality.
My family haven’t used a teapot for years, so it was surprising to watch my granddaughter instinctively pretend to pour from the teapot into the cups.
The three wooden biscuits are quite big and out of proportion with the rest of the set but they are a good size for little hands. The biscuits have to be stacked to all fit on the plate at the same time, which helps little ones to work on their hand and eye coordination skills.
My granddaughter initially got quite frustrated trying to balance all of the items on the flat wooden tray because some would fall off as she moved around the room pretending to serve tea to her teddies and me, but it didn’t take long for her to work out that it is better to put less things on the tray.
The teapot lid tends to fall off when my granddaughter starts to tip the pot to pour the pretend tea, but it stays in place a bit better when the leaf isn’t kept inside the pot.
The presentation box containing this little tea set is attractive and the smaller components are stored inside the box within a resealable plastic bag, which will help to keep everything together.
This wooden tea set is currently at a reduced price of 17.99, which I think is a reasonable price to pay.
Lovely detailed se
What I like the most from this set is the quality and the design. Everything is painted so well, colours are pleasant to look at and makes them look pretty. All wood, so made to last and more eco friendly. Nothing in the set is small enough to be swallowed. So reasonably safe around toddlers. The price may seem steep but in my opinion, considering material used, the quality of the design and paint and it will last years, I think it is pretty decent value.
Really good quality
This tea set is adorable! It comes with the essentials for a tea party for 2. It is a great size, perfect for young children aged 3 up. There are some small pieces that may be a choking hazard, such as the strawberry and the tea bag, but other than this it is great! I love that the set includes a board to rest the food and pots on and the quality of the set is fantastic and really feels like it will last a long time.
Only one teapot & 2 cups included - well made and a lovely set!
My 7-year-old daughter adores this wooden tea set, which she has been playing with alongside her friends. However, I do have one gripe: the main photo shows 2 teapots and 4 cups, but that’s not the case. In reality, you receive one teapot and two tea cups. It’s slightly misleading, as most sets don’t include 2 teapots. The fifth picture also features two girls with 2 teapots, even though only one is included. Apart from that, the set is lovely—it includes a selection of biscuits, a cream jug, and a tray with a tea bag. It’s well-made, very pretty, and I recommend it as a charming gift for friends or for delightful tea time with your little one.
Wonderful toy tea set, a perfect blend of safety, education, and imaginative play
The first thing that caught my attention was the product’s emphasis on safety. Made from natural wood and coloured with eco-friendly, water-based dyes; I feel confident that my child is playing with a safe and durable toy. The materials are sturdy, and I love that it’s an eco-friendly option. The educational aspect of the tea set is a huge bonus. It’s incredible to see how something as simple as a tea set can teach children about the culture and etiquette of afternoon tea.
The set encourages imaginative play, which is crucial at this age. The endless hours of creative play have not only entertained my little one but also boosted her creativity and storytelling skills. The pink design is absolutely adorable. The vibrant shades of pink and blue add a delightful touch to her playtime and even her room decor.
While I’m overwhelmingly pleased with the Beberolen wooden tea set, there are a few minor drawbacks. The pieces are quite small, so it’s essential to keep an eye on younger siblings who might still be in the stage of putting everything in their mouths. Additionally, while the eco-friendly dyes are a fantastic feature, they can fade a bit with frequent cleaning. However, this hasn’t diminished the overall charm and usability of the set.
Overall, this wooden tea set is a wonderful product that provides a perfect blend of safety, education, and imaginative play, all wrapped up in a beautifully designed package.
Will make a great gift for youngsters!
Unlike (some) other reviewers, I don’t simply copy & paste information from the advert. (I’m sure you really don’t need (or want) to read all the description yet again!) I want to try and give you my own personal views of it (good or bad) so you can decide for yourself whether to buy the item or not. (The fact that I’ve received this product free of charge through Amazon Vine has no influence at all. I always “tell it as it is!”)
This is a great toy play set, and will keep your youngsters occupied for ages. I am not going to do what most reviewers do, and list all the items that you get, (because they are already in the advert!) Suffice to say, you get everything that is listed in the advert item list. Ignore some of the pictures that show 2 teapots and/or 4 cups etc.
Before I even received this item to review, I was looking at the advert, and my eldest son (age 5) was sitting next to me, (supposedly playing on his Xbox) when he looked across and asked if I was going to get it. When I said, I don’t know, he asked if I could get it for him as he likes the look of it!
At the current price of 19.99p (with free delivery), I believe this product is good value for the money and I *do* recommend it. It will make a great gift for any youngster. Note: There is also (at the time of this review) another 50% discount you can get off your order by using the voucher. This really does make this toy set an unbelievable bargain at less than a tenner! Get your order in fast, before the vouchers are all used up!!
Note:
I have not uploaded any photos as there are some already on here, and mine would not be adding anything new!
Superb build quality and great for kids
This tea set is adorable. It comes with some really nice and well made wooden components for a tea party. With 2 cups, plates, various snacks, a teapot, spoons and a teabag. Great for imaginative play and pairing with other kitchen toys. I was very impressed with how well the product feels as the wood is really nice quality with smooth sanded edges. My daughter absolutely loves playing with this.
Adorable and vibrant colours
This children’s tea set is adorable to play with. It is very realistic looking and made of very strong durable painted wood. It comes with a variety of plates/cups/food and it is all very delicate looking. It also includes a tray to fit everything which is great!
Absolutely gorgeous wooden tea set - 5 Stars !!
This is a gorgeous afternoon tea set – BUT there are little bits in there so the rating for 3 years plus is a reasonable one as although the items are all wooden and well made (no sharp edges) there are little tea bags and a slice of strawberry and a teapot lid (and spoons) that are small and a choking hazard for smaller children. The selection of items is great though for an afternoon tea and includes a little wooden tray, settings for two people and play food as well. Superb value as well as this toy is something that won’t be a five minute wonder – its something that will see through countless playdates and even family generations. Quality of workmanship is second to none, the design is great for little hands, the painting of the items is super and all in all a lovely lovely gift for a young child. Unhesitatingly five stars all the way.
Time for tea
I think to really appreciate the beauty of this little teaset, you have to try and put yourself in the mind of a child. A small child isn’t going to notice – or care – if the items are hugely out of proportion to each other (which these certainly are) but they will delight in the charming colours and small feel of all the pieces. I carefully ran my fingers over each element and not a single flaw. I remember the teaset I had as a little girl – rigid plastic, sharp edges , cracked easily and I’m envious of today’s little ones who are so much more protected and have quality control on their side. This play set is just the right size for tiny hands and will delight little girls – and boys – and they host many a tea party!
Cute
The children absolutely loved playing with this. I wish there were more bits but for the few tea bits they have lots of fun.
The tea pot was a favorite and the tea bag.
Very cute but sizing could be improved
This Beberolen Wooden Tea Set is a very cute (mostly!) wooden toy for pretend play.
The tea set includes:
A teapot: this is cute but I was a little disappointed it’s not hollow on the inside. When the lid is on though it looks nice and good for pretend tea making.
A jug: this is the only thing that isn’t wooden in the set. I’m not sure why but it feels strong and looks great. I can’t work out what it is made out of but it’s not plastic either, feels closer to porcelain maybe but I’m not sure.
Two cups: these are also quite cute but they are tiny. It would have been better if they were a little bigger so that the accessories like the spoon, strawberry and tea bag could be used in them. Currently as they are so small they just keep falling out during play.
Two spoons: they’re funny shaped spoons and they’re too big for the cups but they work okay I guess.
Two saucers and a plate: at least I think that’s what they are. They are flat and lacking in details unlike the rest of the set which is a shame. They also look far too big to be a saucer as the cups are so small.
Three biscuits: these are my favourite items in the set as they look realistic enough for a toy and they are one of the highlights for pretend play. The children will happily offer the biscuits again and again.
A slice of strawberry and tea bag: I love these as it’s the kind of thing you don’t see often in children’s toys but they add a realistic feel to the set. It is a shame they don’t fit in the cups very well though and keep falling out because of how small the cups are.
And finally a tray: this finishes the set off nicely. It is a bit of a squeeze to fit the whole set on but I think it would be too big if it was sized differently.
I think this is a very cute looking tea set and really nicely made. It is a shame that some of the items are so small that they don’t function as well as they could but I’d still recommend it for some pretend afternoon tea which the children love.
Cute little tea set, the tray is fairly thin ply.
Quite a cute little set, biscuits with tea, the tray is fairly thin ply, would make quite a nice gift for a tea party with teddies etc …
On the whole happy to recommend it.
First impressions are good.
There is not as much in the set as the main photo suggests there is one teapot and two cups, so it’s quite a small set, but enough to play with a grandchild who loves such things. The milk jug appears to be resin not wood, but a minor point too. All in all a colourful set, that will take some rough handling and come back for more.
A nice small se
It’s a nice set, however, it is quite small, fine to play maybe with the dolls and teddies and role-play fun. It is well made and it is made of wood which makes it feel a bit premium. The tea pot is very cute and the lid lifts off. The cups and dinky and colourful and have little saucers with them. The kids enjoyed playing with them. It is very safe to use.
Beautifully designed, whimsical, with so many gentle, and pastel shades. This is just delightful!
What a beautiful wooden tea set!
Beautifully designed, whimsical, with so many gentle, and pastel shades.
This wooden tea set, is amazing quality, at a great price, and I am delighted with the entire set. There are so many bright and colourful elements to this set, that will entertain your young child for hours.
The little shapes and sizes are exquisite, they are safe and durable with no sharp corners or edges and are 100% child friendly.
Everything you need is included in this pretty little set, and it’s by far my favourite toy set, to date.
The wooden cookies just make this set charming and delightful, and the whole idea of
My granddaughter immersing herself in the world of make-believe as she serves up her cups of tea and scrumptious wooden biscuits, just makes my heart melt.
Quite simply, this beautiful tea set has been thoughtfully designed for pretend and imaginative play, it will undoubtedly spark imagination, and will foster creativity in the most delightful way.
This perfect little set is great for tea party role playallowing young children to learn pouring and serving up pretend tea, whilst also learning to balance items, thus developing fine motor skills.
It’s great for practicing good manners and engaging in conversations with friends, siblings, or even their favourite stuffed toys.
The attention to detail within this set, allows for a visually appealing and irresistible tea set for any young child.
To conclude, this is a lovely unique gift, painted in non-toxic contemporary colours, it is just magical.
Watching and listening to your young child share stories with each slide of the spoon and pretend bite of their cookies, may invoke interesting questions, resulting in pure happiness from their cup.
This lovely wooden tea set, is not just a tool for playing, it is a thoughtful and imaginative technique to develop creativity, social skills, and hand — eye co-ordination.
This is by far a beautifully designed wooden tea set, that will help store that “piece of a fairy tale” in your child’s heart for many years.
I’m delighted with this set, and over the moon to have been given the opportunity to try your product.
Thank you for a lovely item!
