Amazing!
The thermometer is great. Full of little touchs like auto on-off, the screen flips with the thermometer and the screen lights up! Would Definitely recommend if you need a thermometer!
Surprisingly good
Wanted a handheld for checking cooked meats on the BBQ. Handy chart in the box for different meats and their temps. Turns on and off by opening / closing the probe. Handy magnet on the back to keep it close.
Works well
Does what it says on the tin! It’s a little bit slow, working it’s way up to the temperature reading, but that’s a minor detraction. Good operation, with turning on/off by opening/closing the probe, which is easy to clean. Battery seems to be lasting well.
a must for barbecue
That bit of chicken looks done – but is it? this takes the guess work out of all meat cooking . Very good value for money- simple to use, rapid readings and makes barbecuing much safer .
Brilliant bit of ki
Ive owed a few instant read thermometers in the past and always struggled with the accuracy with them -/+ what the actual temperature is.
This has been to date, the most accurate one ive used. The performance on this is brilliant and value for money.
It feel durable and has great temperature parameters.
I use this almost daily and i think the battery will last a long time without having to replace!

Easy read, easy adjust. Works as it should. Nice thick probe for accurate readings and cleaning up. Satin finish and decent weight in hand. I use primarily for fudge making but have used to check a chook on occasion. Have had a few months. All great.
Love the colour!
Needed a thermometer for using with my newly acquired Air Fryerthis fits the bill perfectly. It’s easy to use, easy to read & I love the colour. Does the job brilliantly. Good value too.
Compact and fast results
I recently bought my first air-fryer and have experimented with cooking meats (not only chicken nuggets) so in comparison to an oven I don’t really know how long things take until I’ve got more experience. This has therefore come in handy and purchased for this reason. Whether it tells the truth, I have no idea or comparison, but so far so good. it’s very quick to get results so that works for me. The LCD screen is clear to read and it’s compact to fit tidily in that kitchen drawer that holds all the bits and pieces. Also not going to break the bank like those () that you can hook up to your smart phone – wtf?

Maybe I am just unlucky!’
I was not going to return to Amazon because my one broke and it wasn’t too expensive.
I then got a message from the seller (well, 3 messages but I didn’t see the first 2!) asking for my address and they will send me a replacement.
Low and behold, a few days later it turned up and it works fantastically.
If you are thinking of buying one of these, do it!!

After receiving this it did not work and because it is too much trouble to send back I wrote this on my review well the company contacted me and sent out a replacement straight away no charge absolutely first class service so I have now got one that works and it is great highly recommend this company thank you
It broke and after I contacted the seller, they kindly sent me a new one. Much appreciated because it is accurate and reliable.
Be careful with it though. It not very sturdy. On the original one, the probe came loose from its plastic holder, which had cracked. If I superglue it, I can’t close it and you have to close it to turn it off…. the seller has excelled themself however with customer support.
Just what I needed
This gadget is brilliant, very easy to use and came with instructions to know which meat needed to be what temperature for what we liked which was great.
Value for money, size is perfect fits lovely in my cutlery drawer and is lightweight

Excellent Digital Thermomete
I use this device to measure the temperature of my aquarium water to make sure its ready to be transferred to the tank.
Pros:
-Readings are excellent. They’re precise, reliable and fast. The minimum and maximum readings being -50 degrees Celsius to 300 degrees Celsius is overkill for my needs but its definitely a bonus.
-Buttons to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit and set min/max temps are convenient.
-Hold button to pause at the current temperature is also handy.
-Auto-off: Great feature, preserves battery life by turning the device off automatically when you fold the needle back to its original position, housed in the device. Most of all, you don’t have to worry about turning it off.
-Easily stored: The fold-out needle makes it really simple to just pop into a drawer or even in your pocket if you need to keep it on your person whilst using it.
-Sturdiness: The fold-in/out mechanism for the needle ensures that the needle isn’t even slightly wobbly when penetrating objects.
-Thermometer still active until fully folded back in, allowing for a lot of different positions.
-Auto-rotating screen: This is a fantastic bonus that I didn’t expect. The screen will rotate 180 degrees whichever way you have it upright.
-Magnetic: It has a little magnet on the back to make it even easier to keep around.
Cons:
-Screen backlight timer: Goes off in about 10-15 seconds after you push the button. Can be annoying to keep pressing the button to light up the screen.
-Stiffness of fold-in/out mechanism: I feel like this could be smoother but honestly it helps to keep the needle sturdy when penetrating objects.
-Rattling: I thought my device had a broken piece of plastic or a loose ball baring inside at first as it was rattling at the slightest movement. Turns out that there is a warning sticker on the device as you can see in the attached pictures: “You may hear a rattling noise when you shake the thermometer because there is a gravity sensor inside”. The noise can be annoying but it’s really not that bad.
-Battery door comes loose quite easily, only takes a 45 degree turn for it to open but the battery stays locked in place which I can’t really fault.
Overall, it’s a great little device. My main gripe with it is that the screen backlight doesn’t stay on, I’d prefer an on/off switch or if it just stayed on the whole time. I’m still giving it 5 stars because it’s really simple to use and it does the job well. Worth it.
