Smells beautiful
I have always used this brand as I find the smell is just so nice compared to other cheaper brands which annoy your nose instead of making your feet sleepy. This comes and a 2 pack which has an original spray and along with a light eucalyptus fragrance spray for those that may have a head cold and it smells just as nice with a lavender smell which isn’t over powering
Almost daily use
We use this almost daily now and seems to help settle the little ones before bed.

Smells great, good quality.
Great set of sprays that smell good. The one with mint is particularly useful if you are ill and need to clear your airways. Not sure if it has gotten me to sleep faster, but it’s definitely relaxing so I think it’s worth a try if you’re struggling to sleep or to calm down in the evenings.

Honestly it’s really good, I use it most mornings once I’ve woken up. Spray the pillow early AM.
When you get back home and ready for bed, soon as you land your head on the pillow you get this wonderful gentle fresh smell.
It really is the finishing touch before drifting off to sleep.
Smells nice
I purchased this as a gift for someone who struggles with sleep. While the packaging is nice, the size was smaller than I expected. The smells are nice, but I’m not really sure they have helped with getting to sleep. It’s become part of the nightly routine, so will see over time if it proves effective.
Pillow spray
I like the gentle scent of the lavender spray. I haven’t used the other one yet, but it’s ready for the time that I need help to breathe, in the event of a cold. I’m sure it will be fine because all the items from this brand are good, in my experience.

Not sure as these were gifts. They arrived on time and in good condition and were great to give to gift along with the hand cream and some other products in the same range.
Long Lasting
My girlfriend loved this gift it smells very floral not just a simple lavender smell. The smell was long lasting and not too strong. Even the next morning you could still smell it on the pillow.
They work
I have trouble sleeping. A friend gave me a pack of these to try. They worked well, so I bought some more, and will continue to do something. One spray is enough, so they really do work out very cost effective.
Affordable
I can’t figure out if I like the smell. It’s more of a symbolic part of our toddlers bedtime routine than anything else. I thought the eucalyptus one would be nice and helpful for cold and flu season but I’m not sure I like the smell. Toddler doesn’t seem to mind and reminds me to spray it if I forget. Bottle lasts a while as only a spray or two is needed into the room or into the pillow and a lot more affordable than other bedtime pillow sprays.
Okay so I read the reviews and people complained that the twin pack had little bottles, but I went with it because I wanted to try both scents. To be fair the bottles are reasonable sizes and will probably last for ages as you use hardly any each night. I’ve used both every night. They smell bloody divine. Two squirts of each, it’s wonderful. Have they helped me sleep? I’d had to say after a week that the answer is yes, although I am also taking Kalms, BUT I love going to bed and look forward to lying in a bubble of scent. Trust me I don’t leave reviews for stuff normally, but these are so nice and I just had to.
Added – after about 4 weeks I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the skin on my face. No dry skin, less redness – could be because I’m getting some sleep, but perhaps nexuses of the tea tea snd lavender on my pillow every night.
I have three spears from each bottle. Some complain it make the pillow wet, it does but not for long and you hardly notice it.
This is a bedtime habit that was easy to adopt and I love it. It’s also worked for my Mom in her 80’s who is now getting her first 10 hour sleeps in 20 yrs. However it’s not worked for my Dad. So not for everyone.
As abit of a skeptic, my mind can’t compute that a scent can actually promote physical changes in the body such as, decreasing blood pressure and heart rate and helping create a relaxed calm. However, after trying these I can say I’m blown away. In the way that people bake cookies for a house sale to bring back those memories of cooking with a grandmother etc.. the scent of the lavender in the spray goes to our conscious brain and stirs the feelings we have about our new peaceful sleep environment. Obviously the practise of aromatherapy won’t help everyone but I can say I’m presently surprised with the effectiveness of these sprays for myself. Honestly liquid gold. At 50ml each there a handy size for travel as they look mini however you only need a couple of spritzes so a little really does go a long way.
I found that the most effective way to use for myself is to spray the mist directly onto my pillow before bed and while still wet, put my hair dryer on the low/warm setting as quiet as possible to help the spray dry a little. Meanwhile, the heat allows the mist to evaporate slightly diffusing the essential scents oppose to drying them out.
Coming in at 3 a bottle (or 6 a set) at the time of purchase can happily say I will be repurchasing. Even if it doesn’t work for you it’s too good to pass up the opportunity of a devine nights sleep for that price you never know you might unlock the key to the world of nod!
