Thanks to this my brand new fridge is being sent back on Tuesday. My new fridge is on highest coldest setting and thermometers state it’s on the coldest setting possible and it’s still not cold enough. I’m a home baker I have to take fridge readings twice daily this wouldn’t meet food safety standards at all. So thanks very much fridge goes back Tuesday. The thermostats definitely work as my personal fridge has it own thermometer so I added this to the fridge anyway just to check and well my fridge said it was at 2.5 degrees and this thermometer also stated the same.
I bought this fridge thermometer to make sure my refrigerator was staying at a safe temperature, and it has worked very well so far. The display is clear and easy to read, even at a quick glance, and the numbers update accurately. It helped me discover that my fridge was actually running slightly warmer than expected, so it has already been useful.
The thermometer is compact and fits neatly inside the fridge without taking up much space. I also like that it can stand on a shelf or hang from a rack, which makes placement flexible. Setup was simple — just insert the battery and place it inside.
One thing I appreciate is the temperature range indicator, which makes it easy to know if food is being stored safely. The readings seem consistent and reliable compared with another thermometer I tested.

These are great. I ordered 2 as our integrated freezer kept getting a puddle of water in the bottom which would freeze and then defrost. Turns out we had it on the wrong setting so it was too cold. Thankfully saved us buying a new fridge freezer. I’ve purchased another 2 for our other fridge freezer and we all had these on the wrong setting as the fridge was -2 and freezer was -25. So will hopefully save us a bit of money by adjusting the temperature. The screen is pretty big and clear and it does stand up.
Ok although I love and it’s a great product. Instructions were rubbish.. Came with battery inside but squashed the tiny metal brackets to hold it in place. Didn’t realise until a hour after playing with that battery had to be under these little brackets. Also could barely see written C/F written on button. Better instructions would’ve remedied this

Bought to replace a probe-type thermometer on the advice of a service engineer.
Clear display with buttons for showing max or min temperature if required. One for fridge section and another for freezer. Clear display. Very reasonable price.
Only reasons I haven’t given 5 stars are that with a small opening for the sensor it took quite a while to show the actual temperature. Also the folding rear hook is more suited for wire shelves rather than glass ones so fridge one is propped up by a yoghurt!

Used this to see which part of fridge coldest. The bottom part (I had frozen fresh veg) so moved cold sensitive veg to top of fridge. Rearranged fridge, now veg near top.
Meats lower down and nicely chilled drinks in veg draw. It works for me!
An essential item for every refrigerato
Glad I purchased these as wouldn’t have known correct temperature of my fridge.Mine was running too warm ,then just stop working all together.Now. I have new fridge and able to monitor correct temperature,so food and milk healthy to consume.would definitely recommend.
Invaluable item
Keep watching the temperature of the fridge. Itcan vary with changes in weather. Great to know food is being kept at a safe temperature. Hadn’t realised fridge was set too low with the hot weather. Above 2 degrees and under 8 degrees.
Works well and seems accurate
Bough this to keep an eye on my coolbox in my campervan. Checked it against a standard glass thermometer and there was a +/- 1 degree over a few days. Good enough for me.
I bought another similar unit from TEMU – which failed dramatically with a +/- variation of 30 degrees. Totally pants and nothing more than plastic landfill – the packaging was worth more than the device.
This, However, has been working flawlessly since day 1 and I will be buying another shortly when I build a second box to house it.
I like this one.
A great purchase!
I bought these for the fridge so that I could keep my tortoises at the correct temperature over the winter months when they were hibernating. They were accurate and easy to read. I am glad I purchased these thermometers.
A good fridge themomete
This thermometer gives a clear readout of the temperature. My fridge only has glass shelves and so I couldn’t hang it anywhere and had to free-stand it on one of the shelves. Of course, that means it gets shifted around depending on the items I load onto the shelf, but it seems to be consistent with the temperature it records.
I’m a repeat buyer and happy customer.
Whilst these do work and the readout is clear, the thermometer takes about 30 mins to display the actual temperature of the surrounding area you wish to check.
I can sit watching the temp reading slowly going down/up on the display, if I move it from the kitchen at 21c and put it in my glass fronted drinks chiller, the temp reading SLOWLY goes down to say 8c. (takes about 30 mins)
I bought the two pack and they are both the same at response times.
So overall if you are not intending to move them about, then they will be fine, if you want to get a quick temp measure, don’t hold your breath.
That said, I will be buying two more, as I will then have enough to leave in a permanent position.
I trust this doesn’t read as too contradictory.
Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Ich habe 2 bestellt, da ich einen neuen Khlschrank mit Vitasafe-Fach habe.
Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist nur auf englisch, was aber nicht sonderlich strt, weil die
Bedienung ja fast selbstredend ist. Ich nahm beide gleichzeitig in Betrieb, sie funktionieren
absolut synchron, keine Temperaturabweichung!!! Die Knopfzelle ist auch ein gngiges Modell CR2032,
so dass eine Nachkauf der Batterien auch kein Problem sein sollte. Fr mich tolles Preis-Leistungsverhltnis,
klarer Kaufempfehlung von mir !!!
Termómetro sencillo y efectivo
Un termometro digital, sencillo. Yo lo utilizo para comprobar el interior del horno o cualquier sitio cerrado que tiene que estar entre 25 y 30 grados para hacer masa madre para pan (los termometros de horno no miden temperaturas por debajo de 50 grados). Mide temperaturas de – 20 hasta + 60 grados. He comparado la temperatura con otro termometro y es exacta. Es pequeo con cifras grandes, lo cual es de agradecer. Es fcil ponerlo en funcionamiento sin abrir el compartimento de la pila estirando de una tira de plstico. La pila est incluida.
Me lleg con un dia de retraso.

Reus le 28/10, emballage Amazon, rien redire. Les thermomtres sont chacun dans une bote individuelle dans une pochette de protection bulles, avec mode d’emploi (en anglais) et quip d’une pile CR2032. il suffit de retirer la languette plastique de protection pour la mise en fonction.
Deux boutons : ON / OFF et un pour le choix d’affiche degr Celsius ou Fahrenheit, autant dire que le mode d’emploi en anglais n’est pas un inconvnient, puisque il est inutile de le lire – il est d’ailleurs trs sommaire.
Surprise, j’ai reu 11 pices au lieu de 10, sans doute une attention du fournisseur qui me va droit au … au cur !
Tests :
Aprs mise en service, j’ai align sur 2 ranges les thermomtres, cte cte, afin de vrifier s’ils taient d’accord entre eux et pour connaitre la marge d’incertitude des mesures affiches. J’ai mme ajout ce lot 5 autres thermomtres, dont celui qui quipe mon terminal de commande de chaudire, pour voir.
Rsultats : les 11 thermomtres affichent des valeurs aprs 1 heure de mise en temprature d’ambiance, qui se situent dans une plage de 0,5 pour des tempratures mesures entre 20,1 et 20,6. Il sont plus pessimistes d’environ 0,4 en moyenne, que les 5 autres thermomtres (autres fabrications), mis en concurrence (pour voir). Donc pour moi, le rsultat est trs correct puisque qu’il donne une marge d’incertitude de l’ordre de 0,25 par rapport un point moyen. Reste savoir si ce point moyen est le bon, et l, je ne sais pas. D’autre part, je n’ai pas fait le mme test pour d’autres plages de tempratures ( frigo et conglateur) , ou les diffrences peuvent tre plus ou moins importantes, bien que j’utilise un de ceux-ci dans un rfrigrateur.
J’ai test toutes les piles rception avec un voltmtre. Elles sont conformes des piles neuves : un peu plus de 3 volts.
Reste savoir quelle sera la tenue de ce produit l’usage. S’il y avait quelque chose ajouter ce sujet je le ferais.
Donc un bon achat sans problmes.

Passant par hasard sur mon commentaire initial du 24/10/2017, j’ajoute qu’un peu moins de deux ans aprs la mise en service de mes 21 thermomtres, achets en deux fois :
– Tous fonctionnent parfaitement.
– les piles boutons d’origine sont toutes encore en place.

Objet dure des piles CR2032.
J’ai 21 thermomtres au total.
3 ans aprs l’achat, les thermomtres ncessitent un changement de piles.
Comment s’en aperoit-on ?
L’indication de temprature devient fausse : au dbut de quelques diximes de degr, puis plus nettement jusqu’ 3 3,5.
Nota : ce diffrentiel est statistiquement dans 90% des cas situ en dessous de la temprature relle. Mais il peut curieusement situ au-dessus.
Avec un voltmtre on constate alors que l’nergie rsiduelle n’est en moyenne qu’aux alentours de 0,4 0,8 Volt.
Personnellement je rutilise souvent d’anciennes piles ne pouvant plus servir dans des appareils qui demandaient des puissances plus leves et ne peuvent donc plus les faire fonctionner correctement. Mais il faut savoir que si elles prsentent encore une diffrence de potentiel de l’ordre de 2,5 volt, elles pourront danse genre d’appareil peu gourmand les faire fonctionner environ probablement un an.
Si vous n’avez pas de voltmtre,
mettez une pile neuve n’ayant pas dpass la DLC et talonnez le thermomtre avec un autre du mme type ou d’un autre type dont vous tes certain quant la fiabilit.
Si vous avez une ancienne pile que vous voulez rutiliser, commencez par mettre une pile neuve et notez la temprature, puis mettez l’ancienne pile. Si la temprature est identique, finissez de la vider.
Personnellement je ne jette que les piles ne pouvant vraiment plus servir.
