A2: If you encounter difficulty connecting to the dash cam’s WiFi or accessing live video on the app, try disabling VPN, Bluetooth, cellular data, security software, and anti-virus apps on your phone. Additionally, ensure that the photo album app, location, WiFi, and cellular data permissions are authorized.
Q3: Does the car battery run out if the dashcam light stays on after parking?
A3: The reason could be that the dashcam still needs to reserve a small amount of power to save the last file before shutting down, it could also be the vehicle’s power system. Please monitor the car battery charge level within 12 hours after turning off the vehicle to prevent the car battery from being drained. We can offer you a related wired kit to avoid the risk of draining the car battery.
Q4: What is the procedure for formatting the SD card?
To format the SD card, you have a couple of options. You can connect to the app via WiFi, navigate to the camera settings within the app, and then select the format option. Alternatively, you can format the memory card directly on your computer.
Amazing customer service
So I had issues with the sticky pads sticking, contacted customer service amd they responded so so quickly, they have offered to send me all new ones. They have also offered a hard wire kit for free which I had asked about. I couldn’t ask for better service.

After reading the good reviews, I bought this camera but initially I had a problem connecting it to the recommended JarvisCam app, so I contacted customer service for help. It was a weekend, but a lovely friendly lady named Ella got back to me first thing on Monday morning with advice on how to resolve it. It turns out that you need to disable any VPN you have running, as well as your mobile data and bluetooth connections, antivirus, etc., mentioned in the user manual, then it worked right away and the installation went without a hitch after that.
I also installed a rear 1080p camera, so the front camera will drop down from 4k to 2.5k resolution with that configuration, but the image quality from both is still really good and more than enough to have you covered from both ends of the car. I used a Kingston 256Gb SD card that you need to remember to order separately which was easy to format via JarvisCam.
With modern cars and their multi-functional rear-view mirrors, I needed something compact that wouldn’t obscure the driver’s view, and this camera fitted the bill for me perfectly in a Mazda3. In fact, I was that happy with the purchase that I bought the same cameras again for my wife’s car.
Having a great camera is one thing, but if you do have problems installing it, it’s good to know that there’s someone responsive on the end of an email to help you through, so well done Ella and GKU Tech

I perchance this new das cam as my old nxst bace had packed up it was very easy to install as i am not one to have my mobile phone fitted on the dashboard i would have preferred to have a display of the information on the camera as well
Easy to install
Works from the box! Recommend if your not sure about fitting it to watch a how to video on YouTube. Took me less than 5 minutes to install and I know nothing about cars other than how to drive! Even have the wires hidden with the tool they supply. Great produc
Excellent customer service
I had an issue with the first one I received as despite formatting it would not read the card. I returned the item and then received a a replacement without any issues ! Excellent customer service so do not be afraid of buying because even if you have issues they will be quick to respond and resolve your issue.
Easy to fit dashcam with great picture quality and excellent customer care
This dashcam is small enough to hide behind the rear view mirror but still gives excellent picture quality. The Jarvis cam app was easy to install and the settings are straight forward. At 4K resolution the files are pretty big. You can download wirelessly but I find it easier to remove the SD card and view on the PC. I also purchased a hard wire kit but unfortunately I could not make this work correctly. An email to GKU established I had purchased an incompatable kit (my bad) but they very kindly offered to send the correct kit FOC. I highly recommend this product and GKU.

Great Dashcam
It was easy to install in my car unfortunately an SD card is not supplied which would make the camera a great value if it was. The camera is small and discreet, hiding behind the rearview mirror to avoid distracting you from driving. The video quality is excellent. The camera world properly and had great features/functions.

Good quality camera
Really like the quality, I already had a previous one but liked the idea of the 4k. I’m getting this front one hardwired with the rear one I had before in a previous kit. This camera fits differently to my previous one as it slides into position on the bracket and not a magnet. I like both designs. This camera is small, very well built and the bracket hinge can be tightened with a allen key. The footage quality is fantastic and having an app that you can format the SD card and view footage is great. The customer service is also good and very attentive. Would definitely recommend just on quality alone.

Even before I received the dashcam the manufacturer sent me an email with usefull tips to setup the unit.
Also, if you register the dashcam with the manufacturer you get a 2yr warranty.

The dashcam is setup via an app on your mobile phone which gives you access to all the settings & the 4k recordings which are superb.
All in all its a fantastic piece of kit for the money.
Good value 4k cam
I recently purchased the D600 dash camera, and I’m very pleased with it. The item arrived well-packed. I also own a Nextbase 522, which is more expensive, but the D600’s quality is impressive for my new car.
Before buying, I watched a YouTube video review, and I agree with everything they mentioned. The installation was easy, and I prefer the D600’s design over the Nextbase.
A key tip: Use a high-quality SD card to ensure 4K videos save without corruption. Faster SD cards also make a big difference when using the app, allowing for smoother live viewing
Great quality and performance
Bought this to replace an older HD dash camera and this one did not disappoint. The 4K clarity is so much better and actually allows you to read number plates. Installation was quick and easy with everything needed in the box apart from a micro SD card. The camera connected quickly over WiFi and the app was easy to use. Night time quality was also impressive. The camera is small and sleek so doesn’t obscure your view and isn’t noticeable. Overall very impressed and recommended.
Took delivery of this dash cam recently and I am so impressed. The ease of setup, the app to use it, the USB-C car charger provided along with car trim tool and additional adhesive pads, it’s all in there! The picture quality is awesome having upgraded from a 1080p dashcam. It can capture number plates with ease and fine details. I would definitely recommend this dashcam to friends and family. Great, clear footage
Great product with clear footage can be set to include date & time stamp on captured footage and picture quality is excellent; easy to set up once wired with useful tool (included) and works with the Jarvis app which is quite easy to use. The camera can be hidden behind front mirror so not in the way unlike other bulky dash cams. So much clearer than HD, good value and easy to use
I have an HD resolution dash cam and wanted a 4k one to get better quality. You really see the difference with number plates, signs etc.
I wanted one no bigger than my previous one and this fitted the bill. It’s quite small enough to be hidden behind the sun visor (see pics). It comes with a lighter plug and long cord, and a tool to hide the cable behind the car trim.
It uses the same application (Jarviscam) as my other one, which is easy to use.
This ones takes a larger Micro SD card (up to 256gb) than most HD cams, as the files are much larger (approx 500mb for 3 mins).
