Excellent professional flash
The Godox V1Pro-C is a standout due to its versatility and powerful performance. The round head design is particularly impressive, offering smooth and even light distribution, which enhances portraits and minimizes harsh shadows. Compared to standard rectangular heads, the round head brings a noticeable improvement in light quality, especially for portraits.
The flash’s E-TTL II capability performs admirably, with accurate exposure control in both automatic and manual modes. The HSS up to 1/8000s is a fantastic feature for outdoor shoots where you want to balance flash with ambient light, especially in bright conditions or for action photography.
Battery life is another strong point, as the 2980mAh Li-ion battery offers plenty of power for long shoots without needing to worry about frequent recharges. In real-world usage, the claim of 480 full-power flashes seems accurate, making it suitable for event photographers or anyone who needs reliability in extended shooting sessions.

Besser als der V1
Die Recyclingzeit ist deutlich besser geworden. Der zustzliche Blitz ist sehr praktisch um Gesichter etwas aufzuhellen, man sollte jedoch nicht bertreiben. Der Blitz hat nun einige Hochzeiten mitgemacht und ich finde ihn echt super.
From a novice perspective
I recently reviewed the roundhead version of this and still being a relative newbie to the world of flash photography I can’t see a massive difference between that and this in terms of performance, as such I feel my original review is equally suited to this, the full text of which is below.
‘First off let me begin by saying I was sent this for free to review, this does not influence my finding or sway me in any particular direction.
I also received 2 units, 1 for Canon and 1 for Olympus as I run both systems, the posted review will concentrate on the function of the flash and as there is no noticeable difference between the two I will share this across both reviews.
So, despite having many years of photography under my belt I am a relative newcomer to the world of flash photography and have spent the last year or so cutting my teeth on a pair of much cheaper Yongnuo flash units so the step up to the Godox was like trading my Ford for a Ferrari.
This is or seems to be to my novice eyes, much more powerful than my older units whilst being much better at handling heat, I have yet to reach the point where it has a thermal shutdown though most of my work isn’t very rapid fire so I may never reach that point.

Erste Eindrcke und Aufbau
Der Godox V1PRO-C Blitz beeindruckt mich auf den ersten Blick mit seiner hochwertigen Verarbeitung und dem kompakten Design. Die mitgelieferte Schutzhlle sorgt dafr, dass der Blitz sicher aufbewahrt werden kann. Toll finde ich den voraufgeladenen Akku fr einen sofortigen Start.
Kreative Lichtgestaltung
Zur Probe nutze ich das Godox Set fr ein kreatives Projekt, um spezielle Lichteffekte zu erzielen. Besonders begeistert war ich dabei von den magnetischen Lichtmodifikatoren, die sich schnell und einfach anbringen lieen. Diese Modifikatoren, wie der Diffusionsdom und die Gitter, ermglichten es mir, das Licht przise und vorallen schnell zu steuern und verschiedene Stimmungen zu erzeugen. Ob weiches Licht fr Portraitaufnahmen oder gerichtetes, Hartes Licht fr dramatische Effekte — der Blitz lieferte stets die gewnschten Ergebnisse.
Leistungsfhigkeit und Vielseitigkeit
Die Leistung des Godox ist beeindruckend. Ich habe ganze Bilderserien angefertigt und hatte nicht einmal thermische Probleme. Besonders cool ist die HSS-Funktion (High-Speed Sync), die es ermglicht, auch bei schnellen Bewegungen scharfe und gut belichtete Aufnahmen zu machen.
Anwendung im Studio und On-Location
Sowohl im Studio als auch bei Auenaufnahmen zeigte sich der Godox V1PRO-C als zuverlssiger und vielseitiger Begleiter. Im Studio konnte ich den Blitz als Hauptlichtquelle nutzen und durch die verschiedenen Modifikatoren kreative Setups gestalten. Bei Auenaufnahmen berzeugte der Blitz durch seine hohe Lichtausbeute und die schnelle Handhabung. Fr Vielfotografen empfehle ich den Kauf eines zustzlichen Akkus um stets gengend Energie fr lngere Shootings hatte.
Bedienung und Handhabung
Die Bedienung des Godox V1PRO-C Blitzes ist intuitiv und einfach. Die Mens sind klar strukturiert, und alle Funktionen sind schnell erreichbar. Ich liebe die Mglichkeit, den Blitz ber USB-C und notfalls ber das originale Ladegert aufzuladen. Auch die Integration ins Godox X-System und die kabellose bertragung funktionierten reibungslos und ermglichen eine flexible Steuerung des Blitzes.

Fazit
Der Godox Blitz ist ein vielseitiges und leistungsfhiges Werkzeug. Dank der verschiedenen Modifikatoren und der hohen Leistung lassen sich sowohl im Studio als auch bei Auenaufnahmen kreative Beleuchtungen erzielen. Trotz kleinerer Schwchen, wie der ausschlielich englischen Bedienungsanleitung, berzeugt der Blitz auf ganzer Linie.
Absolut gelunge
Mit den externen Blitzgerten ist es ja immer so eine Sache. Da ich in der Vergangenheit bereits gute Erfahrungen mit den Neewer Blitzgerten gemacht habe, freute ich fr meine Canon den hier angebotenen Blitz einmal auszuprbieren.
Vorab sei gesagt, Godox hat sich, fr mein Dafrhalten, zu den Vorgngerreihen, was die Haptik der Gertschaften als auch die Lichtstreuung angeht nochmals verbessert.
Ich bentigte einen weiteren externen Blitz fr mobile aber auch reine Studioaufnahmen. Flexibel anwendbar und zudem auch grentechnisch so kompakt verbaut, das er jederzeit immer und berall mit hingenommen werden kann.
Wie bereits erwhnt habe ich in der Vergangenheit bereits gute Erfahrungen mit einem TTL Blitz von Godox ber Funksignal gemacht, weshalb es fr mich naheliegend war ergnzend nach meiner Nikon nun auch meine Canon hiermit nachzursten.
Die Verarbeitung des mit stabilem Kunststoff versehenen Gehuses garantiert ein sicheres Handling und das in so ziemlich allen vorstellbaren Lagen. Der mitgelieferte Akku war dankbarerweise bereits vorgeladen und brauchte nach ersten “Gehversuchen” nur noch zur finalen Ladung angeschlossen werden.
Die Blitzergebnisse sind genauso, wie man dies auch von anderen Herstellern in der Preisklasse kennt. Ein wenig herumexperimentieren muss man natrlich auch hiermit, machte mir persnlich jedoch auch Spa.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist komplett in englischer Sprache gehalten, aber dafr sehr ausfhrlich.
Im Set weiterhin enthalten ist eine Schutzhlle in der das gesamte Setup sicher aufbewahrt und platzsparend gelagert werden kann.
Der Blitz kann theoretisch in Serie geschaltet werden, wurde bei mir jedoch bis dato primr als Hauptblitz verwendet.
Vom Preis- und Leistungsgedanken her bin ich sehr zufrieden und hoffe, dass die Langlebigkeit die ersten positiven Eindrcke auch besttigen wird.

Le design unique de la tte ronde offre un effet d’clairage plus uniforme et plus doux que les ttes de flash rectangulaires. Mme sans assouplisseur supplmentaire, le V1Pro fournira une lumire plus agrable regarder et des ombres douces. Un avantage supplmentaire du V1Pro est la fixation magntique des accessoires. Le kit AK-R1 (vendu sparment) comprend des modificateurs tels qu’un dme de diffusion, une grille, un snoot ou des portes, tous avec un montage rapide et des capacits de regroupement. Un accessoire de projection de flash Godox AK-R21 peut galement tre mont sur le V1Pro.

Molto bello
Godox negli ultimi anni ha fatto un salto di qualit notevole, fornendo prodotti sempre pi validi che possono essere una allettante e convincente alternativa ai classici Canon e Nikon.
Il prezzo contenuto e le prestazioni in linea con i top di gamma certamente potranno farvi fare un meritato pensierino nei confronti di flash come questo V1PRO C.
Avevo abbandonato l’uso dei flash da diverso tempo, il mio ultimo era stato uno speedlight canon 580ex II ma da quando usc quello a questo passata una decade e di migliorie nel frattempo ce ne sono state diverse.
Intanto la velocit di scatto ferma a 1/250 ora arrivata a 1/8000 in linea con la quasi totalit delle DSLR e Mirrorless, in pi la batteria finalmente ricaricabile tramite USB C e quindi significa che potreste prendere una seconda batteria e alla bisogna scambiarla con quella scarica che mettereste a caricare con il vostro amato powerbank.
Cosa bella di questo V1pro il miniflash aggiuntivo che pu essere usato, anche se solamente se il flash montato sulla macchina, in modo da direzionare il flash principale verso una parete e avere questo piccolo flash di schiarita che illuminer il soggetto quanto basta, tanto pi che la sua intensit regolabile e all’occorrenza pu essere disattivato o perfino rimosso.
Bella la funzione manuale o TTL attraverso un singolo tasto che facilita di molto l’operazione. Per quanto riguarda la potenza stata migliorata permettendo fino a 100 scatti a piena potenza consecutivi senza problemi di surriscaldamento e blocco del flash.
Confezione ed estetica generale decisamente migliorata rispetto alla versione V1.
Per fotografi da reportage sicuramente l’ideale, perch un flash che meglio si presta per uso on camera, si pu usare anche off camera ovviamente ma tanto valeva allora prendere qualcosa ad un prezzo pi abbordabile.
Totalmente soddisfatto e ve lo straconsiglio.

Excellent flash, surtout coupl au transmetteur sans fil X3 qui permet d’avoir un bon clairage d’appoint en dplacement.
Avec 2 units, on couvre dj 90% des besoins en clairage “studio”.
Le fonctionnement est simple si on est dj habitu travailler avec de la lumire artificielle.
Les menus sont clairs et assez bien organiss !
La puissance est excellente, permet sans problme du plein pied, il faudra quand mme utiliser des modificateurs (diffuseur, box, rflecteur) si vous voulez une lumire douce et diffuse !
