Good fridge freezer, terrible delivery guys
Still early days for using the fridge freezer but looking good so far. The delivery firm (ArrowXL) were useless. They would not bring the fridge freezer into the house. It was left to my wife and I to get it into the kitchen. There was nothing special about the location of the kitchen. It was a straight corridor from the front door. We eventually managed it our selves but I would not recommend ArrowXL at all.

It arrived very early in the morning,which was fine and we were kept updated on delivery times.
2 lovely guys valiantly got this beast into my kitchen and set it in place.
I’m so happy with it. So much room and to open both doors at the same time brings immense joy at the moment..weird I know

Great product but appalling delivery arrangements
This is a great fridge freezer. It has a huge capacity and the flexibility of the third cabinet is amazing! I’ve set both lower compartments as freezers.
HOWEVER, THE DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS WERE APPALLING. I PAID FOR THE OLD ONE TO BE REMOVED BUT THE DELIVERY TEAM SAID THEY WERE NOT SCHEDULED TO DO THIS. FOUR DAYS AFTER DELIVERY I AM STILL WAITING FOR AMAZON TO SORT THIS OUT. 35 WASTED!
Good fridge
Had fridge for couple of weeks now and so far so good. Both fridge and freezer compartments
are very spacious. Keeps food fresh compared to old fridge. Quiet. Looks good. Good value for money.
Works as intended
The only problem with this fridge was that it didn’t go thru the front door. Had to be left on the porch for a while until we stripped the packaging, removed the fridge doors to be able to get it in. Other than that, works well.
Great fridge freeze
Really good and looks great . Before buying get your dimensions right for where to put it as I had to remove doors to fit it in . Delivery drivers would not take it out of box.
Was hesitant about buying American style F/F, but glad I did. Men were great delivering it and we paid 5 for them to get it to kitchen and take packing away. So much room in it and it lights up when opening doors and no frost to defrost yayyyy. Can’t say there is anything I dislike about it, looks smart neat and tidy looking, even have ice cold water now. Well pleased
This fridge is aesthetically lovely, especially in my white kitchen. The fridge itself doesn’t produce any noise of note and feels sturdy in it’s design and quality. The inside shelves are of good quality glass and the plastic door shelves are also good quality, it feels more than regular tacky plastic. It’s spacious and a massive improvement on any fridge I’ve had previous, it also looks nice when opened. The seller and the delivery team were great also, letting me know how far away they were well in advance via a phone call.
This fridge freezer is brilliant…it’s spacious, energy efficient and cools very quickly.
It is huge but the wonderful delivery men were very helpful and (reluctantly) removed the packaging in the garden for me and the fridge fit nicely through the door.
Remember, this item is exceptionally heavy. A 2 man lift was almost not enough so don’t expect them to drop it and you move it around.
Got it but had to return it and order a slightly smaller one the measures in description doesn’t mention that you need an extra 10cm on each side to be able to open the doors fully , if they don’t open fully then you are not able to open the freezer drawers!
It was a shame as it was very spacious inside!
This product is great, it didn’t fit through my door with the box on so the delivery people kindly helped get it open and through the door. It was a massive struggle as it is very wide, and it came partially damaged at the back on the cover resulting in me and my partner slicing our hands open 🙁 but overall the fridge it’s self is incredibly spacious and super cool also is very quiet more quiet than my previous fridge freezer which was an 89l and this is 454l. The freezer fits a ton of food in there and a plus it has freezer lights like how great is that?! I will probably update this in a while to see how it is holding up but so far so good
The product itself was lovely. Apart from denting it getting it in the door but thats our fault. The one thing I will say is the delivery people were not very friendly. They laughed at my husband telling him “good luck getting that in the house” even though we measured before we brought it knowing we can get it in they were not very friendly. But the product itself is lovely
This is a very wide, American-style fridge/freezer. Looks good, and has a fillable water dispenser. It almost didn’t fit the hallway. But we slowly maneuvered this 105 Kg behemoth past radiators and doors when the Amazon delivery crew refused to do what they were paid to do. They also broke one pane of glass and cracked a second on the front-door which is a 130-year-old, original Victorian door.
The fridge is good and stylish, my first opinions are that it’s not designed for 2L bottles of water or pop, but my fridge died so beggars can’t be choosers. it is very wide, internally, and cooled very quickly when plugged in, so far fridge looks good.

Whilst I like this American style fridge freezer, I am a little disappointed with the fridge doors, because when I open and close them, it has a mechanism that prevents them from closing smoothly. I have items stored in the doors of the fridge and they are always moving back and forth causing unnecessary noise. The fridge is spacious and the freezer has 6 drawers altogether, three on each side. Freezer opens and closes smoothly no problems. Shame about the doors of the fridge. The fridge has the capacity to store a lot of shopping.
The guys who delivered this did a great job. We have scaffolding all over the front of the house but they wangled it in with no problems. The fridge freezer is big, yet it’s not as wide as I thought but it’s tall! I’m just 5 foot and have problems reaching the top shelf in the fridge! It’s wonderfully quiet and the alarm is a great idea on both the fridge and freezer.
I had a tall freezer and a standard fridge freezer but this Hisense beast swallowed it all up easily. It looks quite small but the freezer drawers are very deep and can hold lots. Also the lights on both are a bonus. All in all I’m really pleased with this fridge freezer and would recommend it. (Unfortunately whilst sorting the drawers out my lovely husband broke a front so I’ll have to try and get it replaced, grrrrr!)
The delivery guys were fantastic! They said they couldn’t get it through the front but we have french opening doors at the back, I didn’t even think about the width of the back gate however! Oops! Ended up having to take the back gate off to get the item in. With packaging it was over the usual standard door frame with wise so be aware of that if you order this item.
Love the fridge freezer, can choose your own temp for each freezer section which is handy. It looks really snazzy and high end spec so certainly worth the cost.
Only thing I would change is one of the doors falls closed but I think that’s cause I couldn’t level it properly on my own, they supply little black claps to aid levelling the doors but no good explanation on how they attach to the door hinge so I’ve left them off, this could solve the swinging closed issue if I knew how to do it.
