FAQ
Q1: Navigator cannot be turned on.
A1: If it is used for the first time, please fully charge it before turning it on. If not, it may be because the charging cable is broken. Please use another charging cable in the package to charge (USB cable or car charger). If the navigator can be turned on, please let us know and we will send you a new charging cable for free as soon as possible.
Q2: The navigator cannot find the signal. The navigator doesn’t accurately identify my location.
A2: (1)When first starting up your GPS, you are suggested to have GPS unit fully charged and then go outdoors to search for satellite. It will take about 30 minutes. If the GPS signal is strong enough, the unit will locate your current location automatically.
(2)On the main menu, click ‘GPS Info’, there are 12 channels. If more than 3 channels have caught satellite, the signal of the GPS unit is good.
(3)We do not recommend searching for signals in buildings because it will affect signal reception.
Q3: Postcode search doesn’t work.
A3: It does support postcode search and it is slightly different from other sat nav in the way of postcode input.How to do postcode search in this navigation is as follows.
After you turn on the device, click Navigation, click Destination, click Find Address, click City, and start to enter the postcode.
When you enter the postcode , please make sure there is a space in between. For example, for six-byte postcode G11 6BH, you should enter it like G–1–1–SPACE–6–B–H, not G–1–1–6–B–H.
For five-byte postcode, leave a space after the second byte. For seven-byte postcode, leave a space after the fourth byte.
Q4: The charging cable is broken.
A4: Normally, the quality of our charging cables is reliable. But if the charging cable is broken during use, please let us know and we will send you a new charging cable for free as soon as possible.
Q5: Other problems encountered during use.
A5: Please kindly refer to the manual. Common operational problems and solutions are described in detail in the manual. If the problem is not in the instructions, please let us know and we will try our best to help.

Reliable Navigatio
I’ve been using the Jimwey 2024 UK Sat Nav for my car, and it’s been fantastic. The 5-inch screen is clear and easy to read, even while driving. It comes pre-loaded with Europe maps, and the lifetime free updates ensure I always have the latest routes. The navigation is accurate, and it recalculates quickly if I miss a turn. It’s also great for both cars and trucks, providing specific routes based on vehicle type. A reliable and user-friendly GPS that’s made my travels stress-free.
Love this SatNav, much easier to use than ones I’ve had in the past. Lots of features to use, I particularly like that it will give you multiple routes to your destination and let’s you choose which one you want to use. Very happy with this purchase.
Great sat nav
Great sat nav for the price, this is what I’ve been looking to get, I like it a lot and I use this all the time and so far it’s great.
My son needed a satnav for his car, and this looked perfect. A decent-sized screen (7″), with the usual navigation options but also Bluetooth connectivity and an FM transmitter – so you can make and receive calls through it, play music, and so on – while also sending it to your car stereo. It comes with attachments so you can have it on your dashboard or windscreen, and a car (lighter) charger and a USB charger. It’s simple and easy to use and the sat nav works well – maps can be updated by connecting the unit to your PC – in everyday use. It also has a decent battery, so you can charge it at home and not have another lead dangling across the car and getting in the way. A good value, well-made, satnav unit.

I’ve used this product for over a month now and it’s been really great. Much preferred it then using my phone. I’d recommend to anyone interested in buying a satnav!

I recently purchased the sat nav and I am very satisfied with it. I have had a couple of test runs to try it out and have been very happy with its performance and ease of use.
I bought it because is much easier to use in compare with phone! Especially when driving! I didn’t expect so good quality, it is really fast, no lags, and very easy to use, very clear road maps, recommend , it’s worth all the money, used that in UK AND EUROPE no any issues

Nice sat nav with average price
I was looking something normal price sat nav with unlimited updates. The sat nav look big enough with nice screen and quality, touch seems working perfectly fine. More photos i will post when use in the car.

a budget friendly product. great product and you dont even need internet as it connects direcltly with the GPS. comes with suction cup which can easily help in connecting the device on the car.
